Christian (8/5): - Sehr guter Service im Empfang, wurde wie ein ganz normaler Hotelgast behandelt. Ebenso die Services konnten in Anspruch genommen werden. Es war im großen und ganzen ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Leider war die Matratze schon ein wenig ausgelegen, ich würde daher eine neue empfehlen.

I didn’t like the layout, the furniture was quite worn, and some appliances were not working — for example, the air fryer. The bathroom scale had no batteries, and the bed was uncomfortable.
guilherme (5/5): - Primeiro ponto a ser destacado, o anúncio me levou a entender que eu estava reservando um quarto no Hotel Gran Mercure do Itaim. Porém, esse não é o caso. Apesar de a acomodação ficar em um prédio em que o Gran Mércure está instalado, o quarto não faz parte do pull do hotel, não sendo, portanto, a experiência de estadia no hotel. Por exemplo, o enxoval (cama e banho) não são da mesma qualidade e não há no banheiro os mesmos produtos disponibilizados pela rede hoteleira. Eu procurei pelo hotel e acabei sendo induzido a erro. De fato, ao ler dados da reserva posteriormente, consta que se trata de um flat. Mas a forma como o anúncio foi feito nos leva a crer que estamos reservando um quarto do hotel. Tirando esse fator, faço uma avaliação da acomodação em si, relevado o fato de não ser do hotel. O flat tem uma boa estrutura, porém, já desgastada, precisando de reformas. A saboneteira do Box do banheiro, por exemplo, esta quebrada, o sofá consta com marca de ferro e os móveis apresentam falhas na pintura. É uma acomodação que atende às necessidades e está bem localizada, mas não esperem o mesmo conforto e luxos que o hotel oferece. A estrutura do hotel pode ser utilizada, mas mediante pagamento (Café da manhã sai a R$ 72,00 dia). Não tenho a intenção de prejudicar a anfitriã, que foi atenciosa e educada, mas as observações acima me parecem necessárias para o alinhamento de expectativas dos próximos hóspedes.
