• Christopher KB (9/5): Wonderful old charm Nihon family house 🇯🇵♥️ - 1. Refurbished old charm house with fresh tatami ♥️ 2. Clean interiors and great upkeep . 3. Easy to locate from subway station but be aware of the exit is a flight of staircase (common in Japan) 4. All white goods are in working condition & wonderful for my laundry. 5. Bedrooms are spacious and bright. 1. The towels are really too small even for an Asian like me - to make it more scratchy - it’s poly blend (non absorbent & skin unfriendly) 2. User manual for washing is outdated 3. Typical traditional Japanese staircase - unsafe for young kids & elders. 4. Shower room & wash basin are too tiny for my liking. 5. Sleeping on floor beds takes time to get use to.
• Uliana (8/5): Bella esperienza - The house is in a great location for both public transport and supermarkets, so we got around very easily. Overall a nice traditional experience! A bit inconvenient to have the bathrooms downstairs from the rooms. Showers with little privacy, being in a group it would have been better to have more.

The feeling of home away from home ❤️ . Washing machine and detergent, cookware are available. AC is available located in a very safe area. Easy check-in instruction Nothing. We don’t mind going to stairs for the rooms. Note that the property is a 2 storey, 1stFloor- living room, dining and 2 toilet and 2 bath. 2nd Floor- 2 rooms (3foams and 2 foams)
• Hak Shun (9/5): On the whole, the stay is cozy, and the property offers us a good start to our trip to Japan. - The property has a good location. It is very close to supermarket and Metro station. The young family members are a bit nervous about the two little centipedes, one crawling out from the air-conditioner and one towards the restroom.
• Kimiko (6/5): コスパは良い！ - 駅から近く、安いコインパーキングもすぐ近くだったこと。 子ども含め8人で泊まってもゆったり寝られたこと。 ドラム式洗濯機があったので連泊で洗濯ができて助かった。 ランドリールームが広かったので、折りたたみ傘を5本も広げて乾かせたのも良かった！ 宿泊費から考えると満足度は非常に高い。 ランドリールームが独特のにおいがした。 コンパクトな家だからやむを得ないが、口コミにもあった通り、階段は踏み面が小さくて角度も急。 シャワーが固くて泡が付いた手では非常にひねりにくかった。 タオルが1人あたり1枚のバスタオルしかなく、トイレや洗面所にタオルが無かったのが不便だった。 食器を拭くものか無かった。 洗面台がとても小さいので顔を洗うと床がビチョビチョになる。(と想像できたのでシンクで洗顔しました。) ソファはクッションを背もたれに使わないと背もたれが固い。

• CHIKA (6/5): 駅近、夢洲まで直通 - 駅から近い、スーパーも近くてコンビニも近い 近くのばるとという店に行ったがとても美味しかった 家族皆で過ごせて良かった、ホテルと違い入ったら 自由に過ごせるのは一軒丸ごと借りられる魅力かと思います(部屋に行くまでの煩わしさなどがない) 地図の道順よりライフ側からのがわかりやすいので 地図変えた方が良いと思います 鍵がわかりづらかった 写真が見れなかったので最初入れなくて困った 洗濯機の糸くずフィルターのエラーが出ていて 掃除してからの使用しなくてはいけなかった 近所の方の目が少し気になった
• Thera-Chen (10/5): - 這次是家庭旅遊，也是第一次來日本，有七大兩小，租了整棟，房間的榻榻米很香，床墊也很舒服，家人很喜歡，雖然上樓的樓梯比較陡，但有扶手可扶，還有洗脫烘的洗衣機很棒，真的像在自己家的感覺，另外住宿期間有任何問題發問，房東都是立刻幫忙解決，超棒。下次有機會來大阪一定會再選擇這間，這間真的完全可以體驗日本人住宿
• Christina (7/5): Meet our needs. - We needed a place that could accommodate a group of 7. This place was very affordable and allowed us to stay all together. Location was good for getting to the metro. It was pretty clean. The sleeping mats were nice but the pillows were tiny little bean bag type of pillows. The main living area was tight for the size of our group. The sofa really needs to be replaced. It was not comfortable and when it's the only place to sit beside the kitchen table, it really should be better.
• Maria (9/5): Modern Traditional - 1. Two bathrooms and two showers with shampoo and body wash 2. Towels were provided. We asked for additional ones and they were prepared prior to our arrival. 3. Toothpaste was provided along with basic toothbrushes 4. Airconditioner with heater in every room 5. Loved the washing machine. We used google translate because the labels are in japanese. 6. Laundry detergent was available 7. Slippers were provided 8. Quiet and clean neighborhood 9. Close to supermarkets, konbinis, and restaurants 10. Five-minute walk to Midoribashi train station. 11. Segregated trash bins. 12. We asked for additional pillows and they were provided. 13. We all enjoyed the massage chair 14. Drink vending machine nearby Thank you guesthouse owner for being accommodating! We loved out stay. 1. It’s not really a bad thing, but just a feedback, that our senior parents had difficulty going up and down the steep stairs because all the toilets are in the first floor. 2. No instructions on how to dispose the garbage once the bins are full, so we had to message the owner on how to take care of it and they responded. 3. Showers were fine, but it could be an issue for bigger and taller guests because they are built for smaller frames. 4. It’s not something we didn’t like, but for future guests’ reference, the old wooden smell in the bedrooms are from the tatami floors. 5. Stairs are steep, but it seems to be a common housing structure in japan. We didn’t mind, we’re just not used to it. :)

