• Rosalind (10/5): Parfait - L'accueil de notre hôte était exceptionnel - rendez-vous personnalisé à la descente du bateau, pour nous amener à l'appartement. Explications claires et facile de l'appartement, avec une souplesse pour laisser nos bagages le jour du départ, qui a été très apprécié. L'appartement était très propre: sols, salle de bain, les chambres, la cuisine... nickel. L'appartement est très calme à l'intérieur, avec un coin nuit et la partie cuisine/salon à l'autre but du couloir. Pas des portes ou des sols qui grincent, donc parfait pour une groupe avec des routines matinales un peu différents. Chacun leur intimité, et pas de dérangement. Tout était vraiment parfait pour nous. Localisation pour nous besoins était incroyable, à 3 pas de l'arrêt Rialto, et le pont aussi, ou 2 mins à pied à la place San Marco. Aresenale / Biennale 20' à pied. Academia 10' à pied. Nous avons pu revenir se reposer et se ressourcer facilement dans la journée qui était très agréable.

Lorsque nous choisissons, nous avons une multitude de photos -60- qui sur place ne sont pas toujours le reflet de l'appartement loué. Le séjour ne correspond à aucune des nombreuses photos du site. Nous avions 2 canapés lits 1 place plutôt défranchis et un lit d'appoint replié non recouvert (le séjour servait de stockage), alors que la photo montrait un canapé blanc. Il aurait été aussi agréable d'avoir une table basse. Cette annonce semble être faite pour plusieurs appartements dont la décoration est pensée presque à l'identique. Je pense qu'une présentation des appartements par étage serait adéquate.

• Susan (10/5): Buonissimo! - The rooms were very clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fitted well with dishes, glassware, flatware, simple cooking components. Excellent espresso machine helped start the day. The location was perfect for us. We could walk almost everywhere easily or take the nearby water bus. The best was the kindness, comfort and welcome shared, from the first conversation to the last, with Cristina ( and Elena). She was so amazing. All her thoughtfulness and insights made my grandchildren’s first visit to Venice magical. Everything was great!

A cinco minutos de pie te Rialto y de la plaza de San Marcos.Un super al lado, panaderías,... Todo genial. Y en la casa había de todo y la propietaria ha sido muy amable, hasta nos ayudó con todas las gestiones para el traslado desde el aeropuerto, ya que llegábamos tarde y pudimos dejar las maletas en una habitación del edificio que ya tienen previsto para ello y poder disfrutar sin maletas del ultimo día. The apartment was clean spacious and had everything we needed and the location really couldn’t have been any better. Elia met us at the boat and walked us to the accommodation, made sure we knew where things were and sent us through some, food and sightseeing recommendations.. we can highly recommend this place.

There are nice pastry shops right on the ground floor. A piece of furniture in the bedroom, so that we don't put the suitcases on the floor. A door for the bedroom close to the kitchen :)

• Sandy (8/5): Fantastic location But need some upgrading. - Arranged to meet the host at the Rialto Bridge, so easy to go to the apartment and for keys collection. Location is fantastic. Shops/ restaurants downstairs & St Mark's Square is just a short 5mins' walk away. Same goes for the Rialto Bridge. Kitchen is well equipped with enough glasses, etc for everyone. Offered to change our apartment to a lower unit since there's no lift and we have a lot of luggage and baby pram. Appreciate the washer & dryer in room. Extra pillows were provided which is nice as most apartments only had 2 pillows per bed. Most of the beds are creaky. So every time you moved, the beds shake/ creak. As its in a convenient location, the bane is also the noise. Steps to the apartment is narrow. No privacy. Curtains are the lacy type and doesn't block out anything. Especially the window in the shower. People walking up the steps in the other block can easily look in. Shower - the shower room is very tight, hot water isn't consistent.

Se trata de un apartamento muy amplio y con todo tipo de comodidades. Un solo baño completo para 8 personas resultó algo incómodo pero nada más. Hay un aseo pequeñito, que también se valora.

The hosts were always available and friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it for its accessibility to all the major attractions and restaurants. Also a fabulous bakery 60 seconds walk away in the little square behind the building with fabulous coffee and pastries! It’s a fourth floor no lift. Absolutely fine as long as you’re prepared.

Very clean with lots of little extras provided. The host was excellent and met us at short notice from our boat from the airport. Would highly recommend. It would be ideal if the double beds could be separated into twins. We were a group of 5 friends, there are 3 double beds in the 3 bed apartment, tho there is an option for a fold out bed if you really needed a single bed, but it’s not as comfortable. Not a fault, but our apartment was up many flights of stairs- fine for us, but not for someone with mobility issues or a lot of heavy luggage.

I struggled with the combination washer/dryer machine. It did great at washing, but it was difficult to get it to dry the clothes. I couldn't find instructions for the machine anywhere online.

