• Olena (2/5): Не добросовісні. - Чиста білизна, охайно у душевих кімнатах В кімнаті ні одного стула, і немає стола. Забула туфлі під кроватью, не повернули. Мені дуже прикро. Ну як так?
• Nico (7/5): Bien. Buen precio. - Está bien ubicado. A pocos metros hay una entrada al metro para ir a pleno centro en pocos minutos. También es buen lugar para ir al aeropuerto. El precio es muy bueno comparado a otros de la ciudad, así que en ese sentido, super bien. La calefacción de la habitación no funcionaba. Estaba un poco fresco, pero se podia pasar.

• Valeria (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Vienna - Honestly it’s the best place to stay in Vienna, the location is really good and in a good area, it’s safe. The conditions of the rooms are amazing and it’s really easy to get there. The main door and each room has its own password, that made me feel safe, and also the kitchen and bathroom are well equipped

• Lisa (5/5): Un propreté catastrophique - La literie était plutôt confortable. Le ménage des espaces communs était catastrophique. Nous sommes arrivés un jeudi en fin de journée, les 3 salles de bain communes étaient sales, les douches (aussi bien à l'intérieur que les parois extérieures) étaient crasseuses, avec des contours noircis, des cheveux accumulés, des joints crasseux qui n'avaient pas étaient nettoyés depuis bien longtemps. Plusieurs serviettes et tapis jonchaient le sol dans les trois salles de bain, en boules et souillées, les 3 poubelles débordées de papiers hygiéniques usagés. Le vendredi au soir, après une journée de plus, les lieux communs étaient identiques, rien n'avait bougé. Idem pour la cuisine qui était avec un évier rempli de vaisselles sales à rabord et un robinet qui n'avait pas d'arrivée d'eau. Nous avons écris au site samedi pour nous plaindre, et en fin de journée de samedi les lieux communs avaient enfin etaient nettoyés suite à notre demande...

• Veronika (6/5): - Dostupnost do centra, restaurace a obchůdky kolem , ticha klidná lokalita Tenké zdi, kde slyšíte si povídat lidi vedle v pokoji. Jakékoliv zavření dveří nebo pohyb po společných prostorách bylo slyšet, budilo to v noci ze spaní, hlavně po půlnoci. Bohužel jsme chytli neukázněné hosty kteří byli 2 noci hlučný a nechávali po sobě bordel ve sprchách.

• Kraukle (7/5): Kopumā esmu apmierināta ar naktsmītni, kas bija labs variants budžetu taupošiem ceļotājiem. - Patika, ka viss bija izremontēts, labi aprīkots. Laba atrašanās vieta. Bija maz ielas trokšņu. Varēju gulēt tikai ar ausu aizbāžņiem, jo starp istabām ir ļoti plānas sienas. Divstāvu gultas apakšējā gultā pie sienas nevar gulēt cilvēks, kam ir klaustrofobija. Naktī uznāca panikas sajūta un biju spiesta modināt vīru, lai samainītos vietām. Istabiņā, kas paredzēta trijiem cilvēkiem, būtu jābūt vismaz diviem krēsliem.

It was in good location, the bathrooms were clean, the kitchen was equipped, the room was enough in sp - The location was perfect for me - the district was very calm, clean and felt safe. I walked to the hotel at different times - at 12pm/2am/5am - it always felt save for me. The cleaning is made every day (common bathrooms & kitchen). There were 3 bathrooms, so it was comfortable. The room was small, but it was enough for 2 people. The kitchen is also good The walls are really thin, but it’s not a luxury appliance so my advice is always to take with you ear plugs. The hostel has 9 rooms, during my stay it was not so booked, maybe only 2 more rooms except mine, so it wasn’t very noise or messy. But you never know how many people will be in hostel during your stay, so be ready for possible noise. Also, in our room there were no hangers for coats. It was inconvenient. Also, the pillows were too high. If you used to sleep on thin pillows, it would be very inconvenient for you. Also, the kitchen is one space with the corridor with front door, so it’s not so cozy, but since there were not so many people, I wasn’t disturbed by that
• Martina (5/5): Good and comfortable facilities, amazing location, just very unclean. - The beds were comfortable (very good to sleep in), the location is amazing. You have everything you need. The cleanliness. The sheets were filled with hair when we came and the staff, while responsive, needed 2 days to change it. It seemed like it was not changed between stays. The cleanliness of the kitchen was questionable, so at the end I was not confident to cook at all. Cleaners should come in more early in the morning to clean the toilets and kitchen and the rooms and should be more thorough. With the unclean kitchen I can live, but with the hairy sheets - no way.

