• juliette (8/5): Très bon séjour à Malaga - Bon emplacement, communication facile avec l'agence et l'équipe est réactive. L'appartement était propre, la piscine est super même si petite. Il manque d'équipement dans l'appartement surtout à la cuisine, à peine une fourchette par personne, pas de carafe, nécessite plus de matériel.
• maria dolores (7/5): Llevadero para dos días pero mucho menos surtido que ningún apartamento donde estuve antes - No tenía ni un detalle tonto como algo de papel de cocina, alguna pastilla para el lavavajillas o un poco de café y una botella de agua por lo menos. No tiene papeleras para cuidar un poco el medio ambiente y no tirar nada por el inodoro. Falto de vasos y cubiertos , ni un cuchillo para pan o cortar para una ensalada y tampoco ni una fuente para ensalada claro Tambien se agradecería gel y champú en los baños que tampoco les encarecería tanto. Me cobraron 150 euros de depósito y el sofá blanco estaba negro, ni una sábana limpia extra para poner por encima
• Frederick (7/5): - Beliggenheten er veldig bra. Det er et stille område og ikke mer enn en spasertur inn til byens sentrum. Planløsningen var veldig bra. Sengene var litt harde etter vår smak. Det var litt få sitteplasser i stuen. Sofa med plass til 2 og ett stol. Det var få tallerkner og bestikk. Det manglet også kjøkkenkniver (brødkniv osv...)

• Claude (8/5): Appartement idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances - La localisation, l'appartement silencieux, la place de parking, la piscine, le mobilier de l'appartement et le linge lit et serviettes fournies. Présence de reste de travaux dans les placards (enduit, évier,carton etc) Manque un peu de vaisselle pour faire une tournée de lave vaisselle pleine. Manque torchon Une petite cafetière italienne pour faire le café c'est juste, je pense que d'investir dans une cafetière électrique même de premier prix serait judicieux et plus pratique.

• Maria Isabel (5/5): - - Apartamento amplio y con buena ubicación y el muchacho que nos atendió en la entrega de llaves muy amable. - La limpieza muy regular, encontramos incluso la basura de los huéspedes anteriores en la cocina y los rollos de papel higiénico gastados en un cajón. Papeles detrás de la cómoda del dormitorio y el sofá mejor no haberlo retirado. - La cocina no tenía sartenes ni cazos para cocinar, por lo que no pudimos cocinar nada. - No hay mucha fuerza de agua en las duchas, una de ellas apenas chupa el agua el desagüe y en la otra el agua salía fría. - Hay que ir a por las llaves a una oficina diferente a la ubicación del apartamento. - Vistas a un cementerio. - La piscina con muy poca profundidad por lo que el agua estaba muy caliente y no hay ninguna sombra.
• Maria (1/5): Sad to say AVOID! - The apartment is nice, clean and modern. Lovely (very small) pool on the rooftop with great sea & mountain views. 20 mins walk to the city centre and 10 mins to the beach. Local bars, restaurants and other amenities very close. 15 mins to Malaga airport. Unfortunately, on our first, full day staying in the apartment, someone let themselves in using a master key (confirmed by police) and stole a number of pieces of jewellery, including wedding rings and items with high monatory and sentimental value. There is no safe provided in the apartment. We were advised by the Sunset Malaga apartments to go to the tourist services that have a police unit- They were amazing, very fast, and thorough. However, at no point were we offered alternative accommodation , additional security, or any form of compensation, just one apology via WhatsApp from Sunset Malaga apartments. The experience left us feeling scared, not knowing if the perpetrator might return, we had difficulty sleeping, and we spent a large amount of our holiday time dealing with the police. It has caused a huge amount of stress & ruined our holiday. I would be concerned if booking any Sunset Malaga apartment that this individual(s) can access any apartment with this style of lock at any time using this master key- unless all locks are changed. I do believe it has to be a member of staff as they would need knowledge of the type of lock, etc. Overall, this was a dreadful experience in an otherwise lovely apartment and city! *update* A week after having to send a reminder to actually refund our £150 deposit, we are still without. We got a snotty message back saying "it takes 3-6 days as per the contract you signed". Checked the contract....no mention of this. The least we deserve is OUR money back after the terrible experience and zero support received. Starting to feel like a SCAM!

• Deborah (8/5): Clean comfortable apartment - good location - check-in a long distance from accommodation - Clean comfortable and quiet apartment for four people - very accessible, easy walking distance to the town and the beach. It was not clear that the reception and key collection was a long distance from the apartment - the receptionist helpfully arranged a taxi from the airport but didn’t tell us we would need another taxi to get to the apartment. A kettle and an info pack would have been appreciated.

Inconvenient by collecting keys from their office! - Lovely new apartment Good location as long as you don’t mind walking uphill Flat has a nice view of mountains Collecting the keys from the office is highly inconvenient after an airport trip. We should have been met with someone at apartment or keys left in a secure place. Apartment could have been better cleaned before our arrival. Was very dusty.