• Gab (9/5): Great place to stay, convenient facilities and location. - The place is very nice, like a spacious house with very good facilities. The train station is very near along with the convenience store, there is also a nearby supermarket if you want options. the bedrooms are very comfy, the dining, living and kitchen are very nice to use. Also the host is very responsive to any and all my queries. The ground floor heating is quite weak especially in the winter mornings which makes it substantially cold compared to the bedrooms, Took a bit of time to get used to during our stay.

• Wei (9/5): Nice location - Convenient transportation, within 5 minutes of Metro Station, A large supermarket is within easy reach. The room is clean and comfortable. You can experience Japanese life. Be careful not to use too much force, there will be noise, because it is made of wood. The light switch is controlled by a remote control, and it took me a long time to figure it out. It is very convenient to be able to wash and dry clothes. It is convenient to communicate with the landlord and the response is very timely. Far exceeded expectations. The wooden stairs to the second floor are indeed a bit steep for the elderly. The shower may be too small for fat people😄.The wash basin may be a little low. I think it would be more convenient to put a chair by the door to change shoes.

• Jay (5/5): Nice and quiet place close to Osaka castle. - This place would be nice for a couple and maybe a couple kids who like to explore culture and history. Very quiet and peaceful. Very close to Osaka castle. Very clean but smells old. There were a bit too much restrictions. The property has 7 beds in 2 large bedrooms but Only 2 cups available for coffee. Most dinner ware are made of plastics. No place to hang clothes in bathroom. TV is big but not castable, the only channel available are in Japanese.
• Kabgpach55 (10/5): Spacious house good for families and near the subway - Our host was able to send clear instructions on how to locate the property and accessing it. It was located in a quiet residential neighborhood with an easy access to the subway. It's a bit far from the shopping district but that was okay, there is grocery store nearby with a number of 7/11 and family mart nearby. Host also went above and beyond to provide us with cookware and a weighing scale, had the time to double check the property when the electricity didn't work (turns out it was a safety feature). There is laundry and dryer in the property and the garage area was spacious enough for us to leave our stuff. Overall, will recommend this to big groups as the place was spacious enough with 2 bathrooms (although quite small, shower room) but nonetheless, still worth the price you're paying for! Would stay here again. None

• Tomonori (9/5): Very good facility for larger family and group. Very affordable cost! - The property location is only 5min away from subway station and several convenience store and supermarket near by. Facilities are very clean and really equipped. There are two toilets and showers! Large enough bedroom for 8 adults people lay futon mattress. Laundry area is roomy. There is dryer for quick dry and also we can use useful hanger rack. We only stay 2nights but we recommended this property for long stay. The shower room was too tight to relax. The vanity sink is very small and though to wash face without splash water on the floor. Better buy a new sofa. Those are not big issue though.
• Vera (10/5): Its amazing place to stay, my family really like it. - We like that we can experience the original japanese house feel like but all facilities already modern and comfortable. The house is spacious, very clean, has two toilets and two showers, washing machine and dryer. Location is very convenience, only a few min walk to big supermarket, family mart (from the small street in the back, it has many electric bike for rent in front of it), 7 eleven, and train station. One of the shower on right side is hard to set, the water keep changing hot and cold.

• Jack (4/5): The property was ok but all the signs ruined the overall experience of living in a traditional home and the smells in th - It was located very close to the station so made travel really easy. All the signs and warnings around the house made it feel a bit uncomfortable, instead of having signs everywhere these rules could have been put into a list or guide to read rather than posted all around the property with threats of calling the police or charging for faults etc. There was a strong smell in the bedrooms I believe from the flooring, being told we could not cook meat or any food with an oder/smell left the kitchen unusable and pointless this rule seems quite unreasonable tbh Claiming to have two bathrooms is a bit of a reach there are two showers opposite each other located in the bottom of the apartment away from the bedrooms this is quite inappropriate and misleading.
