• Cristina (8/5): Ubicación y comodidad excelente - Buena ubicación, comodidad y limpieza La única pega diría que a la hora de hacer el check out no pudimos dejar las maletas en ninguna consigna y tuvimos que llevarlas a un locker externo y pagar por ello.

• Marchini (7/5): - La vicinanza alla metro, casa accogliente Purtroppo il secondo giorno sono comparse tante formiche. Altra nota dolente la finestra della camera che da sulla strada, anche da chiusa entrava tantissimo rumore.
• Golpe (10/5): Ubicación perfecta - La localización es perfecta. Está a un paso de la estación de Termini, y a veinte minutos andando del centro. La calle es tranquila, sin mucho ruído. El apartamento es muy completo, con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Horno, cocina de gas, microondas, secador de pelo, plancha, menaje, etc. las habitaciones son amplias, camas cómodas y están equipadas con aire acondicionado (de pago) No es muy barato, pero está bien. No hai escoba ni recogedor. No se puede barrer ni aspirar, para varios días esto puede ser un fastidio. El ascensor es muy pequeño, algo claustrofóbico pero duncioal, nada que empañe los puntos positivos de este lugar.
• Tereza (9/5): - Pěkné ubytování, na přespání naprosto dostačující. Poloha hned u nádraží, takže snadná dostupnost vlaků, autobusů i metra. Provozovatel nám po domluvě umožnil dřívější check-in. Ve večerních hodinách nepůsobí okolí nádraží úplně příjemně.
• Hilary (10/5): A comfortable partment in a very convenient location near the station. - The location was excellent, as we needed to be near Termini station for an early start. We also appreciated the nearby ancient monuments, eg the Baths of Diocletian. The apartment was comfortable and quite spacious, with a large bathroom and good shower. We liked the original features, eg the wooden floor. Communication with the host was OK in the end, but I had to push for this (I needed a phone message, not just an email, to ensure access to the apartment). The online check-in with passport photos etc was a bit stressful for non-techy people! I understand it now but this was the first time I had come across this demand. (Booking.com should also give more advice about this). The kitchen was small but could be improved with just a few basic items: a large pan, a chopping board and sharp knife, a sink plug and tea-towels. This would enable a simple meal to be prepared, eg pasta and salad, which is not possible with the equipment provided.

• sandra (9/5): Cómodo y ampli - Esta bien ubicado, muy limpio, es un apartamento antiguo pero conservado, cómodo, bien equipado con tiendas de conveniencia al lado para comprar lo que necesites. A unos metros de Termini y suficientemente amplio estuvimos 5 personas cómodamente. A los AA les falta un poco de potencia, estuvimos en verano y el calor de agosto rebasó la capacidad de enfriamiento de los AA.

• Carlos Antonio (9/5): Estancia en Roma para aventureros - La ubicación es muy buena entre la terminal de trenes y algunas atracciones. Es seguro y fácil de mover. El piso tenía una falla con las tablas.
• Mark (8/5): Great location for a cool little apartment. - Location. Access was great and the host kept in touch really well. Some items missing like a sink plug. We were instructed to clean up but hard! Not a huge issue. Aircon struggled.
• Jacqueline (8/5): Great location for a short stay in Rome! - We chose the apartment because it was close to Termini, making travel to, from, and around Rome easy. The host was very considerate of our needs and wanted us to be comfortable. While it turned out we didn't need to check our bags before or after check in, the service was available, which is a plus. All in all, it's a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay.
• Siew (7/5): Convenient and well equipped. A bit pricey for small apartment though - Location is convenient. Apartment is well equipped. Heating is easy to manage. Doesn’t feel the safest around the station area.

• Pou (7/5): The location of the house is perfect for going anywhere in Rome. - The location is perfect, just two streets near the train station. And the host response is fast. The kitchen is too simple, no toaster, no kettle (but the host brought us the kettle specifically the next day), no washing machine. Besides, we arrived at the house 3:30pm, but the cleaning lady was still there cleaning up. And the next morning, since we were required to throw the rubbish by ourselves, when we threw the rubbish at around 9:15, the cleaning lady was outside our door already, but we were supposed to check out at 10am.
• Kristine (3/5): Location was the only positive - Location The second bedroom was locked. Took 3 hours and many SMSs to get someone to come to iunlock it. There were only a few kitchen utensils, e.g no kettle, plugs for sinks or wine glasses. The apartment was not well presented.
• David (10/5): Great location, plenty of room for a family of 4, good value for Rome - Extremely convenient. We were visiting numerous locations in rome as well as a day trip to pompeii. Being adjacent to the termini made these ventures extremely easy . As older adults it helped to reduce how far we had to walk each day Everything was just as as advertised. It took us a bit to locate the washing machine but the host answered our inquiry quickly and solved our problem. Overall just great, all to our liking
• Joseph (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious for three of us. A couple and 1 male friend, Apt gave us our privacy with Spacious common areas. Very good restaurants right downstairs and 2 convenience stores. 1.5 blocks to Termini to get Train Taxi or bus. lift to 3rd floor is very small but it was available when we needed it.
• Ruth (8/5): Decent option close to train station - It's very useful for the train station and there's good restaurants around. Kitchen is bit bare bones - can manage breakfast but I'm not sure you could cook anything that wasn't very basic. Worth noting owner seems to want paid via sumup beforehand - I hadn't had this before, so just worth flagging as wwas a bit paranoid about it. Management is remote, so you won't meet the owner.