• Elisabeth (6/5): Soweit ok, für kurze Üvernachtungen passt es.. - Leichter Check-in..Bett war ok. Sauberkeit des Zimmers war in Ordnung..es war schön sich etwas zubereiten zu können.. Es gab nur einen Topf und eine Pfanne..es gibt aber neun Zimmer, somit wäre etwas mehr Geschirr praktisch.. Das Bad war meist schmutzig so das ich es vor Benutzung erst reinigen musste.. Auch wäre es schöne ein Frauen wie Männer Bad zu haben..Keine Hacken um das Handtuch aufzuhängen..weder Zimmer noch Bad..Teilweise gab es kein WC-Papier..Andere Gäste waren am späten Abend laut.

• Davorin (1/5): - 6.2. 2026 I booked a room, paid and set off for Vienna. I arrived in the evening around 19:00. the building does not have any sign where the rooms are located. Everything is like a hide and seek. finally I find the entrance and the entry code... I find the room and when I open the room I see someone else in the room... wtf. sold the same room twice!!! the shared kitchen was very neglected and dirty.

• Tomáš (1/5): - Milý personál, milý ostatní hostia. Naše dvere boli pokazené, musel prísť opravár, ktorý nám dvere opravil. Strávili sme tým asi 5 hodín, museli sme zrušiť všetky svoje plány na večer. Posteľ bola veľmi nepohodlná a vŕzgala. Cez steny bolo počuť všetky zvuky. Pri našom probléme sa do ubytovania nedalo dovolať, odpisovali nám len na správy na bookingu, aj to po dlhej dobe. Keď sa dvere podarilo otvoriť, izba nebola pripravená.

• Bourabier (4/5): A fuir - Il est bien situé La chambre n’est pas propre surtout les draps, ils était plein de poils à notre arrivée, les salles de bains sont plus que salle c’est même pas supportable, il fait froid dans le bâtiment en général, les fenêtre sont isolé à l’aide de scotch !
• Nazareno (6/5): Having a 24h customer service would be really helpful - Its ok We had a problem opening the door and they dont have a 24h customer service support. Luckily, after how many times of trying, we managed to open it or else we will stay outside of our room the whole night.

Shared kitchen with fridge and freezer (some guests could have kept it cleaner, but no drama) Easy to access and clear instructions provided for self check in. Bathrooms were kept clean and stocked with toilet paper and toiletries. Pillows were like sofa cushions. They were far too big to actually sleep on without getting a crick in your neck. I ended up having to use a folded duvet. There was only 1 cup in the whole kitchen.

Razanin üstünde sakız vardı. Oda çok soğuktu ve ısınmıyordu. İnternet 2 tane vardı fakat bizle bir tanesinin şifresini paylaştı o odadan çekmiyordu. Diğer internetin şifresini ve odanın ısınmadığını söylediğinizde tatmin edici yanıt alamadık.
• Júlia (6/5): The price is fair for what you get. It’s a good place for a short stay with friends. - Great location close to the metro in a quiet area, with a Lidl nearby. Rooms were relatively clean (clean sheets and towels). The kitchen and bathroom had basic amenities and were generally well equipped. Very thin walls — we could hear every noise coming from the hallway and other rooms. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom coming from the toilet. The room was cold during our January stay and didn’t heat up properly after turning the heating on. The kitchen lacked some basics (no baking tray despite having an oven).

• Mélia (4/5): Good location, but overall wouldn’t recommend. - Location was good, easy to get to the hauptbanhof by tube (10-15 min walk away from tube station). It was filthy, the bedsheets had multiple stains, the showers were unclean and had mould up the walls, and just overall was quite dirty. Also had cleaners walk into our room in the morning while we were asleep (we had a private room) so didn’t feel 100% secure there.

• Angélica (4/5): - La habitación tenía toda la ropa de cama, y estaba limpia, habían otros turistas pero no tuvimos ningún problema con ellos. El inconveniente fue con la calefacción, nos hospedamos en invierno, y durante las 3 noches dormimos con frío y no pudieron solucionarlo mientras estuvimos ahí, aunque nos hicieron un reembolso del 50%.

