- Outing (1/5): Not clean, management does not respond to messages - Proximity to disney It was not clean, stains on walls and furniture Lack of responses when contacting the owners. They responded with no action 3 days after I continuously wrote them. They then promised a refund for some of my costs given the conditions and they are not confirming with booking.com. I have never experienced such horrible customer service.
