• Iv (3/5): Poor - The flat is relativ near to U4 tube. Many to mention: 1. Check in Details were provided 55min before Check in time.Owners have complicated Check in procedure of messages and correspondence. 2. The flat is on ground floor in old building NEXT TO THE BASEMENT. 3. The flat was VERY DIRTY, there was no home shoes and your feets or socks gets dirty. 4. NO WARDROBE in the flat! You dont have place where to put your shoes. 5 The flat is behind the stairs und you hear the people up and down. 6. The apartment is VERY POOR equiped! 7. There was a coffee maschine with 1 tablet for 2 people. 8. No kitchen roll, no shampoo 9. Toilette is extremly small - the door reaches almost the toilet. 10 Owners asked us on leave to clean the dust bins and to give 10 Star feedback. Yes, we clean the dust bins, washed our utilities, but no way for 10 Star feedback
• Georgi (5/5): Passable - Relatively close to Schonbrunn. Coffee machine with capsules. Hard bed . I like to sleep on harder beds. Bathroom is in the kitchen! Not very clean. The floor was awful. Was not allowed early check-in. The checkout is at 10AM, while check in is after 15H. After 20 hours flight I had to spend 6 hours in the city to wait for them! Ground floor. The windows are straight on the street. I was not feeling safe to.open and leave the opened . Meaning - no fresh air. While it is close to Schonbrunn, it is quite far from the City Centre. And there isn't a good connection to the city downtown. Bolt/Uber to city downtown is in the vicinity of 20 EUR. Too expensive for the quality of the service. ( especially if one adds the taxi charges).
• Bogdan (9/5): Superb - Everything else except what i do not like. The toilet ring couldn't be held up, which was uncomfortable. It was not possible to close the door of the toilet easy. There wasn't a small chair or a place to sit and tie your shoes.

• Deni (7/5): I liked that it was close to Schonbrunn, it was quiet, tv is large, very clean. - Clean, close to schonbrunn, the building is quiet Shower is in the kitchen, there is no salt, oil or anything to help prepare food and comes usually in large amounts, no toys or other stuff for kids, even though they advertise as family place, the water is way too hot.

Very close to the parking lot. Inside is very welcoming. The windows in the bedroom don't close. It can be dangerous in the future if not fixed. Otherwise I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

• Cheslyn (6/5): Antisocial host with beautiful apartment. - Very beautiful private apartment near the Schönnbrunn castle making it easily accessible with public transport line U4. Perfect for a solo or 2 person travel. Complete utilities and clean. Supermarkets in walking distance and peaceful area. The communication on the hosts side is bad. I specifally confirmed an early arrival (14:00 instead of 15:00). Texted them 15min before arrival, no reply. Was standing at the door and called them, no reply. Ringed them up a second them and finally received instructions. This type of information should automatically come from the host HOURS before hand. Not AFTER my own initiative. Also asked them something about one of their services weeks before and they left it on read.
