Will book again! - Amazing location if you are going to Tottenham stadium for an event, you are literally within touching distance, takes all the stress out of getting home. The flat is a really good size and very modern.... images do not do it justice! Easy check in through the friendly bar staff downstairs made the whole experience really good. As many have said, the flat is above a pub and loud music was pumping till 1am. Wasn't a major issue for us but something to bare in mind

• Hromádková (6/5): - Ubytování má okolo zastávku metra i autobusu. Obchod je taky kousek. Je to sice trošku dál od centra, ale do centra se člověk za 30-45 minut dostane bez problému. Oceňuju možnost vhodit klíče do schránky při odchodu. Ubytování nebylo úplně čisté. Podlahy byly špinavé, lepila jsem se k podlaze. I kuchyň byla odlepená. Hodně velký hluk z hospody. Byl byl přímo nad hospodou a i když by od půlnoci měl být klid, tak hluk byl v sobotu cca do 1 do rána. Bohužel hluk byl občas skoro až nesnesitelný.
• Val (8/5): Comfortable bed & great location for what I needed - The location was great for what I needed, close to the station and the facilities where I was due to work the following day. The bed was very comfortable. Check in and out was easy, as was finding the entrance to the flats. I was aware from reviews that I might hear music from the pub below & also the road. Both of these were true but at midnight, the music stopped and the traffic had eased significantly, so I still had a good nights sleep :)

• Deborah (10/5): Excellent dog friendly stay, with easy transport to central London - Had everything we needed for a one night stay. The apartment was just like the photos and the bed was very comfortable.
• Hayley (10/5): It was perfect. - Location was perfect. Clean. Comfortable. It would be great to have some milk portions to make tea/coffee. The tea and coffee provided is great, but missing milk portions.
• Patryk (1/5): Nightmare - Nothing Smelly with cigarettes and weed. Kitchen floor lifted from water leak, smelly with toilet waste. The whole place is directly above the pub, at 2:30 it was still so loud like it's a middle of party. We couldn't sleep and we had to leave the premises. I'm fuming just to think about this, places like this shouldn't be even listed on booking.

• Emma (5/5): - Location great, right near White Hart Lane station. Key lockbox code provided was not correct, it is not 1964. I had read previous reviews so had text Kelly two days before to check if I needed a code and if there was spare bedding to make up the advertised soda bed. Kelly replied saying I would get this information on the morning of my stay. On arrival, couldn’t open the lockbox so I called Kelly many times with no answer. Texts were not answered. My friend text her also. We were stuck outside in the pouring rain. Couldn’t go into the pub underneath the flat as there was a private function. Ended up taking shelter in a nearby shop and Kelly called my friend saying go into the pub and try to find her…. Went back to the pub and again was told we can’t go in as there was a wedding - we explained we just needed to collect keys and a lady helped us open the lockbox with the correct code….. not sure why this couldn’t have been provided on the call / text? Bed is not comfortable. Springs have gone in the mattress. There isn’t a sofa bed. The pub is right underneath the flat and the music is very loud.
• smith (8/5): I would definitely book again because my stay was enjoyable, the apartment was cozy and warm. - Everything in the apartment was tidy and clean, and it was large and equipped with many conveniences. not many issues expect the internet password was wrong, i was unable to connect.

• Celine (6/5): Bon emplacement mais la propreté pour être à revoir ! - Emplacement - manque de propreté plus que nécessaire : comme les autres avis, on se demande si les draps sont changés entre chaque passage. Le sol n’a pas connu l’eau et le savon depuis des mois. Sur les photos ça ne se voit pas mais ce n’est pas propre ! - les verres, couverts et assiettes soi disant propres ne l’étaient pas - une forte odeur de cigarette dans l’appartement et de renfermé - le wifi ne fonctionnait pas - il manquait une grande serviette de bain (1 pour 2 personnes c’est un peu juste) - le hall de l’immeuble et cage d’escaliers sentaient également très forts -le plus gros souci reste l’adresse et le mode de fonctionnement pour récupérer les clés. L’adresse indiquée sur booking et par l’hôte dans les messages est le numéro 803 et finalement l’appartement se trouve au numéro 805. Le deuxième point concerne les clés, une fois sur place on doit deviner que les clés sont à récupérer auprès du bar, mais ça encore il faut le deviner car tout les indications transmises par l’hôte sont contradictoires, il n’y a pas de boîte de clés pour récupérer et déposer les clés en libre service. - on se demande comment la porte d’entrée du bâtiment puisse être solide car elle vraiment dans un sale état !

