• Yelyzaveta (10/5): Perfect stay during the Olympics in the city centre. - The location of the apartment was excellent — right in the city centre, close to all the main attractions and public transport (metro, railway, etc.). The apartment was very comfortable, well-designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed. There was no such things.

Would stay here again! - Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment with a good supply of coffee pods for the coffee machine! There were thoughtful and useful extras like umbrellas available to use (which came in handy for us!). The apartment was warm and the heating was easily adjustable. The host was excellent - very accommodating and super quick to respond to messages. The shower only stayed hot for a few minutes at a time.

• Annarita (10/5): A 5 star Apartment in the heart of the city. - The apartment is perfect, very well furnished with great attention to details, I felt like I was staying at a 5 star hotel. The Metro station is not too far and you have a post office and supermarket 3 minutes walk. Plenty of cafes and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to a Movida location where you can enjoy a drink at the end of the day. The area is very safe and quite area. Easy to reach Duomo and two major Railway Station where you can catch the train to airport. The owner is a lovely person very available and attentive. Everything was perfect. I would only suggest some instructions manuals for the appliances and maybe a microwave.

• Nuria (9/5): Excellent apartment and location. - Great apartment, completely renovated and in a perfect location. Lots of restaurants nearby and next to Brera district. We could walk to the city center. The apartment has all what is needed for the stay. The host provided us with clear instructions on how to access the apartment and communication was really good, with extra flexibility on the check out as well. Greatly recommended! There are no minus, just be aware there is no elevator and it is a 4th floor - the host makes it very clear so it was well known for us.
• Jan (9/5): Great location and charm in Brera - Great location in Brera, approximately 20 minutes' walk from the Duomo area. Communication with the host is quick and reliable. The neighborhood, which looks very safe, offers numerous restaurants, and Eataly at Porta Garibaldi is a five-minute walk away for any Italian groceries you could wish for. The apartment is ideally suited for a couple, though sleeping on the sofa is also an option. It features a full kitchen and Nespresso machine. The bedroom can be somewhat noisy at night from the bars and restaurants on the street (particularly if the window remains open), but this adds to the area's charm. Nothing - the absence of an elevator was not a problem.

• Franz (9/5): Stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung recht nahe an Domplatz gelegen mit hilfsbereiter Vermieterin. - Die Vermieterin Francesca war sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel, wir hatten hinsichtlich Gepäck etwas herausfordernde Wünsche, für die sie kreative Lösungen fand. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, in 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuss am Domplatz, die via Solferina selbst beheimatet interessante Läden, direkt unterhalb der Wohnung gibt es mehrere gute Restaurants. Die Innenausstattung ist sehr stilvoll, gepflegt und sauber. Zu dritt wurde es manchmal etwas eng, die Platzverhältnisse sind grossstadtypisch beschränkt. Ein offenbar sehr angesagtes Restaurant im Parterre mit Musik war am Sonntag Abend recht laut, gegen Mitternacht dann aber ruhig. In Mailand gibt es offensichtlich viele Mücken, was das Öffnen der Fenster hemmt (keine Mückengitter), Insektenspray empfehlenswert.

• Bartłomiej (10/5): Great place to stay - Clean, cosy and functonal apartment. Great localisation close to the Moscova metro station. The apartment is on the 4th floor an there is no elevator but it was known before arrival. There can be additional towel rails in the bathroom.

El apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia cómoda : camas confortables , aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y es silencioso. Encuentras las cosas básicas de cocina : sal, aceite , azúcar , café … se siente el cariño en la preparación del apto … nos dejaron botella de vino , dulces , lego para los niños . El alojamiento está cerca de todos los lugares de interés, buenos restaurantes alrededor. Espectacular !

Good distance to restaurants at night within 10min walk A little out of the way (around 20-25min walk to centre) and the stairs are difficult with suitcases but it wasn’t too bad. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was absolutely perfect for us – close to key attractions, yet situated in a peaceful area that was ideal for families. It allowed us to explore the city with ease while still having a quiet, comfortable place to retreat to at the end of the day. Overall, Via Solferinu exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone, especially families looking for a modern, welcoming place to stay. Nothing to dislike!

In the kitchen you will find absolutely everything you need for cooking (dishes, salt, sugar, spices, even a bottle of red wine). Even coffee capsules are enough :) Special thanks to Francesca! She is very attentive and always ready to help. It was also nice to receive a free cleaning of the apartment and an extra bottle of wine as a gift in the middle of our week-long stay. Given the central location, it can sometimes be quite noisy on the street.
• Pavel (9/5): Great family vacation. - We really liked hospitality and greeting gifts for children and welcome vine! Definitely recommend to stay here. 4th floor is not a problem per my opinion. We had very minor issue with water drain from the shower and owner immediately reacted on that.

