• Satty (10/5): A great location, lovely facilities and look forward to staying her again. - The location was perfect, the property was well maintained and felt very safe. New shutter doors fitted to the car park during our stay which meant that when we went out one day we could not get back in. That happened twice.

• Kerstin (6/5): Ok für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - Das Apartment war in Ordnung - fussläufig zur Story Bridge und den dortigen Restaurants. Pool und Dachterasse sind schön. Das Bad war nicht sauber und der Eincheckprozess so nervig, dass es ein bisschen den Spaß verdorben hat. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist nur bedingt gut - nur ein 7/11, der ein bisschen schmuddelig ist
• Lambert (10/5): 10/10 would recommend!! - Very modern, but such a nice apartment. I had a ground floor and was a little upset until I went in and it was beautiful. As much as I love a view, it was way more accessible and easy to get in and out. I also liked the vending machine very much. On my last day I was unsure where the bin chute on my floor was, quickly shot the team a message enquiring and received a very swift reply. 10/10 would stay again :) No outlets near tv so I couldn’t plug in my laptop to hdmi my own screen whilst also charging laptop. Music in the hall outside the room was quite loud during the night.

• Belinda (9/5): Comfiest bed ever, such a lovely fresh apartment - The comfiest bed ever, I slept like an angel, incredible value for money, nowhere else to be found, great location. Also loved the shampoo and body wash provided so yum! I didn't realise a 200 security deposit would be taken so took me by surprise on a limited budget but was all good and returned.

• Katie (10/5): Excellent stay, would return - Excellent location close to shops / bars / restaurants. Flat itself was excellent size, modern and spotless. Despite being a digital check in / no concierge, it felt safe and well organised, and any queries were rapidly answered via email ( I asked for a few extra clothes to clean the kitchen as I was staying for 5 days and a member of housekeeping delivered then within a few minutes). Rubbish disposal was easy because each floor had a rubbish chute by the lifts. I really liked how you could recycle rubbish as unfortunately this isn’t always an opinion. Pool area was modern, mix of beds / seating areas / work spaces and also had bbq areas to prepare food (I didn’t use but they looked spotless). No negatives about my stay. I did read some reviews saying it was noisy because of a nearby school or childcare facility. I did hear some noise, but have to say it was minimal and certainly was not a hindrance. Only thing to mention is the apartments are based at the bottom of quite a steep hill, to get to main area you would need to walk up this hill. Could possibly be an issue for someone with mobility issues.

Both nights we stayed there was loud music coming from one of the apartments of the building till 1.00am. Walls were trembling and we couldn’t sleep. Common areas were freezing cold. Details for wifi were impossible to find.

• 97124e8969227395002f7a4600946965 (10/5): Beautiful place - The facilities were beautiful. Kids loved the gym, pool, sauna and the streaming services the place had to offe. The beds were comfortable and the space was perfect for our short stay. My kids had a four day basketball tournament and the magnesium pool and sauna helped with recovery. They were also able to warm up in the gym and get a few training sessions done. This beautiful place is highly recommended. The digital key was a little unreliable, but luckily the keypad worked perfectly and came through for us when we were stuck outside our room. It was able to give us access to the lifts and our room.

It was clean and everything needed was provided. The bathroom toiletries smelt really nice! The key fob didn’t work. Only one toilet roll was provided for our 2 night stay so we had to buy some. One of the pan lids had trapped water in it that looked like it had been in there for a while so wasn’t able to use that.

• adb2c6f7d48e70aa4c482eb09f60eb7c (10/5): Fantastic location and facilities - Worried about location initially as we had young grandchildren and the bars and clubs nearby were open until the early hours but once in the apartment we didn’t hear anything. Lovely big balcony with table and chairs and the pool area was amazing. Short walk to Story Bridge and Felons or turn right at end of street for multiple bars/restaurants. Short walk to James St and it was beautiful too. Nothing to dislike, only suggestion would be to supply plastic cups/wine glasses for use at the pool area, we just took cans in case of breakages but normally drink wine, if we were more organised we could have bought paper/plastic cups so this didn’t affect our stay.

Upon arrival it looked nice at first glance, but then we found the carpet in the second room had a big brown stain on it as well as on the pillows on the bed. The bedding was so dirty and didn't smell good & overall just didn't seem like it was cleaned beforehand. The wifi also wasn't working.

• Chyanne (3/5): Good for a quick 1 nighter but if cleanliness is something important to you I’d avoid :( - The location was central, plenty of food around, easy to check in/check out The bathroom was really dirty, I cleaned it with bleach upon arrival as there was a smell coming from the drain and mould throughout the shower. The dishwasher had stagnant water in the bottom, there was a large unknown red stain on the doona under the sheet and the skirting throughout the whole apartment was covered in dust and hair, whilst it looked clean on the surface it was evident that they don’t deep clean between visits. The couch had a large suspicious stain and the bed had a divot in the mattress. I wiped all major surfaces down with disinfectant as I was staying for surgery and needed a clean place to stay. The location however was convenient for my stay.

My room was quiet and the location was also perfect for my needs. Really appreciated the assortment of quality tea bags too! Nothing...except maybe not having a human at a reception desk - but that's just "progress" I suppose.

We were on the ground floor so the room was dark and overshadowed so we didn’t make use of the courtyard

Excellent parking facilities. My first time using a remote system, I found it very easy to use. The wireless key system often didnt work, i needed to key in the pin, very much a first world problem that really didnt impact my visit strongly.

• Christopher (9/5): Great room, but not without issues - Nice 1 bedroom apartment. Everything you need for your stay. Great rooftop pool and spa and a very acceptable gym in the basement. It's in a good location with decent proximity to everything you want in fortitude valley The electronic key app on your phone is hit and miss. Sometimes it works first go, half the time it makes you stand around fiddling with your phone in the elevator trying to get it to work. Also, while there is "quiet time" between 10pm-7am, the music in the hallway (right outside the room) plays all night and there's no way to turn it off, which was very annoying. Our room was on the first floor, directly above roadworks which were extremely loud, but that can't be blamed on the hotel. Also, I can't mark them for staff and I never saw any.

Room size was great and bed was comfortable. Kitchen amenities were good. No hot water in our shower was the worst thing. Tv seemed too complicated to try using but not a major issue for us. The sauna was not working.

The room could have been cleaner as the fan was coated in dust and the shower floor was dirty. The staff help line did sort this when requested. The windows were not soundproof so the traffic, childcare centre and construction workers could be heard very clearly.