• Sumer (3/5): - Looked like the photos, great location. Wrong address given on the website. Leads you to a pub next door. Key code had been changed from code given to us and we were not informed. When we got the correct code there was no key in box. No hot water in the flat. Called the contact number 11 times and sent a message on website with no answer.

• Carnevale Habermas (2/5): Extremely hot, loud, and impossible to find without assistance - The people I spoke with were very friendly. The host over the phone was nice, maintenance person was nice. The bartenders were nice. It was decorated nicely. Close to the train station. Nice rain shower. Big kitchen. I would not recommend this property based on our stay. The experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish: The address provided was incorrect (listed as 803, but the building was actually 805), which caused immediate confusion. The keypass code to retrieve our room keys was wrong. After being sent to multiple nearby shops, someone finally gave us the correct one.When I followed up, the response was, “Yeah, they change it from time to time...” We received three different keys, none of which were labeled or clearly linked to a specific room. To make things worse, our room number was never shared in any email or chat correspondence without persistent requests for clarification. We had to climb over 50 steep stairs (at nearly a 90-degree angle!) and try several doors just to find the right room. Calls for assistance were met with voicemails. Once inside, we struggled with the room key, getting locked out twice and needing outside help. The room had no air conditioning, and due to a large, noisy event happening at the bar directly below us, we couldn’t open the windows to cool down. The noise and heat made sleeping nearly impossible. They were screaming, braeking glass and making a scene right outside the window. The Wi-Fi password sent before check-in didn’t work. We had no internet access, and as a result, we couldn’t even use the TV. The room itself looked nothing like what was advertised on the booking site. I had expected a hotel or small B&B-style stay, but this felt misleading and subpar. Given the many issues—especially around security, communication, and comfort—I genuinely feel this stay did not meet even basic hospitality standards and should be refunded.

• Hayley (10/5): Perfect, would 100% book again. - The location for a gig in Tottenham stadium was ideal. It didn’t bother me but music from the bar downstairs is quite loud so won’t recommend for a quiet stay

Location - perfect for what I needed Price - reasonable, especially if you need it for shows/football Cleanliness - I found it to be clean, fridge was spotless (noticed this as I was using it) and overall I didn’t find it to be dirty Like everyone else has said in their reviews, it’s noisy so bring earplugs Wifi wasn’t good, it never worked for me the whole time I was there
• Katrina (5/5): could certainly do with a more detailed explanation on how to get to the property and new bed sheets but I enjoyed my st - The location was good and the refurbishments was lovely and modern The bed sheets need replaced and the mattress was dirty. there was areas of the bathroom that was still dirty too but I didn’t mind cleaning it myself. The door was incredibly confusing for the property as the address on the information for booking.com is 805 but the door was actually 803 and there was no mention of it being flat 2 in the close.

• Ann (9/5): Good location with nearby amenities - Really close to the Tottenham Hotspur stadium with lots of pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets within walking distance. We couldn’t get the wifi to work using the password provided, but had sufficient data anyway, so not an issue.

• Brendon (4/5): The fine and fitting flat - Flat was warm and the bed was comfy, fridge was clean and worked and towels were provided. Shower was nice and warm. Right above a very loud pub. Couch, cushions, pillows were all quite dirty, same with cultery and glasses. Flat was generally a bit worn looking with marks all over the walls.
• Kirsty (7/5): Leisure Stay - The bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect for what we had planned as close to train station and stadium. The apartment was quiet, no noise from neighbours, which is a plus. Bathroom was spacious. Found empty fag packet in draws in bedroom, dust in bathroom vents and bin which were visible, also hairs in sink in bathroom. The television was not working as remotes, not correct ones, so unable to use. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay.

