• ABDULRAHMAN ALJUFFALI (1/5): - شقة غير مطابقة الصورة ابدا و الفرش قديم جدا..يوجد ورشة بناء قريبه جدا من الشقة لا يمكن النوم ابدا منذو الساعه 7 صباحا بسبب أعمال البناء The apartment does not match the picture at all and the furniture is very old. There is a construction site very close to the apartment. It is impossible to sleep at all since 7 in the morning because of the construction work.
• Sanjeev Kumar Armugam (6/5): It's fine, but not worth the money you pay. - Near to station The bathroom flush had problems. There was no microwave for quick food heating. Noise from other flats was too high.
• A (1/5): disappointed - Was in a decent location near to airport Property was not properly clean - it had cob webs hanging from Ceiling which we had to clean with vaccum with many spiders about - sockets didn’t accept chargers and iron was there whiteout a point to plug it in as the plug wouldn’t fit any socket points - Limited supply of cleaning products like kitchen towels and just one toilet roll for a family supplied - The internet wasn’t working - it was a broken Wi-Fi hub with no power cable - property was right opposote to a building site - when complained to the management about the above they said they will look into it but didn’t receive any apology / compensation or remedial action - Overall very disappointed

• Enrique (5/5): bien dentro de lo minimo - Lo que mas me gusto es que tenia terraza, y las personas del servicio online fueron de gran ayuda ( Maryem y Aicha) para poder entrar en el apartamento. En auto todo esta a buena distancia, tomar en cuenta que se paga por estacionar en la calle. Wifi de mala calidad, no habian suficientes , tenedores, cucharas, y cuchillos. Habia un ve,tilador sue funcionbaba , pero podrian poner aire acondicionado, para los dias de mucho calor.
• Bērziņš (8/5): Bija ļoti jauki un mājīgi! Kopējais iespaids- ļoti labs! - Jaukas un mājīgas telpas! Viss minimāli nepieciešamais bija iekļauts un bija ērti izvietots. Mājīga kāpņu telpa. Lielisks balkons! Daudz pakaramo un vietas drēbju novietošanai. Principā ļoti ērtas gultas! Biju pieteicies, ka mūs lidostā sagaida un atved taxi. Droši vien kaut kas nogāja greizi un mēs aizrunāto taxi neatradām. WC nebija tualetes poda birste- ieteiktu to nolikt! Uz balkona bija saplēsta viena no marķīzēm- to arī iesakām salabot, jo tas ļoti mulsina. To nav iespējams kustināt, pie tam ir bažas, ka tās saplīšanas apstākli var pierakstīt mums kā dzīvokļa izmantotājiem! Par gulēšanu- nebija ērti spilveni!

• Dipen (7/5): Very good. - The location is convenient, making it easily accessible. The rooms are spacious, providing a comfortable environment. While I appreciate all the facilities provided, I would like to mention a few concerns. Firstly, I did not find the cooking pots satisfactory. Specifically, when boiling milk, it tends to stick to the pot, which can be quite frustrating in cleaning. I suggest providing at least one non-stick pan. Also, during the hot summer months, there was no fan available in the apartment. The weather was extremely hot, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. I kindly request that fans be provided to help mitigate the heat during such times. Apart from these issues, we truly enjoyed staying at this apartment and appreciated the overall comfort and amenities. Thank you for your attention to these suggestions.
• Resham (8/5): - Nice apartment - easily accessible to central Zurich and in a nice and quiet part with supermarket en restaurants around, hosts were accessible and helpful and the balcony was a good addition. Quite pricey but it was during the Euro's, apartment was basic, no TV and sink in bathroom didn't flush propertly and mold in the bathroom.

• Vinod (7/5): Ok accommodation. Less value for money. - Location and it was clean Could have kept plates and cutlery enough for at least four people . We found only 2 dinner plates. No shower curtains and the we expected a shower curtain in the bath to prevent spills We ended up having a wet floor every time some one had a shower especially when children have a shower. Despite we sending the request for shower curtains. no response received except for reply that we have sent the information to team. Pillows were too thin for our liking and we have to manage with sofa cushions. We requested a late check out . We expected at least a yes or no reply. But no reply received unfortunately.

Special thanks to GLAEZA, who was incredibly helpful when I had questions about the deposit. Overall, a very pleasant and stress-free experience – highly recommended!

• Shende (5/5): Passable - Cleanliness Inadequate and incompetent support from Swissstay team. They didn’t support my early check in request. Even after that the apartment was not ready at the official check in time. I didn’t get what I saw before booking the apartment. Upon raising the issue it was not resolved. The apartment is not worth the amount charged. I need partial refund. If they cannot maintain the apartment or resolve the issues raised by the customer on time, then I think they should reconsider their purpose of being in the business.

The location is good - next to many types of public transport. Many stores and fast food around. The place is quiet, the surrounding view is pleasure for mind. Everything was perfect.

