Guest Reviews
- Eli (1/5): Almost got killed - Nothing , horrible , scammers The fact that it was closed , and I almost burn alive cuz the fire alarm started and caught fire , smoke was everywhere, police got involved , they thought we were there to rob the place , so 0/10
- Wayne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Zaffina (1/5): Disaster, scam - Nothing, We arrived at the location and they did not reply we had to book somewhere else. BOOKINGS customer service did not help. I did not like that they did not tell us that they would not accomodate us. We were at the door standing in the rain and they wouldnt bother to answer their phone.
- Ophelia (3/5): Poor -
- Stephen (2/5): Overpriced and very disappointing. - The location was good for visiting the Vatican area of Rome and it is close to a well connected Metro station (8mimute walk). The bedsheets were very clean. The bed was extremely uncomfortable due the mattress having no life in it whatsoever, it sank into the middle and the bed was squeaky.
The hot water ran out after 30seconds when we had a shower every time. There were some tiles missing in the bathroom too. The floor was sticky (due to someone painting the tiles with paint to make them look new) and seemed dirty.
For the money this apartment was set at a ridiculous price and the photos make it seem much better than it really is.
The codes for entering the rooms were so easy to guess as they corresponded with room number and there was no way to manually lock the door, so if someone wanted to enter the room once they guessed the code, they could have entered.
Overall we were very disappointed with this apartment. The only saving grace was the location for what we needed it for.