• Juneyd (8/5): - Clean property. It has 3 Bathrooms, friendly stuff who is coming each morning cleaning the rooms and etc. equipped kitchen. Nice air conditioning. The room was smaller than expected. The sound isolation wasn’t the best, but it was fine if you’re not very sensitive to noise.
• Julia (9/5): Близько до метро - 10 хв пішки, чисто та тепло, зручне розташування біля супермаркетів. - Помешкання було теплим та чистим. На кухні є все необхідне. Досить близько до метро, до 10 хв пішки, 3 супермаркети поряд. Рекомендую. В одній з ванних кімнат бойлер на душ не грів воду, проте в інших двох все працювало. Кришку в унітазі в одній з ван за 3 дні так ніхто і не прикрутив.

Era mizerie pe jos, au venit să facă iar curat, tot așa era - aparent așa se face curățeniea la ei. Nu arată ca in poză. Pereți jegoși, urât rău.

• Arene (8/5): - Habitación estuvo bastante bien y la litera muy cómoda. La cocina le faltaba alguna sartén, solo tenían cazuelas pero sino bastante bien equipada. Los baños, los tres tenían ducha y bastante espaciosas y limpias. Muy buena estancia. Nos tocó una habitación que no olía muy bien y no tenía perchero donde colgar las toallas y las chaquetas.

• Alexander (6/5): - Gute Lage und Erreichbarkeit. Sieht modern aus. Unkomplizierter, einfacher Zugang. Die Zimmer sind nicht gut schallisoliert! Sehr laut, vor allem wenn an einem Samstag um 08:00 der Staubsauger genutzt wird, extrem störend.
• Borja Aldea (1/5): - La verdad que solamente puedo opinar negativamente dado que cuando hice el ingreso en el alojamiento, la habitación estaba ocupada. Produciendose un solapamiento con otro huésped. Desde el alojamiento no pusieron ninguna solución salvo que llamara a Booking. Por tanto, ninguna capacidad resolutiva ante una incidencia teniendo que buscar rápidamente alojamiento ya que estoy ocurrió a última hora de la tarde.

• Sara (7/5): - Great Location. Market, bus station everything is near. The beds are very comfortable and rooms are cozy. There is no parking space in front of the building. We got a 36€ fine for parking in front of the building. The beds were made, and linens were clean but room floor was not clean and there was some trash. Kitchen was clean, and bathroom was okay. Overall for the price it was okay, I recommend.

• Gioia (1/5): Ekelerregend, einmal und nie wieder. - Lage war ok Badezimmer in extrem schlechten Zustand. Im Zimmer war der Boden dreckig, Bettwäsche eklig, hat gestunken. Die ,,frischen’‘ Handtücher die auf dem Bett lagen als wir ankamen, waren noch feucht. Es hat extrem gestunken im ganzen Hostel. Insgesamt ziemlich unangenehmer Aufenthalt.

EINE TRAGÖDIE Das Zimmer war in keinem vermietbaren Zustand - überall war es dreckig und der hygienische Zustand fragwürdig mit Überresten der Vormietenden wie z.B. Haare. Außerdem waren die Bereitgestellten Handtücher schimmlig und schmutzig, ähnlich wie die Bettwäsche die offensichtlich nicht gewechselt wurde.

• Trenkill (5/5): Everything would be fine except that my sheets smelled like urine and were full of hair - · Upon entering the place, I think everything looked in order; it's somewhat new, but it's noticeably in need of maintenance. Entering the room, it looked quite nice, but several things could be improved. The coat rack was placed next to the door, making it difficult to close, or adding a chair or something instead of placing plants in the room. My mattress cover was full of hair and smelled like urine, and there was nothing else. It was quite unpleasant sleeping there. The bathrooms needed maintenance; the showers didn't have doors, so when you showered, the entire bathroom was completely flooded with water. Not just one bathroom, all three bathrooms had the same problem. Otherwise, everything was fine.

• Anna (7/5): - Очень хороший и отзывчивый персонал! Уборка каждый день в общих зонах. Были проблемы, их моментально решали. Благодарю персонал !!!! В хостеле чисто, недалеко остановка / метро. До достопримечательностей пешком 45-50 минут. Цена - качество замечательно. Единственное, что мне очень не понравилось- некоторые люди, которые заселялись, они вели себя очень шумно и им было все равно, что есть соседи. Публика может быть разной, поэтому здесь как повезет!
