Soontaree (2/5): "Finding the room was a challenge as the building's layout. I will not go back to this place again. - The Location is very good and conveniently close to a supermarket. I had a poor experience during my stay in LA for several reasons. First, there was a very strong smell of cannabis that entered the room at night through the entrance door and bathroom. It was so strong we couldn't sleep and had to turn on the kitchen hood for air circulation. Second, there was no room service, no fresh tissues, and no housekeeping to change towels or clean the room. We had to use the same towel for four days. When we requested help, the host's response was too late. I didn't realize this property functioned like an Airbnb; had I known there was no professional housekeeping, I would have booked a hotel instead of MDR. Finally, the kitchenware provided was old and in poor condition. I would suggest the host provide enough essential amenities (like toiletries, trash bags, or bottled water) for the entire stay. We stayed for 4-5 days, but the supplies were only sufficient for the first day. It would be much more convenient for guests if the essentials matched the length of the booking. The room was nice, but the overall experience was quite frustrating. The building layout is very complex and finding the parking spot was a major challenge. Even after watching the video provided by the host, it was still very confusing and difficult to navigate. Communication was also an issue; the host does not provide a phone number and only communicates via the Booking messenger, which is not ideal when you are lost in the parking garage.

Didn't get instructions to get in until after I got there and called several times - very annoying - and even then it was really confusing. I'm glad I read the reviews and someone mentioned just going up to the 5th floor from the parking, saved me a lot of time. The unit itself is OK but could do with some updating, especially the shower. Fridge and AC are loud. Neighbors are a bit sketchy. Gym has the necessities but no Internet or cell reception..

Free parking spot was brilliant for our hire car to go travelling around LA, what a fascinating city with so much to offer. We will definitely book this place again in the future, great value for money and just what we needed. Special thanks to the host for amazing customer service and friendly attitude, made our stay even more memorable.

Alan (5/5): Back breaker bed and dirty feet - The location and facilities seemed fine, parking and especially getting out is a nightmare. The video instructions half helped but signage is needed. The floors were filthy, our feet were black from just walking around. The mattress in the bedroom was the most uncomfortable ever, deformed permanent into the memory foam, we chose to sleep in the living room the second night. The bedroom light does not work, the dishwasher is not screwed in and dangerously toppled forward when the door is opened. No rugs or homely feel.

Ewa (9/5): Czysty, przyjemny apartament z miejscem parkingowym. Blisko supermarket. - Filmik instruktażowy jak znaleźć miejsce parkingowe. Czysto. Dobrze wyposażony apartament. Nie było przygotowanego miejsca do spania dla dzieci. Po ponad 20 godzinach w podróży z Europy musieliśmy sami rozłożyć materac dla 2 dzieci oraz powlec pościel.

I didn’t upon entry it was Dirty the stove and the microwave and under the bed had crumbs and stuff and in the refrigerator it had crumbs.The dresser had a leak that had frozen ice at the bottom and the refrigerator had water and ice buttons but they didn’t work and it was no wash clothes and I ask and then on the night before I was leaving I was sent a puff after having ask them and I had bathe with my sock.The electric trash can was broken.I tried letting them correct it cause it was use tissue at the end of the roll and I ask and eventually the night before checkout I was giving a code to look in the lock closet for tissue.It was a disaster and a very uncomfortable stay.

James (6/5): Room for improvement - Nice area. Liked the secure parking lot and easy room access once parked (elevator right next to your parking space and your room is right next to the elevator). Room has good facilities for a homely stay. Toothbrush and toothpaste provided which was a nice touch. Walls are thin and you could hear people in the hallways opening and closing their doors, occasionally i could hear the people in the next room as well - not a fault of the host but something to keep in mind if youre looking for a quiet stay. Additionally the curtain needs to be replaced and adjusted as it leaves a ~30cm gap letting light in and just doesnt feel very private. The bathtub didnt have a plug. I also dont like that the check in is late at 4pm but the check out is early at 10am.. the earliest check in they allowed was 2:30pm and they didnt confirm that until 2:30... 4pm check in is very late and I dont think it is fair considering check out is at 10am. There is potential for a pleasant stay here but small improvements are needed. Overall I wouldn't stay here again because of check in/check out policies, the large curtain gap and the loud hallways.

Cedric (7/5): A good location for tourists maybe, not for someone looking for leisure. - It was very clean, was a good deal and free parking. Didn't like that I didn't know the exact location until 2 hours before my stay. Gave another location as 4545 Admiral Way. Assumed it would be in that area but instead it was off of Lincoln. I also wish they had blackout curtains being as I wanted to sleep in but couldn't because the sun would come in through the blinds. Oh, also the first night someone was in my assigned parking location which caused me to have to park in the vendor spot. It was also extremely loud above me which made it difficult to relax at times.

