- Nilesh (1/5): Very bad stay and arrogant owner - Location Use of "Luxury" words for this facilities not correct. This is in basement of house. Temperature control is on main floor where I assume owner is reside. Our rooms got so called. when I call to owner he has only option to turn of AC which cause stagnant air in the basement. Beds in both room makes squeaky sound when you make slight turn. Owner was not courtesy to guest and loud sound was coming from main floor. After charging more than$100 for cleaning fee, he made us to make sure all glasses clean and put on it's location, linens and towels in washer. We made request for extra blankets while made our booking, when we request extra blankets (due to no temperature control) he flatly refused and sound arrogant. Not recommending for family stay at this facility.
