• Kinga (9/5): - Liegt auf der anderen Flußseite, ca. 20Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof. Liegt super ruhig, Zimmer sauber, Personal nett. Leider nicht transparent, dass das Bad mit einem anderen Zimmer geteilt werden muss, nur in der Beschreibung versteckt. Frühstück mit frischem Gebäck war erst ab ca. 8Uhr möglich, wir konnten uns allerdings aus dem Kühlschrank und Schrank was nehmen.

Falam que tem ar-condicionado mas quando solicitado utilizá-lo não foi fornecido, banheiro compartilhado é muito sujo, tirando a localização, nada de bom (e é bem difícil d entender como chega)

• Leo (9/5): Ótima localização - Funcionários gentis. Café da manhã bom. Bem localizado e perto de tudo. Quarto espaçoso. Banheiro confortável. O quarto tem uma cama suspensa que fica bonito, mas o teto baixo atrapalha um pouco. E sentimos um pouquinho de calor; fato que para alguns poderia ser até positivo no frio da Toscana.

The windows didn’t face the street, so it was very quiet and peaceful at night. Communication with the hosts was quite slow. The room was missing a table and a TV, which would have made the stay more comfortable. Also, the doors were quite noisy when opening and closing.

L'ambiente si trova in un vecchio quartiere italiano, la casa ha molti mobili tradizionali, insomma è un'esperienza fresca per me. sia meglio lascia aperta la finestra della camera per un po' tempo.

• Lukas (10/5): - The accommodation is located "on the right side of the river" and has a more genuine Florence vibe. Entering the house can be complicated until you realize you have received an email with instructions making it so much easier. The first thing you notice is how clean it is. Shared kitchen is a big plus, good WiFi, cleaning staff Isa was super friendly and gave us the perfect italian breakfast. Would come back 10/10 The person I travel with can be quite annoying!

• Kari (8/5): A pleasant place, once you get in! - Pleasant, quiet place, elegant interior, wonderful little common balcony. Great location and in Oltrano, away from the crowds. Very nice and helpful young hostess around in the mornings. One of the code locks wrongly set-up, caused some aggravation and delay to get in on arrival. Reported this to the owner, no reply.

• Andrew (8/5): A nice place for a short stay - The location was good as quieter but easy to get anywhere and near where our friends live. The opportunity to use the kitchen though I only did for tea making. The breakfast was ok and it was nice to have. The bed was very comfortable. The glass doors on the bathroom and the need to take a key with you every time you use the bathroom. Floor coverings so it us not as noisy when people are coming and going would be good.
• Juliane (8/5): Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft als Alternative zu einem Hotel - Sehr saubere und ordentliche Unterkunft im alten italienischen Stil, in einem angenehmen Viertel. Ich fand gut, dass man auch am Tag der Abreise sein Gepäck noch unterstellen darf. Die Küche kann auch frei genutzt werden. Das WLAN war etwas instabil. Die Unterkunft kann unheimlich wirken, weil sie so groß ist und man nicht weiß, wer noch mit dort ist. Außerdem war mein Check-In etwas verwirrend, weil die Dame, die mich empfangen hat, kein Englisch konnte und nicht so richtig über meine Buchung Bescheid wusste. Die Tage danach konnte ich aber mit einer anderen Mitarbeiterin ganz gut kommunizieren.

• Shirley (9/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix, proche de toutes les attractions sans être dans l'agitation - Très calme , propre, pas en plein centre mais proche, la chambre est bien une chambre triple, avec un grand lit double en bas et un autre grand lit sur la mezzanine. Cette chambre dispose bien d'un salle de bains privative avec douche et toilettes, et d'un petit balcon.
• Miranda (9/5): A really positive and successful stay, highly recommend for a short stay and solo travelers. - The property was very close to the centre, with easy memorable walks to and from tourist attractions. The staff who gave breakfast and cleaned was very friendly and really kind! It was safe, comfortable and quite private as I did not have to interact with landlords or other guests. Getting access to the room is a little tricky with a long list of instructions and doors, but after the first time it is very easy and actually makes me feel very safe and secure when I was in my room! It was a little cold but I’m sure if I had mentioned it they would have offered some help.

• Thais Borges de (10/5): - O lugar é próximo de tudo. O rapaz que cuida da acomodação não entrou em contato para combinar a entrega das chaves, cheguei e fiquei perdida. Outro ponto é essa folia de taxa que já deveriam incluir no valor final da estadia, isso espanta turista.

• Meritxell (9/5): Todo bien - La cama era cómoda, y el apartamento estaba bastante cerca del centro. Nos despertamos por la mañana y desayunamos en el comedor. El desayuno fue básico pero en bastante cantidad. No sabíamos que compartiríamos apartamento, y aun menos baño. Nosotras reservamos una habitación sin saber que había otras tres habitaciones con más personas alojadas, y que todos usábamos en mismo baño. Cogimos este alojamiento porque incluía desayuno, pero la otra opción que teníamos era habitación con baño privado y por 15€ menos. El hecho de llegar hasta el apartamento fue un poco complicado con tantas llaves, tantas contraseñas y puertas que cerrar o no cerrar con llave. Por último la habitación no tenía luz de techo, para iluminar había una lampara grande de pie. El pomo de la puerta iba un poco suelto

• Nadia Spadaro (9/5): - La posizione è ottimale: situato a 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e con soli 10 minuti si arriva a Ponte Vecchio. La colazione è varia e la signora che mi ha servita molto premurosa. La colazione avviene in una sala dove i vari ospiti possono condividere questo momento. Ci sono yogurt di vari gusti, cereali, frutta fresca, succhi di frutta, brioches, fette biscottate normali/integrali, burro, marmellate e nutella. Come tavola calda la gentilissima signora accoglie le richieste di latte, caffè ecc. Il B&B è una struttura semplice e pulita, per la mia mini-vacanza ha soddisfatto la mia aspettativa! La camera singola ha in dotazione un piccolo bagno privato. Avrei preferito che ci fosse un bidet. Sono presenti WC, lavandino e doccia (con i prodotti per l'igiene personale).

• Martina (7/5): - Ubytování v typickém italském domě, navíc velice rustikálně zařízeném. Slušně vybavená kuchyně s možností uvaření kávy, čaje, atd. Blízko centra, přesto klidná lokalita. Za tu cenu dobré :-) Snídaně velice chudá - několik pišingrů, které se vám rozpadají pod rukama, jeden croissant přidělený na osobu, jinak džemy, jogurty, müsli, ovoce (pomeranč, jablko), máslo, nutella. Žádný sýr, šunka, vejce, normální chleba. Zima na pokoji a to i přes na maximum zapnutý radiátor.

The owner was very responsive, we came back to the GH late at night, my phone died and I lost all the access codes, but when we texted from another phone, they replied immediately. Really appreciated the quick help, it was a lifesaver! Our double room had the bathroom and toilet in another room, so we had to go out and unlock and lock the door every time. It was only like that for our room, all other rooms had private bathrooms inside. The bed was small. Also, be careful with the chip-locked doors, there are several of them, and if something breaks, you might be charged. The room didn’t look like the photos.
