• Véronique (10/5): Magnifique séjour et accueil chaleureux - Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Nur Home. Le logement est fonctionnel, propre et avec tous l’équipement nécessaire. Il est idéalement situé à 5 minutes à pied de la place principale et des monuments principaux, tout en étant au calme. Nous avons tout fait à pied depuis le logement. (Jusqu'à Galata et la place Taksim) Abuzer est très accueillant et très attentionné. Toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, toujours soucieux que notre séjour se passe bien. Il nous a donné de précisions conseils, s’est occupé de nous réserver le taxi pour l’aéroport … Merci Abuzer pour votre accueil et vos attentions. Au plaisir que notre route se croise à nouveau. • María Inés (10/5): Estambul increíble - La ubicación excelente, caminando unos minutos se llega a las principales atracciones de la zona. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodos y confortables. Nuestro anfitrión, Abuzer fue súper amable, nos esperó a nuestra llegada casi a la medianoche y también nos despidió muy temprano en la mañana, además de conseguirnos transporte tanto para llegar como para irnos hacia el aeropuerto. Estuvo disponible a nuestras consultas en todo momento! Fue un placer conocerlo y alojarnos en su apartamento. Lo recomendamos sin dudas! Todo ok.

La casa è pulita, comoda e, nonostante la vicinanza alla moschea, molto silenziosa. Non c’è nessun punto di critica. Grazie ancora!! Non c’è niente da criticare

It's right near the Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia -- it's also near numerous restaurants and breakfast spots. It has plenty of space and comfortable bed and sofa. Full kitchen and washing machine.

• ulla (10/5): Hidden gem in the heart of Old Town - The apartment exceeded all expectations by far. Exceptionally clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a great, quiet location. We had an absolutely outstanding time here. The attention to detail was amazing, and we felt so welcome. Nur and Abuzer were spectacular hosts and we will keep them dear in our hearts. The location is excellent, a 5 minute walk from Hagia Sofia and the Blue mosque, and close to the tram station, with bakeries and supermarkets nearby. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. • Lenka (10/5): Best stay in Istanbul - I loved, loved, loved staying in Nur home. The location is fantastic - you are 5 minutes walk away from Sultanahmet square where all major attractions are. I walked everywhere and did not use any taxis. There are shops and resraurants few minutes away too, plenty choice. The flat is cosy and has everything you need. The view from window to mosque is beautiful. Nur and Abuzer are the kindest, sweetest people, who helped me with everything I needed. Abuzer arranged taxi for me to and from the airport and helped me with my suitcase. We had lovely evening chatting and drinking cay and I feel adopted into family. They checked through my stay I was happy and offered to help with anything I need. I miss them and Istanbul already. ❤️❤️❤️ Nothing, everything was perfect and I loved my stay
• Aaron (10/5): Best Apartment Stay in Europe So Far - We have been away from home for 4 months and this was our last stop before leaving Europe. This in our opinion is the best place you could ever stay in Istanbul. If you want an authentic and great location for an apartment with awesome hosts then stay here. The Hosts: you will never meet two more lovely and welcoming people than Abuzer and Nur. They greeted us with warmth, tea, food, and conversation.. We enjoyed talking to them using Google translate and some English. They really care about their guests. The Location: it's quiet at night here yet you are only a short walk up the hill to the Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, etc. It's a great base for exploring the city. We walked from here to Galata Tower and Balat. Long interesting walks. It's not far from the apartment to the Grand Bazaar and there are local cafe's and markets nearby. The Apartment: it was a family home and feels full of lovely family memories. We felt privileged to spend a week here feeling like we were living in Istanbul. We cook to save money and the kitchen was great. The washing machine was very useful. The bed was comfortable and it is nice to have a table and chairs to eat at and a sofa. Value for Money: we were very happy with the cost for our week long stay. We were sad to leave and would love to come back if the opportunity arises in the future.
• Elias (10/5): - If you want the full Istanbul experience, stay with Nur and Abuzer. Your hosts make it their business to give you a warm welcome and are genuinely concerned about your wellbeing. On admittance, they offer you tea and delicious homemade treats (and will share recipes!). And during our stay we received fruit, homemade cookies and socks! They are happy to oblige any questions or requests; for example they ordered the taxi for our return journey. The apartment is in the old part of the city, within easy reach of transportation while the Aya Sofya and the Blue Mosque are on your doorstep. The neighbourhood has shops, supermarkets and restaurants. We had a lovely stay and recommend this apartment for any couple that wants to explore Istanbul. We liked everything!

