• Michael (9/5): Gute Unterkunft, zentral und gemütlich - Sehr gute Ausstattung, gemütlich, gute Lage, alles was es für einige Tage in Berlin braucht. An manchen Stellen hätte etwas besser geputzt sein können

• Arif (8/5): - We stayed in Berlin from 5–8 February and had a very pleasant experience. The place was nice, clean, and exactly as described, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely come back when visiting Berlin again. One thing to note is that the entrance is directly on the street, so those sleeping on the sofa may hear passersby and some street noise
• Aleksandr (10/5): - Great transport connections, with many shops and cafés just around the corner. The host was very kind and responsive, always answering our questions quickly. The apartment had everything we needed for a wonderful family stay in the very heart of Berlin. Probably the best value for money we could find.
• Katrina (10/5): - Amazing location, and the apartment was fully equipped, clean and spacious, will always choose this apartment for Berlin trips. The surroundings are calm and nice. The TV remote was not working properly, and there was issues with the toilet, but not a big deal.

• Armin (8/5): Ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren störend, aber in Summe trotzdem noch in Ordnung. Deshalb 8er-Bewertung. - Die Lage in der Nähe von mehreren U-Bahnstationen. Auch viele Supermärkte, Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter :-) Die Waschtischgarnitur im Bad klemmte extrem. Ein Wackelkontakt in der Standlampe im Wohnzimmer war nervig. Geschirr/Teller war vor unserem Eintreffen nicht alles gut gespült. Für unseren Geschmack waren etwas zu viele Handtücher vorhanden. Die Lage direkt neben der Anlieferungseinfahrt von EDEKA war frühmorgens etwas störend.

• Klára (10/5): - The Apartment was really nice, enough space for four people and we found it funny that we could walk directly from the living room to the street. For a three night stay it was 10 out of 10, would recommend. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfy (but spacious) and the sounds of edeka’s loading trucks followed us the whole morning.
• Julia (10/5): Familientrip nach Berlin, Lage ist super, alles in der Nähe was man braucht. - Nicht sehr groß, aber dafür sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein tolles Berlin Erlebis! War alles da, was man braucht.
• Marta (5/5): Laut im Erdgeschoss - Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, befüllte Kaffeemaschine, Tee, Geschirr, bequemes Bett, ausreichend Handtücher, gut angebunden ans U-Bahn Netz, guter Kontakt mit der Agentur, die die Wohnung verwaltet Die Wohnung musste früher ein gewerbliches Lokal gewesen sein, da sich im Wohnzimmer direkt eine verglasste Eingangstür befindet, welche direkt auf die Straße geht. Das war tatsächlich für mich persönlich problematisch, da ich mich in der Wohnung nicht ganz sicher gefühlt habe. Hätte ich es gewusst, hätte ich die Unterkunft nicht gebucht. Es gibt zusätzlich Elektrorolläden. Sonst ist das Mobiliar sehr abgenutzt, das Sofa ist alt und es wurde seit Monaten darunter nicht geputzt. Im Wohnzimmer ist ab 7.00 Uhr sehr laut wegen LKWs, die direkt vom Fenster entladen.
• Julia (10/5): Super für ein Wochenende in Berlin - Super angebunden, U-Bahn und Supermarkt fußläufig, großer Park direkt in der Nähe mit tollen Spielplätzen. Sehr ruhig nachts!
