• Florent (8/5): Très bon séjour à Milan - Quartier tranquille , arrêt de bus et de tram au pied de l'appartement . Grande surface à environ 500 m à pied. Restaurants, Épicerie de proximité. Dommage qu'il n'y ait plus le store extérieur mais remplacer par un rideau occultant car il faisait chaud à Milan. Bien que la climatisation fonctionne je pense qu' un ventilateur serait très pratique pour la chambre qui en mezzanine.
• Guest (4/5): Good value for money but poor communication from staff leaving us without a way to enter the property. - Apartment was great, good value for money First night we arrive at 3am ready to collect key from keybox, but could not find one. The staff forgot to place the key and were uncontactable at this hour, meaning we had to find alternative accommodation. Very disappointing and never got a full refund for this first night, staff very difficult to contact and resolve problems with.

• VASILIKI (1/5): - We were never given access to the accommodation. We ended up searching for an alternative place to stay until late at night, as there was a concert in Milan and there was no availability anywhere. The customer service staff were unacceptable — they kept lying to us, claiming they were trying to reach the manager. They never called us back and hung up on us whenever the situation escalated. Completely unprofessional. This property should be removed from the platform. Totally unreliable. Most likely, they made a double booking. We’re still struggling to get our money back
• Antonios (1/5): No key provided, no Wi-Fi, they accounted for 1 less guest, pee in the WC. - The appartment is on a relatively nice area. First of all the host did not provide the key. The instructions that the key was on a lockbox were incorrect. Not only that, but we were not able to communicate with them for hours to come, holding on our luggage outside the facility with no one to contact to. We tried to communicate by mail, by the emergency phone posted, by whatsapp, and by the booking chat service. They responded after hours. Second of all, the facility did not have Wi-Fi as advertised, and paid. There was a small device that provides Wi-Fi that was not working. Third, the host did not account for a third guest as was informed and paid for! There were 2 pillows, 2 sets of towels, and 2 sets of hygiene products. We had to figure out a solution on our own. Fourth, by arriving into the house, we did notice that it was relatively clean, but there was hair and pee from previous visitors in the bathroom. Overall definetely not worth the 380€ we paid for 4 nights. Unacceptable.
• Ελενη (8/5): Very good - The property was nice but it needs some preparations.the apartment is for 3-4 persons and cozy We didn’t have WiFi because the previous customer take the cable from the router and the owner did not bring us another one,also in the booking app the tax-fare was mentioned lower from our charge in the credit
