- Jony Song (7/5): - Location and city view balcony was great. Bed matress is get old. I reckon time to replace it. Other thing was all good enough.
- wendy (8/5): The apartment was small but nice and had everything I needed in a great loctation. - The apartment is really close to everything which was great. I advised the owner of the property prior to arrival I would not have access to the app and can only be contacted by phone or email. I tried several times to contact the owner and left a voice mail and text to enquire about returning the key on departure but they did not reply to any of my contacts. I then contacted keynest and was advised by them to either leave the key in the apartment which was not possible as I needed the key to exit the property or leave the key where I collected it from but it was over Easter and the shop was closed. Keynest then advised to leave the key under the door of the shop which I did. Later in the day after I had returned to my home the owner contacted me to enquire where I left the key which I had already advised them via voice mail and text but they did not listen to or read where the key was left. They did not seem to be very happy about that. They advised me I should have left the key in the mail box which I was never advised of. The owner needs a better system for key collection and return. Even the notice on the back of the front door had incorrect information on it regarding key return.

- Andre (9/5): - Amazing location - walking distance to cafes, restaurants, public transport and shops The car lift was a little challenging to navigate with a larger car.
- Luna (9/5): Would stay again - Location, clean Would have been handy to have 2 sets of keys as was necessary to get in & out. Wine glasses!
- Andrew (7/5): Good -
- Tony (9/5): Superb -
- Dominic (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect! Very close to the tram of which leads directly to the city. Also the shops are within a short walking distance!
I suffer from a chronic condition that requires me to cook all my own meals. Their apartment had all the cooking utensils and pots I needed to full support me in this way.
Also due to being quite thin, I am sensitive to the cold. They provided multiple extra blankets of which was more than enough to keep warm , in addition to the heater inside.
I would definitely be returning to Melbourne and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this same apartment.
- O'connell (9/5): Cozy stay great for couples - Nice and cozy perfect for one or two travellers. Had a decent balcony sizes and great natural lighting in the rooms. Perfect amount of storage and a large TV The bed could be a bit comfier but was overall a comfortable sleeping experience nevertheless
- Amy (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice Not a bad thing really but the car elevator scared me.
- Keiran (8/5): Convenient for all things Moonee Ponds, and surrounds. - We used this as a base to attend the Melbourne Cup. Having a tram access nearby made this very easy. The apartment does have great city skyline views and is large enough for two people comfortably. Host was quick to answer / assist questions. Key pick up location is a bit odd, and the return similar. Thankfully sorted out return with owner to make it easier for us.
- Jo (8/5): My time spent here was short but very enjoyable. I loved the location and the facilities were perfect - Beautiful view and very comfortable
- Ruth (8/5): Very good - Great 1br suite at Moonee Ponds junction. Had everything I needed including washer and dryer and is well set up for short or longer stays. Terrific location. Things were a bit cluttered and a few odd cleanliness issues. There was a study in the apartment but it wasn't clear if it was supposed to be accessible and the space was largely filled with vacuum, cleaning stuff, etc, so not usable anyway.
I didn't attempt the parking in the unit complex as it seemed a bit fraught to use the car lift. Street parking is readily available at night (trickier during the day).
