- Nana (10/5): Amazing stay! - We loved the accommodation!! It had everything we needed and even though it rained while we stayed, there was undercover parking, it was really easy to get into the accommodation, the outdoor bath was far back enough that we didn't get wet, chessboard/checkers provided as well as Netflix and other streaming subscription services so we just had a really lovely night in. It was right in the middle of town so IGA and some restaurants were really close by which was handy as well. Nothing we didn't like!

We had a chat to Krystal and she was so lovely, she made our stay exceptional. We walked in on our wedding night to the place cleaned up after getting ready, candles, petals on the bed and in the bath, we were blown away. We felt truly special and have never stayed anywhere more luxurious and considerate. Check-in was super easy as it was all through the phone, and the way up to the rooms was accessible. We will be back! We could not find a reason to not love this place. Everything was perfect.

The central location and car parking facility was good. We were in suite 3. The sleeping was comfy but felt damp, the fire was not useful but only decorative. A toaster would have been handy!

Also saw a couple of people around the complex who were super friendly. The view is absolutely breathtaking - you can’t not wake up with a smile with your face. The added touches of the magnesium salts and dressing gowns were very appreciated. Have already recommended Karma Suites to friends. Loved it all, the place is stunning <3

- Glenn (8/5): Stylish apartment in the heart of a beautiful community. - Great location, close to cafes, restaurant and shops. Undercover parking available directly beside apartment entrance. Very stylish interior. Excellent communication from owners. We were mistakenly of the belief that we have booked 1 of the 2 apartments with incredible views down the range and an outdoor bathtub, when this wasn't the case which was a disappointing start. We felt the interior decor was focused on style over comfort. The couch was very low and not overly comfortable (we ended up watching TV at an angle from the bed). The bath (and bathroom) looked amazing but the bath wasn't particularly comfortable to lay in, so we didn't last too long. The roof skylight was a necessary feature due to lack of natural light in the apartment, however with the skylight facing east towards sunrise, it allowed a lot of light to enter the open bedroom very early in the morning (from 6am). This made it difficult to get back to sleep. An electric cover to open and close it would be ideal for lighter sleepers.
- Samantha (10/5): Magical - This is a magical place. We stayed 2 nights to attend a wedding. Wish we could have just stayed in the room the whole time! Sadly we didn’t get to try the outdoor tub, but will make sure we have time next time. Will definitely be back! Had a bit of a hiccup on check-in and parking, but this was rectified courteously and with professionalism.

- David (10/5): Great stay in a very modern suite, with a great location in the town. - Very modern, clean and comfortable. We had suite 3 which is advertised as no view although we were pleasantly surprised to have an outdoor covered deck and small lawn are which had a great view towards the Sunshine Coast. Self check-in was very easy via an app link sent in advance with a code for access. Undercover parking adjacent. Walking distance to everything in Montville. Would highly recommend. Nothing apart from being sent a message to remember to put the trash in the outside bins before we left.

Next time we will ask for room 1 or 2. Definitely wouldnt stay in room 3 again. There was also a sensor light at the back of our room which kept coming on all night. This was incredibly annoying as it lit the room up every time a tree branch moved.

Again, stunning views in a great location within Montville. Absolutely nothing-it was one of the best places we have stayed.
- Amy-Wendy (9/5): Perfect honeymoon thanks to Karma - Loved everything, location, facilities all of it. My jaw dropped when I first opened the door to our room as it was so stunning. The room is cosy and lovely robes are provided for you during your stay. It is a beautiful romantic setting and even though it is on the main street, you feel like you're a world away from everyone else. We booked this for our honeymoon and are so glad we did. Beds are so comfortable and everything is clean and gorgeous, the photos do not do it justice. The only reason I give it a 9 is because another couple checked in and we could hear them talking. The first few days of our stay there was no one in the room next to us so we didn't hear anything but the rooms don't fully block out the sound. Even then, I loved the place so much it hardly bothered me but it is something to consider if you are early sleepers.

Beautiful location Dindnt have anywhere to hang/dry clothes. The sink in the main bathroom was blocked. Our room was next to the main road, so it was quite noisy when workers started maintenance near road at 6am with tree mulchers outside our window...Other rooms would not have had the noise issue.

Just wished I had a pillow for the bath, to relaxed my head back. That’s the only thing. Everything was super relaxing otherwise.

- Graham (10/5): 2 Days of Respite from caring for Aged parent. - Central Montville, Ambient music on entry to the unit, set the tone for a Relaxing 2 nights of Sweet Karma. At 400 metres above sea level, the unit has a fantastic View toward Mooloolaba though the early morning view from the bed was shrouded in Cloud. Modern decor in a very private environment overlooking the escarpment. Loved the twin Marble Vanity Basins. Open air bathtub on the deck complete with Day Bed created a Sensual environment.

The bed was very comfortable and the bath was huge. i wasn't expecting any sort of view but we had a view from the bath and the courtyard so we went out there to watch the sunrise on one of the mornings. The location is perfect. Right on the main street so it is super close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Free undercover parking. Highly recommend. We had a bit of an issue with the wifi from the last night but apart from that everything was perfect!