• Ivan (9/5): My experience staying at Dohlenweg 2 - If you're looking for an affordable place to stay in Zurich, this is a great option. It's conveniently located and you can reach the central station within half an hour, making it easy to get around. The apartment is clean and quiet, offering a comfortable stay. Additionally, the communication with the owner, Fathy, was very prompt. Fathy provided us with all the necessary information, ensuring a smooth stay throughout our trip. Because of my personal habit, I prefer a higher pillow. I have to stack clothes under the pillow to make it higher. It might be a good idea to provide more pillow options for guests.Meanwhile if there's a washing machine, that would be even better.

The kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. We visited in summer, there was no fan. We had to rely on opening the windows. But there was close to no air coming through, so it was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep during the night.

• Ruthie (7/5): Good - It was clean and spacious bed itself was comfortable. Apartment was hot no fans had to sleep with windows open. I realize it may not get warm there but a fan option might be nice. No microwave, toaster was broken, clothes rack to hold clothes bottom broken. No real pillows for bed, a small square 16x16 toss pillow we had to use our travel pillows. Its listed as 2nd floor unit, however we had to carry luggage up 3 flights to get to that apartment not fun. There was 1 more level above us so technically its a 3rd floor but it's not listed as such. We stayed a weekend nothing opened on Sun but 1 local grocery store that didnt have a variety, we were hungry but could not find anything to eat and nothing else really around. Not a good location for a weekend stay or exploration bus stop was close to take into city and that was easy. We ate well in the city but no microwave to warm or heat anything.

• Xan (7/5): Nice appartment for a good price - It is a nice apartment in a good location, close to Oerlikon station and from there to the city center. It also has excellent value for money. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood. When we arrived the shower and the oven were broken. Luckily someone came by to fix them, but they just came randomly without announcing it to anyone which was a bit odd. It was early in the morning and we were still in bed!

The entry door to the building was locked from inside on the second day of our stay, we weren’t able to enter the building. It was not the apartment door, it’s the door in the shared common space.We contacted the host and hoping that at least the guest from the other apartment in the building can open the door for us, since the host owns more than one apartment in the building. No help was provided from the host at all. We had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. The worst thing is that our flight is on the next day morning and we still couldn’t open the entry door or get any help from the host. Strongly suggest not to choose this !!! And I only received half of the second day payment refunded . Other than that, this is a really old building with no elevator or parking space
• Shahita (9/5): Lovely stay, well connected to main attractions in Zurich - The location is perfect. Apartment itself is very well maintained and quite roomy. The beds are comfortable. Check in was very easy and the hosts sent useful instructions to facilitate easy check in and check out. The pillows are super flat and the shower curtain needs a liner. If these are fixed, this place would be a perfect 10.

Just a little point , we did book for 5 ppl but they might forget so 1 towel and blanket + pillow were missing .

• Beach (9/5): Overall, great stay! I'd stay again! - It was great to have coffee and we loved the patio! It would have been better if the shower had a shower curtain and if there was an extra comforter for the couch since there were 5 of us traveling!
• Litiog (10/5): Very nice flat in Oerlikon! - The flat is big and comfortable, we had no issue whatsoever, and it really is fully furbished meaning that you find everything you would need to stay there for a few days (coffee machine with capsules, towels, hair dryer, everything you need to cook and eat there, etc. Only two very minor things: - pillows are too soft (but this is a common thing in Switzerland and Germany, maybe it's just me) - a hanger in the entrance would've been useful
• Priyanka (6/5): A great location but dusty and pest filled premises - The location is awesome, with a short walk to the tram or a highly connected train station, and multiple restaurants nearby. The property was incredibly dusty and infested with ants. I am allergic to dust and have asthma and I had allergies throughout my trip. The housekeeping knew about this and failed to properly treat the residence (there was only one ant trap in the kitchen, but there needed to be an ant trap in every room). When notified of our issues with ants, they wanted to come in to treat the residence, but our stuff was already in the property and we were out. The reason why we booked this apt was for the kitchen, and seeing ants run up and down the fridge was disgusting.

All the facilities mentioned in the booking site was available. the apartment was very clean. The kitchen cabinets were equipped with basic necessities like salt, pepper, oil, coffee, sugar, utensil etc The apartment is in the second floor with no lift. Would be better to include a microwave with the kitchen facilities provided. Pillows needs to be replaced.
• Devina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was really comfortable and huge. It was also very clean and neat. They provided full set of dining cutleries and also utensils for us to cooked. They even provided some oil, salt and pepper so that we don’t have to buy it. Me and my friend really enjoyed it. Glad we found such a nice apartment. It is located on the second floor. So we kinda struggle to take all the luggage up since there is no lift.

• Tanya (8/5): Very good - Ideal location. Very clean and well equipped. No complicated instructions. Coffee, towels, fan. Comfortable mattress. Lumpy pillows and needed one more for my head support but there were no spare pillows or bedding. I was cold in the night. The bottom sheet was scratchy.I guess it was starched at the laundry. So I slept on top of one duvet and used the other as a cover but it was too thin. Didn't want to use heating in middle of the night. An extra blanket would have been helpful.
