• GIULIA (6/5): - LOCATION NEAR TO SHOPS AND METRO The double bed was attached to the wall on one side, so in 2 people there was no way to move to the bathroom at night on one side. There was no bath mat, which immediately flooded the room. There were no shower products (shampoo and body wash were missing, although they were included and also hand soap was quite finished, we was forced to purchase one). There was only one kitchen towel. The TV was larger than the sofa bed and took up far too much space in the room. The sofa bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable. If the sofa bed was left open, there wasn't space to move around the apartment. The front door touches the sofa bed when opened.
• Julien (4/5): Propriétaire sympathique mais logement peu recommandable - Bien que nous apprécions quelques éléments du logement, tels que le confort de la literie, où il se situe, la grande sympathie et la gentillesse du propriétaire, qui a tenté à plusieurs reprises de résoudre les problèmes rencontrés, nous ne considérons pas que nous ayons pu profiter pleinement de notre expérience dans ce logement si nous mettons en rapport le prix payé et le nombre de problèmes rencontrés. Tout le long de notre séjour, nous avons rencontrés un nombre incroyable de problèmes : - Nettoyage pas effectué, appartement très sale à notre arrivée, et particulièrement le four et le micro-ondes (résolu lors notre 2ème jour) ; - Chaudière qui fait du bruit, vibre et qui peut être dangereuse, qui nous a même réveillé la nuit (non résolu. Normalement, un logement avec une installation de chauffage défectueuse ne peut absolument pas être mis en location sur Booking) ; - Douche complètement bouchée et sale (résolu lors de notre 2ème jour) ; - Eau chaude de la douche s'arrête lorsqu'il n'y a pas assez de pression (non résolu, problème structurel au logement). - La bouilloire ne fonctionne pas correctement, il faut appuyer plusieurs fois sur l'interrupteur pour que cela fonctionne car il semble usé ; - L'installation électrique n'est pas conforme, avec des câbles électriques mis à nus un peu partout près des points d'eau dans la salle de bain ; - Il y a des fuites d'eau de certains tuyaux derrière les toilettes, que nous devions éponger tous les jours ; - Détecteurs de fumée qui sonnent dans la cuisine et qui doivent être couverts par des sachets en plastique (tel que demandé par le propriétaire) ; - Les plombs ont sautés le dernier jour à cause de la machine à laver défectueuse, alors qu'il y avait notre linge dedans. Nous avons donc dû faire sécher du linge mouillé et savonneux sur les radiateurs, ce qui n'est vraiment pas idéal ; - Logement très peu lumineux, car l'énorme tv cache toute la lumière du jour devant l'une des seules fenêtre. Au final le logement ne correspond pas aux belles photos et est situé au fond d'une ruelle privée très sale et pas entretenue. Après négociations, le propriétaire a tout de même consenti à nous offrir le parking et à nous rembourser une partie de notre séjour, face aux nombreux problèmes rencontrés. Ce n'était pas très sympa pour commencer une nouvelle année.
• Dustin (7/5): Wszytko super, ale... - Na duży plus szybki kontakt z właścicielem, ogrzewanie które można sobie ustawić według własnych upodobań, ciepła woda i tv z netflixem etc. Wszytko czego potrzebujecie znajdziecie w tym apartamencie. Niestety mieliśmy nieprzyjemną sytuację z zapachem łóżka i pościeli. Prawdopodobnie zostało źle wyprane, wysuszone bądź wydarzyła się jakaś inna losowa sytuacja. Z właścicielem super szybki kontakt ale według niego 3 osoby się myliły z zapachem bo zaczął nam insynuować różne śmieszne rzeczy że to może nasze buty albo nie wietrzymy apartamentu gdzie okno było otwarte całą noc. Po długiej dyskusji właściciel nie przebrał nam pościeli

• Natasha Witchlow (10/5): Cozy, welcoming stay - The place was just right for two people to stay in space-wise and considering it was quite a cozy place the facilities available were impressive! The host is great at contacting and super friendly, we really found nothing to complain about during our stay, it was great. The area has lots of shops around so getting provisions to cook using the kitchen was easy and convenient
• SERHAN (9/5): Kindness... 🫶🏾 - Clean and tidy with the comfortable bed. Incredibly quiet, Really good and easy location,  great facilities, I had everything I needed.  It's was like feeling in my own place and the most important very kind host. I  can say, I have a own home in london anymore. Thank you so much. I'll be back soon x All was good. Especially the owner James, very kind and nice. Kindness is the best ability for businesses. He is doing great job.

• m carmen (5/5): Pequeño Apartamento cerca de centro Londres - La ubicación muy cerca de Londres pero para acceder al lugar un pasillo muy tétrico y poco cuidado. Tele muy grande pero teníamos que desenfuchar cada vez para funcionar Era muy pequeño. Para 2 personas bien pero para 3 había que tener el sofá cama abierto y se ocupaba toda la estancia. Además el sofá cama colchón muy malo. Limpieza regular. Ducha con mampara muy negra. Muchas tuberías
• John (5/5): Would I recommend this to a friend? No, not if I wanted them to talk to me again.. - Close to lots of take-away outlets. Kitchen had lots of utensils. Entry space to the apartment looks like a bomb site - unmaintained and ugly (photo) - the description says "and a patio with quiet street views" - that is a lie. No canopy over the front door so wind and rain hit you before you even get outside Microwave is 6 feet above floor level and has to be accessed using stepladder (photo) The bathroom was the smallest I have seen in a rental accommodation - free space of 24 inches by 24 inches between door & tiny basin & toilet & shower door - I had to open the door to brush my teeth Washing machine is outside with no cover for user so if it's raining you get wet using it. Never seen so many exposed tubes and pipes and electrical DIY. Is the one in the photo legal? Be aware of host's penalty for late departure - Please note that failure to checkout by 10am incurs a charge of £1/minute. The shower is a dribble and neither the shower basin nor the sink, drain water away. The double bed is pushed up against the wall so someone has to climb over the other to get in.

• Angela (10/5): Excellent night sleep 😉 - The host was excellent , very helpful, and easy to contact. The flat is in a quiet spot, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The flat is perfect for a couple, and it does have everything you need. The coffee machine was a big plus ( he left coffee pods for us, too). Everything you need if you want eatingat home, plates, knife (good one) etc etc you need only the food 😉. It is 5 minutes from the underground zone 3 and 2 minutes from the bus stop towards a big shopping centre and 4 different underground , train etc. Shops , bar a supermarket are 2 minutes from the flat. I will definitely use it again. Need a light outside the flat
