• Jennifer (10/5): Gracious hospitality in the heart of Anguilla -- fabulous host --come back a better you! - I have traveled to over 100 countries and thought I knew Southern Hospitality. Kurtz is amazing and takes it to another level. I rented a car but did not have wifi (my bad!) so I was using printed directions. He came to look for me, found me close by!!!! He had phenomenal suggestions and was one of the kindest people I've ever met. The place was super clean (like eat off the floors clean). The bathroom was nicer than mine back home. What a fabulous experience. He goes above and beyond and makes it seem normal. I highly, highly recommend this place! n/a
• Freddan84 (9/5): Amazing gem in The Valley! - If you want to get away from the resorts this is the place for you. Don't let the road and the outside fool you, many areas of Anguilla look very basic. Once you get inside you quickly realize this place has everything you need for a perfect stay! Closest beach is only a short walk away and plenty of grocery stores and food options in the vicinity. AXA Airport is only 5 min drive, och 20 minutes walking distance, and since no planes land after dark it's not a sound concern. The surroundings gets very dark after 7pm, and you easy gets a little isolated.

• Razvan (10/5): Central location, modern unit, excellent host - We stayed here over Christmas week and loved it. The location is ideal, centrally located on the island with quick drives to every corner of Anguilla. Renting a car directly from the host was extremely convenient and made everything easy. The unit is modern and well equipped with all the basic supplies. We appreciated the two beach towels, the safe (and thoughtful touch), and the private entrance through the back garden. Kurtz was a great host; professional, friendly, punctual, and very responsive. He communicated clearly, answered our questions quickly,and shared helpful recommendations. Highly recommend Kurtz's place. No complaints at all.

• Onita (10/5): Bel ti Plas....a sweet slice of Heaven away from home. - The location was very peaceful, spacious, sparkling clean. quiet and well equipped with everything, (including good Wi-Fi and a very comfortable bed), one needs for a holiday. Exactly what I needed to relax after a hectic year of work. Kurtz was the perfect host!! and it is obvious he takes great pride in hosting guests as everything is carefully planned and placed!!! He was just a WhatsApp call/message away if I needed anything. (and he responds immediately) He ensured my arrival and departure taxi and hire car were all arranged. All I had to do was enjoy. He checked in on me, without being intrusive, to ensure all was going well and offered me some very helpful dining and sightseeing tips. All in all, was a magical 3 days stay. Thank you, Kurtz. I will be back. Have zero complaints. Just wished I had stayed longer.

The check-in was easy and the communication with the owner was amazing! Would recommend that you rent a car, so that you are able to explore the beautiful beaches of Anguilla. The owner makes it very easy for you to rent a car!

• Paul (10/5): A comfortable, clean, well-equipped studio apartment. - This is a comfortable studio apartment in the center of the island, just on the edge of The Valley (capital). The central location on the island is convenient for pretty much everything as long as you have a car. Its down a dirt track so there is no passing vehicle or foot traffic and its relatively peaceful (the 6 a.m. rooster aside, but that's common on Anguilla). The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need, it has a small kitchen area, a large bathroom and shower, comfortable bed and couch, and is nicely decorated. Its also very clean and tidy, and everything works (not often the case). I was happy with the place and it suited my needs. There isn't much of a view to speak of, just typical Anguillan brush and the neighboring houses, so this isn't the place if you want spectacular views, sunrises or sunsets, etc., etc. Visitors should be aware that there is really nothing much of use/interest within walking distance (especially in the heat) so a car is a must. It is a bit hard to find at first, especially if you miss the turn off the paved road as I did because my phone's Google maps app didn't work properly when I first arrived.

The unit was updated, immaculate, cool, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The couple that run it couldn’t have been sweeter, going out of their way to help accommodate me anywhere they could. Rented my car through them as well. Can’t recommend them enough!

Kurtz is a great host, super friendly, helpful and always responds quickly if there is anything you need. Good location close to The Valley, with grocery stores etc within walkable distance. I would definitely recommend Bel Ti Plas!

To be honest, I'm not sure it would suit everyone as its not near beaches. However it is nearish (20 mins walk) the main strip and very safe and quiet..
