EvelynArias (9/5): Muy bien para 1 o 2 personas máximo - La ubicación, la facilidad para utilizar las instalaciones. Faltaban algunos amenities como acondicionador de cabello y dejaron muy poco papel higiénico para 5 días. Cómo sugerencia, faltaría una mesita + silla plegable para comer con mayor comodidad. La cama es incómoda.

Cooper (8/5): Reliable home base! - We aren’t in our room often so for a place to drop bags and sleep, it gets the job done! Laundry in suite, big bathroom, clean, solid! We are used to small places in Japan but the layout of this one doesn’t do it any favors. It felt difficult to move around. Not a huge deal. We found Osaka to be a lot more spread out than we realized, so everything is quite the walk away from here.

Ula (7/5): Good - Nice apartment with all needed amenities. Hard to reach the host. I have tried to contact the host on various occasions (prolonging the stay, earlier check-in, luggage storage) and various ways (via Booking.com, in person) but my inquiries were never replied to. When I asked at the reception downstairs about the possibility to store the luggage for few hours after the check-out, I have been directed to inquire for it via message which was never replied to.
Angus (9/5): Superb - Large, for Japan. Clean. They were very good when we asked for a few things to be repaired. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for more.
