• Rob & Heather (9/5): Highly Recommend - Great location and very nice space for two couples. Clean, spacious and well equipped. Easy to enter. Would recommend it. Small things, but more toilette paper would have been good and had no wine glasses or clear drinking glasses. Instructions for some of the appliances would have been good.

The customer support was really weak, requesting that we remain in the room all afternoon for a repairman who showed up late and did not successfully fix the problem. Upon following up, no responsibility was taken. I would not take anything for granted from the property description or amenities/facilities listed and would highly recommend pursuing other options in the area.

Er werd direct geantwoord op onze vragen (ook op 1 mei en op zondag) en er kwam direct iemand langs op de gevraagde artikelen te brengen en het technisch mankement te verhelpen. Ook was het geen probleem later uit te checken en de koffers in een locker op het kantoor te stallen.

Limpio, tal cual las fotos, muy tranquilo .Te guardan la maleta en un local a 6 minutos del apartamento de manera gratuita cuando dejas el apartamento. Supongo que el precio pero Barcelona es así .

• Daria (8/5): - The apartment is located in nice neighborhood, walking distance to many sights. Not too noisy. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. The apartment has everything you need for bath and kitchen for the first days. It was easy to access the apartment with digital keys. In the last day we stored our luggage in the main office lobby which is 8 mins by walk from the apartment. We also got free airport transfer from booking.com. We stayed for a week and no cleaning was included in the price we paid initially for the stay. For extra charge of approx. 50 euros cleaning can be arranged.

The welcome box with coffee and tea was great. Loved the slippers and the towels were of a good quality. The door to the apartment began to fail towards the end. It took several attempts with the code before it finally opened. This did stress us a little especially late at night. We would have appreciated an extra dishwasher tablet and wondered if an extra comfy chair would have provided everyone of us to relax at the same time.

Είχε καλές παροχές, όπως μηχανή εσπρέσο, πλυντήριο πιάτων και ρούχων και φρυγανιέρα. Επίσης, παρείχαν δωρεάν φύλαξη για τις βαλίτσες σε ιδιωτικό χώρο. Χρειάζεται κουτί πρώτων βοηθειών σε περίπτωση ανάγκης.

Am fost cazate 5 persoane , dar ne-a pus dor 4 perechi de ciupici de camera , podeaua nu era foarte curată , apa fierbinte nu ne ajungea la toate 5 să facem baie , ultima făcea baie cu apă rece 🤭

• Antonio (4/5): Deludente - Posizione buona per raggiungere a piedi le attrazioni della città. Molte luci non funzionanti. Condizionatore non funzionava (usciva solo aria fredda), i dettaglia della casa sono dozzinali. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato anche sporco il pavimento. Le mattonelle della doccia senza fughe. La persiana della camera non si chiudeva. Una notte ha gocciolato acqua nel bagno dall’ estrazione. Insomma per dormirci solo va anche bene ma per altro no!

• Daniel (8/5): Me gusto tanto, que volvería!!! - Los detalles que tenia el departamento, la decoración, lo moderno. Que no funcionaba una de las persianas de un dormitorio. Vinieron arreglarla, pero quedo igual, sin que se pueda bajar.

Posizione comodissima ad un paio di minuti dalla metro, con supermercati vicino in un quartiere tranquillo e piacevole . Check in online, grande disponibilità da parte del proprietario che ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. Purtroppo non tutti gli ospiti precedenti hanno avuto cura della casa e delle cose.

• Dxbguy (3/5): Decent stay with a good location, but the high price, extra charges, and complicated booking process - The only positive was the central location, which made getting around the city very easy. Its location is great and close to many attractions. Since we missed our flight from France to Spain and Taxi booked couldn't be availed & due to all the issues they gave us Free Taxi to airport when checking out. My stay at Sweett Casa Bailen was overall average. While the apartment itself was decent and the location convenient, the booking and pre-arrival process was quite frustrating. The price is already high, and on top of that there are additional charges per person, which makes it feel less worth the cost. Walls are so thin you hear constant voice from water pipes from upstairs. We booked 2 nights but stayed only one night. Their website procedure is unnecessarily complicated, requiring passport details for every guest plus a selfie of the main guest, and their child age policy contradicts Booking.com’s (they consider children only up to 15, while Booking.com lists children as 17 and under). Because of this mismatch, we had to email them 8 times just to fix the booking details, which was stressful and time-consuming before the trip even started. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the complicated process and extra costs make it hard to say it was good value for money. I would not recommend this to anyone. Better stay at a hotel instead.

В следующий раз остановимся именно тут в этом месте. Хотя всё понравилось, мы остановились на две ночи ничего не готовили но была разбита варочная поверхность, это была не наша вина но всё равно не приятно.

Если бы не позднее заселение можно было считать этот опыт идеальным Было очень не удобно что заезд в номер после 16.00, мы никак не рассчитывали что это будет так поздно , особенно когда всю ночь в дороге и потом приходится до 16 быть на ногах . Можно оставить вещи в главном офисе что в 8 минутах ходьбы. Хорошо бы закрепить посудомойку потому что когда ее открываешь , она начинает на тебя падать .

• Ashley (8/5): Great location and large apartment, but could be a bit nicer. - Fanastic location close to public transportation and tons of shops, sites, and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and the terrace was nice. It was a bit rough around the edges - could tell it had a lot of wear and tear over time. The beds were so soft, we woke up with terrible pains every day. The walls were very thin, you could hear everything.
