Katharina (4/5): Laute Wohnung, einfacher Zustand, Bad überholungsbedürftig. - Man ist schnell mitten in Flensburg und am Hafen. Die Wohnung ist groß. Leider kann ich nur von der Wohnung abraten. Sehr hellhörig, man hört die Party der Studenten genauso wie die Waschmaschine oben drüber (extrem) laut, die gerne mal abends um 12 läuft. Es sind viele WGs im Haus wie es scheint. Die Wohnung eher in einem einfachen Zustand, muffig, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr strenge Stornierungsbedingungen. Der Balkon war voller Dreck, die Dusche eher eine Zumutung verkalkt und dreckig, an der Wand kleine rote Spritzer, die wie Blut aussahen, das Laken fusselig, das Küchenfenster öffnete nicht. Die Nachttischlampe war defekt, das WLAN funktionierte nicht. Für mich persönlich für den Preis nicht machbar.
