Guest Reviews
- Laura (8/5): Great location. - Location was great. Pool doesn't look like the picture and it was a lot smaller than I expected from the photos.
- Shayne (8/5): - Could not access the rooftop infinity pool shown in the photos....
- Ridwan (10/5): - Location, value for money, ease of access Nothing. It was good
- Erin (6/5): The whole checking in and out process was so frustrating that I probably wouldn't stay again. - Location was excellent for the showgrounds. The view was fantastic. I appreciated the Mr Valentine shop downstairs for coffee and breakfast! The directions were difficult to access and we're not clear on a number of points. Firstly the Canva document opened to one page with no indication that there was more information, it had no options to scroll, no arrow etc indicating that there was information, it wasn't until in frustration that I flocked at my phone that it blew out to the 10 or so pages..so firstly include more information on the booking.com message about finding 28 Esther St, and the # of the correct lock box and pin code. Then with parking maybe get the building to install some signage indicating the different buildings, we spent 10 very hot and frustrating minutes ins lift that would not go to the 28th floor, the picture looked close enough and it wasn't clear what building we were in that too should be noted in the Booking.com messages.
The room was also not very clean, the cleaners left contact lens rubbish on the sink in the first bathroom, a dirty towel was left on the rail in the closest of the double bed, lipstick marks on glasses, etc. Plus for $800 i expect a little packet of at least UHT milk for tea/coffee. Lastly the lock on the parking was very fiddly too and I found the whole process checking in and out very very frustrating.

- Glenn (10/5): - Great position, neat and clean, all facilities great.
- Guest (10/5): I would recommend this host very friendly and help full, great communication and a lovely place - the apartment has a wonderful view, the host was very kind and helpful when I was having a problem
My husband had his assistance dog with him and that was not a problem for the property owner which made him feel comfortable not enough clearance for a big 4 wheel drive with a roof rack

- Vicki (9/5): We enjoyed our stay Thankyou - It was relaxing & comfortable Thankyou very much
- Shawn (8/5): - location was very central. Fortitude Valley train station short walk. Groceries and bottle shop in same location as train station. Plenty of options for meals close around Lift could be a little annoying. Being such a large building the lifts are busy
- Sylvia (5/5): Average - No Breakfasts The beds in the spare room for 2 women were cheap kid's beds. For a deluxe unit it was pretty poorly equipped. When the washing machine pipe came out of the wall it flooded the bathroom. We had nothing to mop it up with except our bathmat and towels. (those were pretty cheap as well and half worn out and stained). The bucket and mop are broken and useless. The picture included was what was behind the washing machine. The dryer filter was full of crap which we had to remove before using. We also paid for 4 people when only 3 stayed. I did amend the number of guests however this was never taken into account. We couldn't have 4 there as there were on 3 beds and one guest a male who is not a partner of either woman. This was also explained. Hense only 3 people being able to stay. Too expensive for what we experienced. Never again.

- Sandra (6/5): Comfortable stay in good location - The lock box was close but low to the ground and in an unlit area. I did not feel safe picking up the key.
The apartment was clean but smelt of cleaning chemicals. The balcony had brilliant 180° views over Brisbane which was amazing. Great restaurants and shopping within a short work. The air-conditioning was extremely noisy to the point we had to report it. The manager was very responsive which we appreciated. Unfortunately it could not be fixed during out stay but we were offered a full refund if we wanted to leave, but we settled on a discount, as finding alternate accommodation would be difficult.
The photos shown on the listing were not the apartment we were in. This is a bit deceptive.
There could have been more seating in the apartment. If you had 4 people, it would have been very cozy on the 1 sofa.
- Shaun (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kailani (8/5): Very good -
- Kelly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melanie (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very nice and clean. Loved being on the 28th floor as the views were amazing. We had some difficulties getting the key but once this was resolved we had a lovely time there.

- Belinda (5/5): Don’t give this place your mobile phone number. You’ll regret it - It was clean and nice. The communication from the owners was rude and borderline harassment. The texts they sent telling us that every half hour after 10am checkout they would charge $30 for each half hour was so rude. Then at 9.37 they text yet again to say the cleaners are on their way and telling us again twice in Tte same text that checkout time is 10am. Talk about pressure! We didn’t enjoy being treated like this and I’ll never go back.
- Brooke (5/5): it’s was an okay stay but could of been made better - comfy nice space full of property the veiw was amazing and very helpful staff the pool wasn’t available and was never mentioned that it wasn’t and it was one of the main reasons we booked so quite unhappy with that. you left everything but milk for coffees and teas
- Jorjarose (3/5): website advertised this motel with a pool, but the pool was closed for Maintenace - location was good, rooms clean tidy the rooms not well suited for families, only a 2-seater couch! also just wanted to say your website advertised this motel with a pool, but the pool was closed for maintenance. The only reason we booked this motel was for the pool facilities, we are very disappointed that this was not mentioned as we would have booked elsewhere
