• egizia (4/5): Ci aspettavamo un appartamento più confortevole - Posizione, disponibilità proprietaria x lasciare i bagagli Vicinanze trattorie e supermercato oltre che ai bus Purtroppo l appartamento si trova in un sottoscala praticamente senza finestre, dentro c era odore di muffa anche se presenti due deumidificatori sempre accesi che abbiamo dovuto sempre svuotare dell acqua che si era formata

• Matías Martín (7/5): Buena ubicación - La ubicación es buena y tenía la cocina bien equipada. El departamento es en un sótano, lo cual no está bien aclarado, por lo que había mucha humedad. El agua caliente es escasa, si son dos personas hay que bañarse en 3 minutos cada uno.

• Zammit (9/5): Thomas Zammit - Excellent location (less than 10 minutes walk to St. Peter's square), facilities and hygiene. Also greatly appreciated the kindness of Daniela, the property owner. Overall I liked everything and do not have any particular disappointments. Perhaps some more ventilation would have been welcomed though, given that the apartment is underground.
• Alba (7/5): - Está muy bien situado al lado de El Vaticano. No tiene metro cerca, pero hay muchas combinaciones de autobuses, por lo que moverse es bastante fácil, con un super al lado y muchas opciones de cafeterías cerca. No hay luz natural... al estar en la parte baja, como un semi-sótano, no entra luz natural y por la mañana lo eché en falta.
• Piergiacomo (8/5): Un bel fine settimana a Roma - La posizione, la zona molto tranquilla. L'appartamento mimilal ma con tutto il necessario per un buon soggiorno. La poca aerazione, ma in un pied-à-terre è normale. Ma nonostante ciò siamo stati molto bene!

• Legetin (7/5): Pohvale i upozorenje za osobe s astmom - Odlična lokacija, odlična usluga i domaćin. Treba napomenuti da je smještaj u podrumu zgrade, da je puno vlage (uz trud domaćina uređajima da je umanji što pohvaljujem), što osobito može biti problem asmatičarima. Sve ostalo je dobro u odnosu na cijenu.

• Oceane (8/5): Bien situé et abordable - Établissement proche de plusieurs monuments, de nombreux restaurants également très appréciables se trouvent à proximité, propriétaire réactive en cas de besoin. Un peu cher tout de même pour ce type de logement mais ça reste la capitale, le principale désagrément durant notre séjour était simplement un bruit provenant certainement de la VMC, ce bruit ne cessait de revenir et était très dérangeant lorsque l’on mangeait ou regardait la TV dans le salon.

• Kate (6/5): A really well located musty basement apartment - The location is amazing!! Right by the Vatican, close to the train station, and close to lots of bus routes. There's also a great little grocery store right next door that's open until late. Daniela was very easy to contact. The shower wasn't draining well, and after we told her she made a plan for a plumber to come and look at it the next day. The kitchen was very functional and well equipped. There was also some great coffee and and a few kitchen staples in the cupboard when we arrived, which we appreciated. The aircon was very much appreciated in the summer Rome heat. It's a basement apartment, so as you would expect it has little to no natural light or ventilation. So the air feels stagnant and thick. There's one small window in the bedroom that opens at foot height onto the main hallway above. So that's a bit awkward. There are two dehumidifiers running all the time, that we had to empty out daily. They help reduce the mould and mustyness a bit. But if you have any respiratory issues / concerns, I'd probably not suggest a basement apartment for you. The shower was also a bit tricky, the shower head doesn't work very well, and there's a tiny geyser so you only get a few minutes of hot water and then need to wait for more to heat up. It's enough for 1 short-haired person to have a quick shower. But if you need to wash long hair or shave or do anything complicated, then you'll be doing it in stops and starts. The bed was super bouncy, like sleeping on a trampoline. Probably better for a single person than a couple.

• Yakov (3/5): Sorry but big no no. - The location near the Vatican, Daniella is kind and nice. There is a mold in the kitchen and the Shower, toilet is broken, no microwave, hot in the apartment because the means of cooling are not good enough. Not enough hot water in the shower and had to wait for hours between persons. There was no cleaning and bin clearance. Smell of mildew and the apartment is in the basement.

• Sarah (7/5): Great location - Great location - very close to the Vatican, bus routes and a train station. Kitchen cupboards had a supply of utensils, plates etc. Toaster, small fridge, small kettle (didn’t switch off automatically), gas hob. Clean towels and storage in the bedroom. & bathroom. Hairdryer which worked in the kitchen socket. Good hot water supply. The mattress & bedding was comfortable, although the bed itself seemed to move quite a lot when my partner turned over during the night. There is a good supermarket next door, selling a great range of products. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Great comms with the owner and easy to get in / out of the apartment. As expected in a basement, lights need to be always switched on, with 1 smallish window in the bedroom & no others - hence the multiple dehumidifiers. The doors on the shower don’t quite shut properly & it drains slowly, so care is needed to ensure no overflows. A microwave oven & a new kettle would be a useful addition.

• Rahul (6/5): It was okay, i would choose better places than this. - Nearby to the bus and train stations. Near to some good food places and next to a supermarket as well In the bathroom, the water was not going quickly from the shower. It was draining very slowly. It takes for forever to go. So you had shower with little water and wait for the water pass from drain. The water boiler is really really small so hot water is available for like 6-8mins and have to wait for a while to get hot water again. Toilet seat was slippery/lose and comfortable at all.

• Lana (7/5): Good - Good location, good neighborhood and great host! Unfortunately, the apartment is in the basement and I have a problem with huge humidity. The dehumidifiers don't help much, the smell of moisture got into my clothes..
• Tyla (8/5): Good stay with all the basics and nice location for if you are going to be out all day anyway. - Great location, close to the Vatican, many little coffee shops and restaurants around the area, as well as a grocery store next door, which proved very convenient. A bit more of a walk to the other historic sites, but it still feels close and there are many scooters in the area you can hop on. Great Wi-Fi and the hosts were super helpful, allowing us to drop our bags off before check-in. The apartment is hot and humid. There were dehumidifiers that helped and a fan, but still quite hot. It was clean, but could have been cleaner in the details such a dust layer inside the cupboards.
• Brooke (4/5): Convient location but hot and smells not the greatest - the location to the vatican and how responsive the host was It smelled like cigarettes when you walked through the door and it promised air-conditioning but really didn’t have any. Was very humid.