Cute surprise presents for the kids and delicious surprise for parents were waiting us when we arrived. The apartment looks modern and fresh, the interior is smart and cozy, the beds were really comfortable. Some reviews complain about the stairs, but we totally enjoyed climbing up to the 4th floor in the historical building - it was the part of our adventure. The location is quite easily accessible with public transport - a short walk needed. Easily accessible with a car as well as parking houses are nearby. We definitely recommend Soleferino 34 for those who love to explore Milano on foot as many landmarks and picturesque streets are nearby. Solferino 34 is not a place where you feel like a tourist, you will feel like a Milanese.
• Dan (10/5): Milan city break 10/10 - Great city break stay. Home from home comfort and convenience. The apartment is beautiful. Sofa bed comfortable. 3 adults stayed, plenty of space for us all. Well equiped. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Iron, hairdryer, Nespresso machine. Apartment was super clean, everything was spotless! Location could not of been better. Lots of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets close by. Short walk to all the main sights. Francesca the host was great. Answered any queries fast and was really helpful in ensuring we had a great stay. Instructions for check in was well organised and very easy. Booked our early taxi to take us back to the airport. Highly recommend 👌

• Karen (8/5): Very good - Great location, beautiful and clean apt. There is no lift and the walk up four floors with luggage is tough work. If you are booking make sure you have a backpack or carry-on only.
• Olga (10/5): Great stay next to Duomo - Excellent location - the apartment is located in Milan city center and in a walking distance from Duomo and other tourist attractions. Also, even though check-in starts at 4 pm, we were able to leave our luggage as soon as we arrived from the airport. Additional bonus is that booking this property you get a free taxi ride from the airport of your choice (Malpensa or Bergamo) and travel stress free. The apartment was clean, everything worked properly, air-conditioner worked also properly. Moreover, we even got a complementary bottle of wine from the host, which made our day even better. The only disadvantage (when you have a lot of luggage or a heavy one) is that due to the fact that it is a historical center, there is no elevator in the building, so it makes a bit difficult to bring all the luggage to the 4th floor. Otherwise, everything was great.

The apartment could have been a little bit cleaner, but overall it was ok. The sofa bed had a handle broken, but was fixed by the owner.

The apartment is really clean, spacious, and features a nice couch to relax. The bed is super comfortable and the washing machine is so handy! The stairs are tough after a long day of walking but it's clearly said in the description.

He also left us a bottle of very fine Kianti wine and some drinking water. Close to the metro station, but you also can easily walk to the centre of Milan, at least if you’re more or less fit for walking. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor without elevator, but we were prepared to it. It was indicated in the description.

Great price for what you get and location Pity no lift, but stairs were absolutely fine, not ideal for people who are unfit or issues walking. Whilst close to food and drinks places, the walk to Milan centre was ok but for unfit people better to get taxi or metro/bus

• Robert (10/5): A fantastic apartment!!! - 1. The host - Francesca was extremely helpful. You could chat with her in real time. All questions were answered instantly. She is a very nice person. 2. The location of the apartment is very convenient. 2-3 minutes walking from the metro station Moscova. It is a residential area, so there are not many turists. Next to the metro station there is a very good bakery where you can buy freshly baked bread, focaccia, and many other products (open on Sundays!). 3. The apartment is large enough to live there comfortably for a longer period. The eastern and western windows make that there is enough sunshine inside. With temperatures about 15-17 outside you can open the main doors and have coffee on small passage that may serve as a balcony. 4. The apartment is very well equipment - included all you need to stay there longer. 5. You feel in the apartment very well, it is a kind of cosy, and you return to it with pleasure after the whole day of working. 6. If again in Milano, I'll try to stay there again.

• Janine (8/5): Well design & spacious apartment in the heart of Milan - It was a very spacious apartment, well designed and very clean. The location was also nice with tons of restaurants, bars and shopping right around the corner. Even though the apartment didn't have a lot of daylight, the set-up of the lighting made it very bright. Unfortunately the bedroom was located towards the street side, which made it almost impossible to keep the window open all night due to passing cars, people strolling around and even worst - garbage trucks emptying glass bins at 4:00 am in the morning.

• Liviu (10/5): Excellent option for Milan - The apartment I stayed in was fantastic. Large, clean, modern. I could live there. :) It's also close to the Duomo, and only a couple of km walking from the train station (if you come to Milan by train). I would highly recommend this place. My only issue with this location, which wasn't a big deal for me but it might be for others, was that to access it you have to climb a bunch of stairs (the apartment is on the 4th floor) with your luggage, and even when you get at your floor, to access the apartment you have to walk about 10-15 m on a very narrow balcony, which is not the easiest thing with a large luggage. Overall, this was not a big deal for me, but I wish the access to the apartment is made clear before booking.

• Anitaschrag (9/5): Nice and clean apartment a little complicated to check in. - The aparment is very nice and clean, but the check in is a little complicated and very late. The check in is after 16.00 Uhr and Check out is 11.00 Uhr so you pay a high rate but you can not even stay long enough in the room to enjoy. I guess for tourists who do not speak well other language the check in with all the received messages is very complicated and there are several doors you need to pass. As explained the apartment is nice and clean but we had a very windy night with a lot of rain, therefore the bathroom started to smell really bad from all the water drains. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for a stay to cook. the bad smell in the bathroom during a strong rain at night.

Beautiful decor, comfy beds (even the pull out bed), wine and bottles of water left for us on arrival too. Couldn’t complain about anything, we loved it and would definitely return!