Gute Anbindung an die Strasse. Die Pool-Anlage war bestimmt okay: Immerhin schwammen einge Leute darin. Wo fange ich an? Die Unterkuft ist NICHT wo sie eingezeichnet ist. Sie befindet sich einie hundert Meter weiter weg. Vom Gastgeber kam ein Link mit einem Video, wie man in die Lokalität kommt. Das war so lala. Dann die Unterkunft: Sehr sehr klein, schmutzig, viele defekte Dinge... wääh.
boss (5/5): - L emplacement car non loin de venice beach et des commodités. La salle de sport ainsi que le jacuzzi et la piscine La possibilité de laver son linge. La possibilité de faire des barbecues car il y a un espace commun pour cela. Literie correct sans plus. Le parking sécurisé. Accueil totalement impersonnel car nous ne rencontrons personnes donc il faut savoir ce débrouiller seul. Il s agit plus d un logement pour 2 personnes car notre fille de 16 ans a du dormir sur un petit sofa pendant tout le séjour. Ils avaient oubliés les draps, l'oreiller, la serviette de toilette.. problème résolu le lendemain. Manque de nombreux éléments pour cuisiner un minimum et ménage laissant à désirer. Appartement prévu soit disant pour 3 voir 4 personnes et il y a que 2 chaises donc compliqué pour manger tous ensemble. Studio manquant de luminosité.
Francis (8/5): The condo is an older facility that is perfect for a solo traveler or DINKS. - It was safe and had secured parking. It has a beautiful pool and gym! The address is incorrect. Just look up The Westerly on Lincoln on 13603 Marina Pointe Dr. in Marina Del Rey. The condo could use some TLC too. Santa Monica is the better option for young families. Practice the directions to the parking; it will help!
Andrea (6/5): Appartement sollte nicht für mehr als 2 Personen angeboten werden - Nette Anlage. Zimmer gut für 2 Personen Zimmer absolut nicht für 3-4 Personen geeignet. Couch ist kein Bett. Muss eine Luftmatratze selber aufbauen, eigentlich kein Platz dafür dh nur wenn man Tisch und Stühle entfernt in der Küche.

Chelsea (10/5): Exceptional - This was our second time coming to Los Angeles, and once again, we chose to stay at the same place because we had stayed here before and felt completely at home. Everything was just as wonderful this time too. The apartment was spotless and had all the essential kitchen equipment (which is great if you plan to cook at home). The location is very close to the beach and also conveniently near the airport about 15 minutes away. We used the pool and gym almost every day, and both were well-maintained and more than sufficient. Thank you for everything for making us feel at home and for providing such a professional service. The beds are very comfortable. The access to BBQ grills and parking is great. The building is a little hard to navigate at first but Mark makes it easy to understand w videos he texts you at check in. Highly recommended!!

The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location in Marina del Rey was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. Mark was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. We felt right at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Chetan (4/5): Disappointing and not sufficient value for me - The futon bed doesn’t open, this means there’s only 1 bed available that too queen size so room sleeps only 2 ppl. In website it says Sleeps 4 , that is not true. The comforter on bed is so thin and old, not really a comforter just a rag like.
Stephan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was immaculate, well furnished and everything was new. We appreciated having two parking spaces in the garage. The place is just a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and supermarkets(Raplhs,Trader joes), and very peaceful. The gym and pool are great and we never heard the neighbors. We will certainly go back next time we're in LA. Thank you, everything was amazing!

Everything you need was there I couldn't be bothered to keep the window open when the dogs used to pee and poop in the yard right below the windows, so nice that the room had air conditioning

He was also very understanding about my delayed check out time. The apartment was perfect, great taste, clean, and had EVERYTHING that I needed, even laundry card. Access to apartment and parking lot to elevator was all very easy and smooth. Video he made in 2 parts were very helpful and clear. The apartment had everything we needed, from a functional kitchen to fast internet. The vibe of the place made it easy to relax after a full day out. Nothing felt out of place
Suzana (10/5): Like our home - Apartment was exactly as described and our host Mark was super responsive with any questions as before, me and my friends staid here last year also, he and his team is so respectfull and kind. Place is centrally located in Marina next to a great plaza, Trader Joe’s and a gas station. 7-9 mins to central Venice and 10-15 to Santa Monica. Close to the airport which was nice.

The management are really professional hosts. Its close to LAX,marina,venice and santa monica. Many restaurants are close to building. Very safe area Hihgly reccomended!
Aaron (8/5): Very good - Clean and quite well kitted out - there was quite a few basic foods in the cupboards which I appreciated though I didn't use them. Could do with a beside lamp though! They send you with WAY too much information to check-in which I think makes it even more confusing. The video instructions to access the flat are for if you arrive on foot, but if you park in the the garage (with another quite confusing video instruction) then these instructions don't make sense. If you do drive btw, just go to closest lift and go to floor 5 and take the instructions from there. Easy once you know!

Jmscunha (1/5): The worst accommodation ever - This was the worst accommodation experience of my life. Please do not stay here, if you do stay here, prepare yourself for the worst experience ever. Don't be fooled by the photos of the outside, because in fact the property itself is good overall, in a relatively nice area, but the apartment is terribly bad. When I entered the accommodation, I found a poorly maintained, dirty space, dirty walls, damaged doors, broken floors, ceilings with water leaks, broken blinds, old-fashioned decor and each piece of furniture does not match the other... without any sound insulation, all the noise, no matter how small, came from outside and vice versa. But if I was already disappointed, the worst came when I went to check the beds and there was a brown stain on the cover of both mattresses, hair on the sheets, hair in the kitchen, a very low level of hygiene throughout the apartment. To make matters worse, we were disturbed twice by a neighbor on the floor below who complained about hearing our footsteps walking, this at 2 p.m. The neighbors claim that the space is illegal for temporary accommodation...this space is a real fraud.

Christian (10/5): Exceptional - The parking was underground and felt very secure disliked the fact that the listing mentioned a sofa bed but had to sleep on an air mattress, overlooked that because the overall rate to stay here for our trip particularly was an awesome value didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub but they looked nice well kept property in my opinion in a great central location will definitely consider staying here again for our next trip.

He (9/5): Wonderful. Highly recommended. - Location is nice. Environment is safe. Staff is very supportive and communicative. Parking is perfect. Ralphs just across the road. Hot tub, warm swimming pool. Highly recommended. A bit noisy. We can hear loud walking from upstairs at late night. Door closing heavily at early morning. I guess this is common for apartment.