• Krzysztof (5/5): Passable - - relatively easy to find, after reaching the owner - close to the shops, underground, and buses - ok in terms of equipment in the apartment - noise from the street and bar is killing this place, especially as the bar opens in the middle of the day. - probably walls require some extra cleaning - Given the noise, I feel the price I paid was too high. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place. I'm glad the owner has guests who don't mind the loud atmosphere and leave positive reviews, but it's just not a good fit for me.
• Polett (1/5): I do not recommend this place under any circumstances! - ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I had an extremely disappointing experience at this property, and I need to share the details to warn future guests: 1. Invoice Issue: The property refused to provide an invoice for my stay, claiming it was Booking.com's responsibility. However, Booking.com customer service confirmed that the property is obligated to issue invoices. 2. Lack of Communication: The host did not respond to my messages sent via Booking.com. I arrived without any information about the key, WiFi, or practical details. A waiter from the bar below the apartment eventually helped me out. After I made a phone call to the property, I received some details—but even then, they provided the wrong WiFi password. I was left without internet access for two days, which caused serious problems as this was a business trip. 3. Unbearable Noise: There was no mention in the listing that the apartment is directly above a pub. The loud music and shouting from drunk patrons went on throughout the night, even on weekdays, and continued well past closing hours—up to 3–4 AM! It was impossible to sleep. 4. Dirty and Poorly Maintained: While the apartment appears relatively new, it was dirty and unpleasant. I found broken glass next to the bed, dust, and hair everywhere. Because of the noise and unacceptable conditions, I had to leave the apartment and book another place for the last two nights of my stay. This added extra costs and stress during what was already a busy work trip. I will be filing a direct complaint with Booking.com and requesting a refund for the two nights I couldn’t stay at this property. This experience was outrageous and far below any reasonable standard of hospitality.
• Olumide (7/5): Convenient location - The property is close to public transport (White Hart Lane station, bus stops) and other amenities (supermarket, stadium, even a hospital if needed). The property was neat and sufficiently clean. Nice choices on the TV. The address on the booking is the pub downstairs and I had to ask the staff. The person who directed me to proper place did not seem impressed, probably because they had to do it many times. I notified the host about the issue but not sure if it was rectified. Although it was not too much of a problem for me but there was a fracas downstairs in the pub that spilled outside on the second night of my stay - shouting and pushing etc. Some might be put off by such incidents, which is unlikely to be rare as that is the nature of pubs.

• Phil (5/5): Great location for football but shame that the flat was a mess and has not been looked after. - Location for football perfect . Hadn’t been cleaned. Smelled of curry throughout the property, fridge and freezer had left over food in with frozen beer bottles left in freezer that had leaked everywhere. Longe walls had children’s writing scribbled all over them.

• Neil (6/5): This represents good value for money in London - Plenty of room In need of a paint. All the walls have scuff marks which makes the look dirty. There is no sound proofing so the noise from the pub below at night is considerable. The area is also questionable at night.

• Benjamin (4/5): Disappointed - More of a modern design. Spacious enough. Proximity to public transport and city centre is great. 1. Check-in was delayed, I had to wait for over an hour before I was allowed into the apartment because the previous tenant left at 3pm apparently, so they had to rush to clean the house. Poor communication from the landlord or the person who was supposed to give me the keys downstairs at the pub. 2. Cleaning was not great, you can tell it was rushed. Walls dirty from drawing marks and such. Floors sticky. Dirty water marks in toilet. I hope they changed the bedsheets. 3. Asked for Wifi password, which was given on paper. However I did not manage to find the written network on my phone or laptop. Just gave up and used my own phone data. Tip: next time please have it written down somewhere and placed permanently in the house so guests don’t have to ask you for it. 4. Place is facing the main road and right above a noisy pub. If you need silence to work or rest, this is not the place to be, esp at night.

• Mark (10/5): A very comfortable stay - I was working at White Hart Lane Stadium and needed somewhere close by and found that this accommodation was literally metres away, so it a perfect location for me. This flat is located above a pub and can be busy with both music and people until closing time.

The apartment was equipped with all necessary amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room, and a plush bed. The host was very nice, and picking up and dropping off the key was simple and quick. The place was spotless, with clean bathrooms and fresh linens. The thick walls ensured no noise disturbance, making it a peaceful stay. Overall, I was very impressed and would definitely book with them again. Highly recommended! Nil
