- Hong (3/5): Great area, unable to sleep - Location was great, very close to the monorail and a short walk to butik Bintang market. Host was also helpful and informative Above all else is the traffic noise. Little to no seals in the windows, bathroom window is mesh only and kitchen are segmented glass shutters. noise level caused continuous broken sleep which doesn’t quite down until 4am. We had to leave and move to another hotel just to be able to sleep properly.

- Kayli (9/5): Superb - Excellent stay. The building is very close to bukit bintang pavilion and lots of happening streets and shops. Monorail station is just few step away from the stay and sheltered walkway.

Just opp Berjaya Times Square and to so many oth - Firstly, the apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Location is super convenient. It is as raining on some days and we were able to Berjaya Times Square via sheltered walkway. LRT station is just outside of the building. Mr Alan the owner of the place, gave all the details required for self checkin and out very clearly and it was a breeze. He also replies to your queries fast. Towels, soap, filter water, fridge and even washing machine was provided. Building entrance has security, thus it was safe. Nil

- Kim (4/5): Not my type of place. - location is good. The owner said housekeeper need more time to clean so we needed to wait for at least 30 min. The first night was a nightmare, there was unbelievable noise of the constrution in the middle of the night. Normal construtions are everywhere but that one was crazy. Maybe one night with 10 people you feel it's worth staying. The neighbours surronding us were like people of 10 tourists staying at one place. I heard footsteps from upstaires every night.I even needed to clean rooms and bathroom on my own while staying the room which I felt unreasonable price. For us, it's not cheap at all.
- Shaifuddin (9/5): Excellent city break right in the centre of Bukit Bintang - Perfect location in the city with easy access to Times Square mall and short walk to the night market. Alan was a great host who always responded to our needs promptly.
- Aitourph (10/5): Excellent! perfect for long stays - The room is big enough for 3 of us. The location is near to everything which we like. The aircon in the rooms are fully functional. The beds are comfortable for good sleep. The kitchen is well equiped for some cooking. There is also laundry available in the unit which is really good for longer stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the host for the tips on where to eat around the area.
- Anna (6/5): A bit deceptive - Staff service was superb. Gave a lot of travel tips to KL/Malaysia. Place is walking distance or monorail ride to all the best spots, Times Square, Low Yat, Sungei Wang, Jalan Alor, Lot 10, etc. The facilities are much older than what you see on the photos. The Foosball handles all come off while playing. Bed sheets are old and beds cause itchiness. I paid Rm70 to clean the place but they didn't even use any cleansers to disinfect. Just used a rag to wipe down the bathroom. No toilet cleansers or disinfectants for sink and floor. I had to buy them and clean myself. Be wary of the photos not all are for this particular apartment. Some are of Bukit Bintang sites that are way out from the apartment complex, not attached nor connecting.

- Jasmin (4/5): Unexpected Stay - Overall experience is decent. First unit Great location as walkable distance to Monorail Imbi. However, noisy traffic during the night, water is yellowish (need to run the water after check in, at least for an hour), hair dryer caught fire and there was bed bug on the first night. Kudos to the host for immediate response to the bed bug, moved is to another Homestay at different location. Initially, we booked a 6-person unit with access to washing machine and swimming pool. But, we ended up having a 4-person unit with one extra mattress, without the facilities above mentioned. We need to pay extra charges for laundry and also, responsible for the transportation fees for changing the room.

- Jessie (10/5): Exceptional - Accommodation is very peaceful, clean, and really inconvenient to travel around nearby shopping malls. Easy to walk around. Really fit 1 family or 6 to 7 person for travellers. The owners are very friendly & really helpful and give us a good suggestion where to go & eat. I will surely come back again here. 😍😊🫰
- Sheila (9/5): Superb - The location is super convenient to check out the great food and loads of shopping nearby. There is a covered linkeay to Berjaya Times Square so getting food and other things is easy even on rainy days. The bedlinen is soft and comfortable. Dryer is handy on wet days. Alan the contact person is exceptional-super helpful and knowledgeable. He kept in touch with us a month before the stay giving clear instructions and travel guide with recommendations. He kept ensuring that we are well taken care throughout our stay. We have trouble getting to a good night sleep especially on the 1st night. Though the windows are closed we could still hear traffic noise-siren and honking along main road in front of the apt block.
- Megumi (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great, right in front of the monorail station and within walking distance of the children's amusement park and Alor Street. I communicated with Mr Alan on LINE and received a lot of information, so I didn't have any problems. There are two bathrooms, a washer and a dryer, so I had a comfortable stay. Because it faces a big road, the sound of cars is loud even at night, and the speeches started early in the morning, so it was really noisy.

Iron n ironboard, towel, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer 👍🏻 Easy to get mrt/monorel But a bit bising bcs near to road so bunyi kereta n motor. Not a big issue hehe. For tourist for sure akan konfius mana jln utk ke parking n naik lif to apartment. We all tersalah naik lif ke office luckily ada uncle that time show we jalan.
- Serena (10/5): Exceptional - The whole of the apartment is superb. Located at the strategic location and is very conveniet for those travelling with families.
- Rabi’atul (8/5): Very good - The apartment was easy to locate & there was no hassle liaising with the housekeeper when checking-in/out. Accommodation was spacious and clean. Ample space for multiple family to stay with a total of 7 beds in total. Thankfully the housekeeper was able to help us when we had trouble switching on the master bedroom’s aircon. Appreciate that the host provided pdfs of checking-in/out details & travel guide as well! More power socket or extra extension plug provided would be needed for larger groups.