Jantamos juntos, conversamos e rimos. O Abuzel ajudou-nos com dicas para os passeios. Sentimo-nos em casa, em família. O apartamento é espaçoso, bem equipado e estava muito limpo. • sara (10/5): Incantevole - La casa è accogliente e molto luminosa, con una vista suggestiva su una piccola moschea, anche molto bella da vedere dentro. La posizione è perfetta: a pochi passi dalla piazza di Sultanahmet e ben collegata alle altre zone della città grazie al tram, che si prende facilmente dalla piazza. I proprietari sono stati estremamente ospitali e gentili: ci hanno accolto con calore offrendoci tè e alcune specialità locali, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

• Lu (10/5): Wonderful stay! - Nur and Abuzer are absolutely wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with warm Turkish hospitality, offering delicious traditional tea and homemade treats. They even gifted us cozy socks! The apartment itself exceeded all expectations - impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I cannot recommend staying here highly enough. Nur and Abuzer have created not just a place to stay, but a genuine Turkish hospitality experience that we'll treasure forever!

It is the best place to stay in Istanbul - in a central but quiet location, with a great view of a beautiful mosque, and perfectly clean and comfortable. The owners Nur and Abuzer are wonderful people, who created a cozy family atmosphere for me, and thanks to theid exeptional hospitality in more than 20 days of my stay I feel like we have become friends. I had a leg injury during my stay, and they helped me with every need and did their best for me to feel safe in that situation. Special thanks for the delicious treats! I would love to come back one day and will recommend this place to any friends who are planning to visit Istanbul. Everything was perfect!
• Travelling (10/5): Highly recommended - The location is convenient in terms of public transportation and a stone's throw from many of the historical sites and the place has everything one needs and more. It is kept clean and well maintained. What makes the place even more special is Nur and Abuzer. They are genuinely nice, friendly and warm people, who are competent running the place and from our long experience with booking.com they are the best hosts. Nothing.

We had an unexpecte - A great central location for exploring the old town of Istanbul. The apartment is simply furnished but has everything needed to be able to prepare your own meals if needed. • Drinie (10/5): We will certainly recommend this homely place to anyone visiting Istanbul! - Although the building is old, this accommodation exceeded all our expectations. The location of the apartment is very good. It is less than 15 minutes walking distance to the main attractions such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia Mosque, the Basilica Cistern and the Grand Bazaar, and close to a tram station. It has everything you need during your stay and everything is clean. But what stand out above other similar accommodations, is the wonderful hosts. They both went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and helped us with advice when we needed it and also helped with taxi bookings. We felt at home and Abuzer and his lovely wife Nur now feel like new family members! Nothing we didn't like , but a small thing that would make it even better, is a small microwave oven in the kitchen.

• Natalia (10/5): Amazing stay - I had a great stay at Nur and Abuzer’s house. They are fantastic hosts that will welcome you and make their best for you to feel at home. The accommodation is a beautiful traditional house with charming views to a mosque, it is very quiet and the location is just perfect, next to Sultanahmet area and also to the tram, so it’s very easy to reach other parts of the city from there. I’m sure I will come back to Istanbul and I will stay here again! Thanks for everything! I liked everything.

• Adrew (10/5): Exceptional - Staying overnight at Nur's was an amazing experience. The hosts were exceptionally polite, nice and helpful. The entire stay went perfectly, from collecting the keys (there was no problem with arriving at night), to stay and check-out. Throughout our stay we felt like we were staying with our family. The place itself is very clean, containing everything you could possibly think of. The place is very close to the center and the main attractions. The view from the window: AMAZING. Yegin and Nur are amazing, super welcoming and helpful. They gave us a lot of suggestions about the things we wanted to see and welcomed us with chai and sweets, making us feel like we were at home. The apartment was clean, comfy, silent, and beautifully furnished. We loved everything

The kitchen was great, lounge area was great and it was an added bonus to have a washing machine. Location was amazing - within walking distance to all the main sites in Sultanahmet. The hosts were so welcoming. They went above and beyond to offer advice, book taxis and give us a taste of traditional Turkish deserts. Would go back just to see them again! N/A
• Betsy (10/5): Wonderful apt overlooking a mosque in Sultanahmet - The location is wonderful, it overlooks a mosque so you have the daily prayer calls to listen to and you are a mere 5-10 minute walk from all of the old city action including the tram and Hagia Sophia. The highlight of this wonderful apartment are the hosts Nur and Abzur. We felt like we were instantly adopted into their family and they made everything so easy aided by Google translate which was invaluable. They helped us book a taxi when we left which we were grateful for because there are plenty of taxi scams unfortunately alive and well in the city and due to our excessive luggage we couldn’t do the public transportation but we highly suggest the trams that cost fifteen lira per ride, the best way (besides walking) to get around! The apartment is equipped with everything you need and had a comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower! The view is just stunning, we loved opening our windows wide and feeling the breeze and listening to the sounds of the city (very quiet after 9-10 pm) and while the location is a super plus we felt that the hosts put this apartment above and beyond all others. They are truly incredible people who welcome you into their home and their city and you will be happy to know them. We can’t wait to return to their wonderful home in beautiful Istanbul! NOTHING. You can’t improve upon perfection!
