- zainab (5/5): Uncomfortable. - Location was easy to access via public transport. The cleanliness of the apartment was very poor. You could clearly see dust, work not well done, and a stuffy bathroom. The bathroom has chipped wooden counters, and in this case are a hub for bacteria because they can't be cleaned. For shared space, this is not hygienic. There is no privacy, especially since the apartment is next to the roadside and faces other houses. The window has no curtains or blinds, only the outside shutters. Someone walking outside sees inside on the 1st floor. In this case, if you need natural light, then you don't have privacy or close the shutters entirely and switch on lights. For beddings, since the bed is used by many guests, having black beddings is such a turnoff and feels disgusting, as you cannot see stains or dirt, if any. White beddings or brightly colored beddings should be used.

- Peter (1/5): Bad - I booked the apartment early afternoon. There was a phone number given, an email given and a message that I will receive an email about the entry details. I tried to call the number 20x wrote sms, email but no answer and no instruction mail. So once I arrived at 10Pm after a long drive and all closed, noone there. At the end I had to book a room for the night at another hotel. I received an automated confirmation mail from the owner at the day when i was supposed to leave. So no luck. I wrote an email to ask for clarification but no answer yet. Also no reimbursement. My worse experience.
