• Claire (8/5): Style over comfort - Wonderful location in the heart of Huskisson, just a few steps from shops and restaurants Whilst the property is very new and stylish, the studio apartment we booked was not as comfortable as expected. Minimalist furnishings look great in photos but were not very functional. Bed has only one side table so one occupant has nowhere to place a glass or phone other than the floor. 2 chairs provided to watch TV or read where very low and not comfortable. Small balcony has no chairs.

• Sharon (8/5): It was convenient and a good location - Location was good, there was parking, plenty of options for eating out and a convenience store nearby, and the facilities in the room were excellent. Even a washing machine to do washing. The contínuos number of emails and process after booking. They were lengthy and numerous, requiring separate process to secure a bond on the credit card and the a separate registration process. Confusing and I struggled to find the instructions for entry. A sofa would be better than the chairs to watch TV. The chairs at the breakfast bar were an awkward height.
• Janice (2/5): Didn't like it. - Location was good but it's a small town so everywhere is pretty good. Kitchen was alright. The view is of garbage cans There is no privacy curtain so it's either dark or everyone is staring at you. The chairs are uncomfortable, should be a couch there. The stools are too high so you can't sit at the bench The bed moves all the time, needs to be fixed to the spot. Nowhere to put any suitcases, no closest space. Everything just feels like furniture that someone else didn't want so they put it in the apartment. So many better places for less money.

• Marta (7/5): A comfortable bed, great location but furniture needs improvement. - Very conveniently located and access to the property was great. The configuration of the bed - too far away from opening window. It got hot and stuffy overnight which couldn’t be solved with the air-conditioning as it automatically shut off after 3 hrs. Lounge furniture needs improvement - not comfortable at all to sit in. A little desk to write at would be great! The bar stools are too high from the kitchen bench. Makes eating dinner a balancing exercise.
• Dhanshree (8/5): Great location and good service - The location was excellent, and the property itself was clean and well-equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. We did encounter a minor issue with the key not working, but when we contacted staff, assistance arrived within five minutes and the issue was promptly resolved. We really appreciated the quick and helpful response. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there are a few points I’d like to highlight for improvement. The bed was a little uncomfortable, as it didn’t seem to be securely locked in place and would move whenever we shifted, which was a bit disruptive. During our 3-day stay, we also noticed there were no extra towels provided in the room, which would have been convenient. The main area I’d like to call out, however, is the volume of emails I received from the time of booking through to checkout. It felt excessive and repetitive, with multiple emails covering the same information. Streamlining this process would make the guest experience much smoother and less frustrating.

• Robert (6/5): As above - The location was excellent in the heart of Huskisson, modern unit with parking and lift Comfort level was average, there was a small balcony but no furniture, only 2 Cain armchairs inside, had a well equipped kitchen but nowhere to eat. There ware 2 bar style stools up to a small counter but stools were so high you could get your legs under. Small table and chairs would have been a much better option. Only 1 bedside table so had to move things around.
• Lilli (10/5): Would 100% stay again! - Location was unreal! Apartment was a great size and super clean. The bed was super comfy. Great guest parking. The seats where the tv is aren’t very comfy at all, a small couch or 2 comfy chairs could be a better option.

• Radu (6/5): Pleasant - Great location New, well equipped kitchen Secure building Hard to watch TV as there is no sofa. A bit noisy from adjacent apartment as there was an internal locked door dividing the two.
