• Mariaclaudia (10/5): alloggio affascinante in un palazzo antico nel cuore della città - E' stato affascinante alloggiare in un palazzo tanto antico e l'appartamento è stupefacente con i suoi soffitti altissimi e le travi in legno. Si trova in posizione perfetta per una visita turistica del centro storico ed essendo in zona a traffico limitato c'è solo passaggio pedonale (rarissimi i mezzi a motore) quindi luogo molto tranquillo e abbastanza silenzioso; non ci sono locali notturni nei dintorni perciò la notte si riposa benissimo. Il gestore mi ha dato utili indicazioni sull'appartamento e sulla città ed è stato molto disponibile (mi ha consentito un check-in anticipato e poi di lasciare il bagaglio per alcune ore in più dopo il check-out)
• Ian (8/5): Great location - This is a great little place to stay. A comfortable, simple lovely space. It is a great location for seeing Naples with many top attractions within easy walking distance. The entrance to the building is somewhat off-putting but once up the 40 steps to the apartment the space is very good

A mid-price hotel would have been cheaper & more convenient. - Good central location, good big shower, spacious room, big double bed, all clean 7tidy Reception offhand, nothing done when I emailed that the front door lock stopped working after 1 day (the apt had an outer door shared by another apt, so our flat had no security from the other one) Similarly, no result from emailing that the bathroom heater didn't work. It wasn't possible to leave luggage on the property after the keys were given back. We therefore had to find a baggage store on our last day - we had a late flight - which was inconvenient, wasted time, and cost 20 euros. The whole stay was expensive, especially taking the luggage problems into account. A hotel would have been a better and cheaper option.

The apartment was beyond clean, even sparkling. The appliances looked new and unused, as if I was the first to use the place but clearly I was not as there was some condiments in the cupboard which was helpful, too! Because it's in the middle of the most tourist congested area and cars and mopeds tear through the small street, its noisy when the big window doors to the balcony are open. HOWEVER, when you close the huge doors, they cut the noise in more than half.Also, it's over a ticketed marvel of the town, the Veiled Christ and loads of people line up under the 2nd floor apartment window which is a cool feature to the apartment but also gets incredibly loud with people talking and the echo of chatter bouncing against the small walls of the street. Again, close the doors and it's fine.
