• Louise (6/5): Great location / Big eating space - bit tired property needs some TLC - Location was great and big kitchen for breakfast and pre dinner drinks It is a bit tired - needs painting/ fixing in bathroom and general deeper clean. Bedrooms are good

• lopes (8/5): - O conforto da casa, quartos com espaço, aquecimento, tudo a funcionar. Portas usb espalhadas pela casa toda. O senhor muito simpático e prestável. As casas de banho, é impossível tomar banho na casa de banho de cima. No de baixo é possível mas pouco confortável. Os interruptores encontram-se danificados. Pouca limpeza, havia restos dos habitantes anteriores espalhados pelos quartos.
• Arthur (7/5): - De locatie is top, vlakbij metro, winkels, restaurants en in een rustig straatje. We hadden ruim voldoende leefruimte met een groep van 8 volwassenen, dat was prettig. De grote eettafel is top en gezellig om met elkaar aan te zitten. De sfeer in het huis is gezellig en fijn. Opgemaakte bedden bij aankomst en de aanwezigheid van handdoeken is heel fijn. De eigenaar is vriendelijk en telefonisch goed bereikbaar en het was heel fijn dat we i.v.m. vluchttijden de koffers al wat eerder dan de inchecktijd in het huis konden laten staan. De schoonmaak en het onderhoud van het huis is onvoldoende. Zo waren de vloeren erg vies en i.v.m. kalkaanslag kon de temperatuur van de douche op de bovenverdieping niet veranderd worden en was daardoor veel te heet. Uiteindelijk is het ons wel gelukt. Het was ook jammer dat er in de slaapkamers nauwelijks een raam open kon voor wat frisse lucht. Vooral in een slaapkamer beneden werd het daardoor vochtig, ook vanwege de aangrenzende douche. De WiFi deed het nauwelijks.

• Alessandro (6/5): Bene ma non troppo - Per un viaggio insieme agli amici la casa è ideale per gli spazi che offre, soprattutto la zona giorno ricavata al piano interrato. Per chi viaggia per andare a vedere la partita del Chelsea in casa e non vuole spendere troppo, la consiglio visto che dista neanche 10 minuti a piedi. I punti sono molteplici ma più generalmente è la manutenzione della struttura stessa un pò carente (crepe e buchi su alcuni muri, piatti doccia usurati etc) come per i suoi impianti idraulici soprattutto dove una delle due docce sparava acqua calda quasi da ustionarsi la pelle mentre l’altra il caldo minimo per effettuare una doccia in novembre senza avere freddo. La sua posizione rispetto alle principali attrazioni di Londra è distante circa 30-45 minuti di media da ognuna di esse.

• Chrismarie (8/5): Good stay. - The property is spacious, good kitchen and they provide plenty of plates and some other kitchen stuff. The property is close to the tube station and shops, very good! There are no bins inside the bathroom / toilet and bedrooms provided. Not enough toilet rolls provided either, luckily Sainsbury’s is just round the corner. The check out is 11:00, we were outside the property around 10:30. We were a bit shocked when a lady tried to open the door who didn’t say anything as she’s on her phone. We’ve asked her if we can help but then she told us that she’s the cleaning lady.

• Angel (1/5): Horrible. - The owner never communicated any instructions. There were no instructions in to refer to. No wi-fi code was provided. The pictures do not reflect the property as it is laid out. No ventilation or air in one of the rooms. To use the bathroom on the first level, you'd have to enter one of the bedrooms. We were a family of 11 with small children. The place was not suitable for a family. We did not stayed at the property and had to get an extremely expensive hotel and get 3 bedrooms for a bill of $4,600 Pounds. A horrible experience.

Only a few minutes walk from Fulham Broadway station and easy access to any places in central London, which is good value in terms of its price. Facilities are generally in good condition and fulfil daily needs of a traveling group. Some places (i.e. the kitchen preparation table and some other tables in the house) are dusty
• Sinead (9/5): Superb - The location was great. The house was great for our group and had all we needed. Would definitely stay again Could have been a little cleaner but not bad enough to put me off. Only the smaller details such as skirting boards. Overall very clean

• Lisa (9/5): Fantastic location, lovely house, great host - Lovely house, fantastic location! Host wad really quick to respond. Lovely space for a group of friends visiting London. We couldn't get the radiator in the downstairs front bedroom to turn on but luckily we'd had a spare room so just used that instead.
