• Shyam (3/5): Good location, but not great facilities - Location Said free parking but was not in the location, was off street. No air cons in room only fans When leaving, got a long message to clean the dishes, kitchen and rubbish bins. Wi fi stopped working

• Ian (4/5): Disappointing experience - Apartment is located close to a large food shop (Coles). The apartment is next to a road that is busy and noisy throughout the day & night. It is located in a new building that is crowded with other apartments and seems old and worn out. We were worried that the apartment door handle is in outside the apartment in the hallway. Both lifts were poor and worked eratically. Inside the apartment the lounge is big and empty and doesn`t contain much furniture for our family. There were not many towels or pillows which we`d expect. The separate childrens room is located in the lounge and contains little sound proofing. We were also disappointed that there was no flexibity to move the checkin time (4.00pm) back or to be able to our store luggage (we had arrived early in the day). It also took us a long time to find the hidden apartment keys.
• sandra (7/5): - Quiet accomodation. Good kitchen and bathrooms. Bus right outside took us to Central St. Close to supermarket and facilities. Small cell like room off the lounge.i ended up sleeping there, with stair climb to use bathroom. 5th person had to share double bed! Stated it had 5 beds

• Katharina (6/5): pretty good stay in south of center - location was pretty good, close to Green Square station - reachable in 5 min walk and bus stations even closer. Close to nice restaurants and good coffee. Apartment has an upstairs (bedrooms and bathrooms) and downstairs (living room and kitchen). Probably a better stay when it's warmer and you can use the outside more (not in winter / rainy season). Apartment is in a new but already aging building, one of the two lifts was out of order several times during our 2 week stay. Inside apartment the door handles already almost came of one of the doors. if you find the stairs that are leading outside you have to wade through standing water on the ground level. Apartment only offers one towel per person, which is not easy to manage when you have women with long hair in your family (and when it's winter and cold...) Kitchen is minimal but ok, no dish towels there. Third single kids bed is basically in the pantry.