• Ak (7/5): Great location, 10 minutes from everything and the hosts are the best in the business. - Location is excellent and the the hosts were so very patient, helpful and friendly. Took all the pressure off of our late arrival. It was VERY loud. We did not get very good sleep as there were very loud people in the building above us and the side alley is never truly quiet. In the two weeks we were in Europe, this was the worst sleep we got and while the apartment was excellent, the lack of sleep was very challenging. Not sure if they were just noisy renters above or they are actual tenants but it was a challenge for sure.
• Charisse (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location in the heart of EVERYTHING!!!! I would highly recommed this place just based on the location alone. The apartment was also very clean and spacious. All rooms had TVs with access to Netflix. Bed arrangement was not ideal for 5 people (4 women and 1 male) but we made it work. Lastly, apartment was very close to Rialto stop which we used to get to the apartment and take the boat back to airport. 100/10! Highly recommend. My family and I were not prepared for the 3 flights of stairs that we had to climb but there isn't much that can be done about that as the building wasn't equipped with an elevator. In total, we had 10 pieces of luggage between the 5 of us as this was the final stop on our two week vacation in Europe. Also the bed arrangement wasn't ideal for 5 people. I did't like the small twin beds included in two of the rooms. I would suggest a different arrangement so that it truly feels as if two people can share a room and both people feel comfortable.
• Morgan (9/5): Wonderful stay with a fantastic host! - Perfect location close to everything, i.e., Rialto Bridge. You simply cannot beat it. While we limited our time near Rialto, due to congestion, the location is spot on to explore nearly everything Venice has to offer by foot, plus easy access to the needed water transportation to the train station and the surrounding islands. The accommodation fit our family of 6, and the washing machine and dryer (which we only used for underwear) were a huge plus. The host provided adequate toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap and even body wash in the shower, which were all greatly appreciated! We were provided with 2 sets of keys, a HUGE plus! ..a notebook filled with ideas and information, and the host was super kind to provide all needed, and helpful, information to utilize during our time in Venice. The dryer doesn't dry up to American standards. We had a clothesline that we had brought and used that to dry the clothes, as it was faster than the dryer, lol. The third "bedroom" is actually the living room, so there is only space to gather in the kitchen. This wasn't an issue for us, but the "bedroom" privacy was provided by a curtain across the entry. While this was not an issue for us, it may be for others who would like more privacy, and/or a gathering place. The beds were very hard, again, according to American standards, but we found this to be an issue across Europe, not simply at Ca San Luca.

Lovely, clean apartment. Really helpful and friendly host- met us punctually at the waterbus stop and showed us to the apartment. Replied promptly to any messages and questions. Thought it was two bathrooms but it was one bathroom (with shower, WC, bidet and sink) and a separate WC. Not enough mirrors. Key to WC missing so couldn’t lock it.

They both gave us tones of information for local attractions and restaurant suggestions. Easy walk to the apartment maybe 5 min. Apartment was exactly as described ! So close to all the tourist attractions. Felt safe with my senior family. First time in Venice ! Loved it !! Maybe a toaster ?

She met us when we arrived to let us in and gave some great recommendations for food. The apartment is in an ideal location. We could walk to all the main sites and were close to a lot of good restaurants. The apartment is very spacious and was more than enough room for our family of 5. Our very tall teenager loved having his own large bed and said it was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! Nothing. It was great!

• Chan (7/5): Great Host, Location and very ideal place to choose in Venice - Very helpful and efficient host. All was a breeze when checking in and out. Excellent location, lots of eateries and shops just below the apartment. Host provided us with coffee which is very comforting for cold cold morning. Less than 3mins walk which is very Close to the River Taxi Station Rialto. Great place to stay when you visit Venice. The tight staircase to the unit is challenging when you move with luggages. There’s only one bathroom with shower but saving grace there’s another water closet (WC) for use. The above are due Structure constraints which I think it’s still manageable.

• Wiola (9/5): Overall I would definitely recommend this property. - The greatest advantage of this property is its location - is it close to waterbus station so no need to walk a lot with you luggage on the way from and to airport. All attractions of Venice within walking distance. The host also very nice and helpful. Cristina helped us to print our boarding passes and offered a storage room for our luggage because we had an evening flight out. In the apartment enough space for 8 people, all slept comfortably. The air-condition was not strong enough and during the nights was a little bit warm. The apartment we were in had only 1 bathroom plus a tiny toilet room. It would be more comfortable if there were 2 bathrooms.
• George (10/5): Venice. Venice. Venice - Amazing location. Only meters from Saint Mark’s Square but also very quiet in the apartment. Really nice accommodation. Highly recommended.
• Hoa (9/5): Superb - Great location as it's only a few minutes from the ferry. There were washer/dryer which was very convenient for our family. The apartment with 3 bedrooms were spacious for our family. There was no lock for the bathrooms.
• Margarita (10/5): Amazing host, amazing location! - Amazing location; walking distance from San Marco Square. Cristina went above and beyond to help us have the best possible stay! The WiFi was very spotty.

• Ahmed (7/5): Nice clean apartment but make sure to check which floor it is. - The location is great. The apartment was ok with two washrooms (but one shower). The apartment is well equipped, beds were comfy. We were offered free storage for our luggage after check out. The host was nice and responsive. The apartment is locate at the fourth floor without lift of course (building in Venice dont have elevators). We had to pay €50 extra charge just to get our bags to the apartment. Getting up and down was so inconvenient (specially for old people). I believe the owner should have made it clear that the apartment is located at such a high floor and that there is no elevator.
• Irfan (6/5): As above - Location Air conditioning was not perfect We have stayed numeric accommodations in the hot test countries air-conditioning always work. I’m not sure why at the temperature of 32 the air-conditioning was not working properly. Maybe they need to put some fans there although we were offered fans on the last day but it wasn’t worth

• Christina (10/5): Perfect location, perfect propert! A must stay when you’re in Venice literally a minute from Rialto! - The location is phenomenal! And the amount of space is absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect! The beds are so comfortable. There is nothing about the property I can complain about. It was very hot in Venice and each room had air.
