• GBrenda22 (10/5): - Jó az elhelyezkedés, gyorsan elérhető minden gyalog. Az ágy kényelmes. Szuper,hogy volt kávéfőző is. 😊 Csak egy apróság,hogy ha az ember elhúzza a sötétítő függönyt,akkor mindenki belát, behúzva meg nem jön be természetes fény.

• Katarzyna (10/5): - Very cosy apartment, new, clean and fully equiped (a lot of additional things that quests can use that usually aren't available in different similar places: chargers, Hair straightener). Good location. And really nice and helpfull Staff that replay for all questions very fast. We fully recommend.

• Filip (7/5): Ok but not perfect - Apartment is location close to every atraction in the city. The apartment has all of you need for example wasching powder, dish detergent and so on. You can find simple a parking space. You need to know that there is no spectacular view. The owner is very helpful and polite. I saw some commnets with comlaing to condition of breakfast and I have the same opinion here. There are only few position what you can using and less quality in my opinion. Best solution for me and my wife was visted at restaurant on the central area od Ayia Napa.

• Lekka (10/5): - Πηγα χειμωνα. Μεσα ηταν τοσο ζεστα και ανετα που δεν ηθελα να βγω. Το πρωινο αφθονο, σαμπουαν και αφρολουτρο αφθονο, ζεστο νερο αφθονο, καθαρα σεντονια, καθαρες πετσετες, πολυ ανετο κρεβατι. Ειχε ολες τις παροχες σαν να ημουν σπιτι μου (και καλυτερα). Κι ο Κος Λαμπρος που μας υποδεχτηκε ηταν ευγενεστατος και πολυ εξυπηρετικος!
• Emanuel (8/5): Bis auf das Frühstücks Problem und dem „ fehlenden“ zimmerservice ein angenehmer Aufenthalt - Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage war auch sehr gut . Personal war sehr freundlich . Leider steht bei der Beschreibung , dass Frühstück inbegriffen ist jedoch stimmt das so nicht . Der Kühlschrank ist zwar bis zum Rand voll jedoch muss man sich das Frühstück selbst zubereiten. Das heißt man muss selber kochen und selber abspülen etc. meiner Meinung nach sollte man die Beschreibung ändern. Leider wurden in der ganzen Woche auch nicht die Handtücher gewechselt .
• Andrea (10/5): - A szállás a központtól 2 percre fekszik, a strandtól is 10 perc séta. Kényelmes az ágy, tisztaság volt, és nagyon jól felszerelt. Odafigyeltek részletekre mint amilyen a fésű, fogkefe, testápoló... Volt két kis macskánk akik vártak haza minket a strandról :) A kávé nagyon finom, jó löketet adott a napnak. A reggelit mi magunk készítettük el és picit egyhangú volt - felvágott, sajt, tojás és lekvár.

• Clemens (10/5): Amazing apartment! Everything was as it should be - Amazing apartment! It was equipped with everything you needed and you could see rhatvit was build with love! The host was also very nice and kind and supported with helpful suggestions for my stay! All in all it was just amazing and I am sure I will be back soon!
• Alina (9/5): - Lambros was so helpful and welcoming. Gave us alot of local recommendations and helpful tips. Also his place is fully equipped like a mini supermarket. Andrias , his brother, also came by before we checkout to personally say good bye and gave us a lovely souvenir. Best part of his place is the excellent shower compared to all the other 5 accommodations I stayed around cyrpus. Excellent water pressure, good heating system and good bath area without annoying curtains sticking to your body during shower. Everything was perfect...would totally recommend for anyone looking for a place in Ayia Napa.

• Anda Elena (10/5): - Comfortul, curățenia și gazda Nu este un aspect negativ dar este de remarcat faptul că micul dejun nu este servit, sunt alimente lăsate în frigider care trebuie preparate de către voi. Oricum, pentru noi acest lucru nu a fost o problemă

The property is very close to clubs, supermarkets, restaurants and its within a short walk to the beach. Would definitely come back on our next Aiya Napa visit. -

• Eva (10/5): - Die Lage ist außerordentlich gut, insbesondere in Bezug auf Restaurants und Nachtleben; das Studio ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Frühstück inbegriffen); der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch und kann einige Empfehlungen geben; sogar eine Waschmaschine gibt es im Studio und die dazugehörigen Tabs liegen auch aus (kosten 1€ pro Stück).

• Jessica (10/5): 10/10 - would recommend 🤩 - The most well-stocked rental apartment I’ve ever visited anywhere in the world! It literally got EVERYTHING anyone would ever need for a short or long stay (literally! Anything between shoe-shine to washing detergent to soft towels to phone charger to even jam and honey!) 😀 Super impressed how thoughtful it was stocked with all type of essential things, but also how modern and well designed the apartment is! The cupboards are stocked with snacks for purchase (very convenient!), and breakfast products are included in the stay, which I thought was very sweet and generous. The host Andreas was very nice and you can feel he really cares for his guests. Definitely one of the freshest, best and most welcoming apartments I’ve stayed in the whole Cyprus! :) 10/10 and 100% can recommend! Loved everything so much! But - only thing I did not like was the pillows 😬 even if there was 4 of them they were all way too thick and high and I couldn’t sleep on them. But that’s just a personal preference! :) The bed was also too firm in my liking (but still very good compared to most beds in Cyprus!)
• Domen (10/5): Would recommend it for sure! - New apartment with everything you need and more. Really nice place to spend your holidays. You get some food included in the price-mainly for breakfast. And have mini bar for drinks and snacks. We even got welcome desert and little present for goodbye. The host is really kind and also sends you recommendations for beaches, cafes, restaurants.
• Attila (10/5): Perfect. - Host is always responding fast and if you need something he is very helpful. The apartment is the same as in the photos. The center and the sea is within walking distance.
