Washing machine was great.
2 toilets was handy.
Beautiful place but could be better. The car parking was difficult with others being upstairs.
The mess from the trees, you could not use the concrete walk way as it was not clean or clear.
The aircon from upstairs drips down in front of the door so you slip on the tiles when going in and out. Need mats inside and outside.
The tiles you walk down to get inside is very slippery when it rains don't walk on them. Walk on the rocks.
The aircon in the dining area makes the whole wall vibrant it hurts ur ears. Try not to use it
The shower water goes everywhere outside of the shower it is no contained, the shower door only opens so far b4 it hits the tiles and stops.
If your staying longer then 2days take your own toilet paper these only what's on the roll no extras.
The tenants up stairs can be heard clear as day.
There tv is so loud because its at the top of the stairs that is blocked off. You can hear everything. When they go toilet when they shower when the talk everything.
Cameras watching 👀 this was strange to see inside the cupboard.
Dinning table and TV need to be smaller the space is not that big. You need furniture that matches the room. The table takes up the whole room its hard to go around especially when these more then 1 person in there.
Invest in new lounges as those one are not comfortable.
You also would need to think about upholstery cleaning the Dinning room chairs there very stained it dosnt look good.

Convenient location. Very steep access to the flat which is located under another residence. It is dangerous at night without a light or hand rail
The main problem was the noise from the place above. We could hear everything: TV, conversations, children crying, scraping furniture. One morning we were woken before 5 am as someone got ready to leave and finally drove off in the vehicle garaged almost above us.

- Sonia (5/5): Good location - Great living space and clean There is a steep concrete ramp that you have to go down without a rail and then a section of white rocks and pavers which is not suitable for luggage. Unfortunately the noise from the above resident was excessively loud you can hear everything such as chopping foods, TV, talking and dragging chairs. I feel that The main bedroom is right below their living area.
