• Antonia (3/5): Not impressed at all. - The beds were good, and the kitchen had what we needed. Didn't like that the building and address advertised do not exist. The building is located at 620 santa monica boulevard (car of 7th Ave). We were told the other place flooded which was not true. The lift didn't work so we had to carry all our luggage up many stairs. The shower in one bathroom was mouldy and unacceptable. Located on opposite corner to fire brigade so we had sirens constantly. No instructions for TV, coffee machine or other appliances. Would not recommend. Photos of actual building provided below.

• Vincent (9/5): Comfy and clean apartment in great location - Very comfy and clean apartment located near the beach. The accommodation is well equipped and has a good standard. Would love to stay there next time again

• Gita (9/5): Nice unit in great location! - Great location- central and easy to walk to things, nice to have target and trader joes so close by.Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, nice kitchen, great to have 2 baths-excellent space for 3 adults or 2 couples. Common space is a bit small and not the most comfortable- more living room seating (even 1 chair) would be helpful. Dining chairs are high and don't match the table height so we couldn't comfortably eat at the table. The alleyway behind the unit is super loud on the morning with delivery trucks, garbage trucks etc- def disturbed us- so definitely bring ear plugs!
• Dennis (6/5): Pleasant - We arrived at the accommodation at 10 pm It was so difficult trying to find the correct lock box on a security fence in the pitch dark of the night The advertising on your site presented like the apartment was part of a large building complex which it wasn’t in fact where the apartment was located was a different location to where we were previously advised The responses to my questions. Regarding our accommodation were slow or completely ignored Won’t fall for this again Will stay at an established place with reception facilities
• Christina (8/5): Fantastic location, find nicer hosts - Location, location, location! This was so close to 3rd Street Promenade for restaurants, bars, and shopping. Very spacious place for this location. Host communication tone felt very unfriendly, curt and entitled. Almost felt like they didn’t want us to be staying there / annoyed to be interacting with a paying customer. Felt like booking.com reservations were not their primary focus.

• Magnus (10/5): We loved the place. - Good location, clean, parking in locked garage included, nice bedrooms with a bathroom each, AC. A bit noisy in the alley early in the mornings.
• James (7/5): Good - The location was perfect! And it was very comfortable for 2 couples, full kitchen and washer and dryer were great The check in wasn't the easiest, struggled to get the key with lock box but got there eventually. Also the wifi and our reception was really bad but we were fine.
• Mariam (5/5): Overall experience is Fair - First of all, this location is not far from Santa Monica beach, so it's convient for me. Second the price is not as high as other neibough accommodation. At last and more important, the size of the apartment is good and rooms are clean, that's great and out of my expection. Overall our experience was fair, but I don’t think I’ll repeat it again. We arrive Saturday evening after a long trip, we struggled little bit with findings the keys as it was dark and we have to search on black box attached to a constricting place, till finally we got it. Although Free parking available, but the second mystery of searching the keys was to find the remote control for the parking place, which was destroyed and we couldn’t park our car that night and we had to pay and park somewhere else. We stayed on the 3rd floor. It located on a SUPER busy neighbourhood so if you are close to the street then you may struggle to sleep, like me. AC wasn’t working so well. It programmed to turn ON sometimes and OFF on other times.
