There was a minor inconvenience with a leaking roof, but the property hosts were promptly there to fix it within a few hours after it came to our attention. Aside from this, everything else was fantastic.

And in one of the bedrooms, water was dripping from the air conditioner all night, right on the bed!!!!!!! The whole pillow was wet through and all night the sound of dripping water overhead was horrible

• Jane (6/5): Nice apartment in a perfect area for a group - Location was great. As a single female traveller my main concern was safety. I wasn’t met on site but was given clear instructions how to get in. This was a pin for the door and the gate up to the room. The main door was already wedged open, the gate was open on arrival and the door to the flat was open. Each time I went out these were all open again so I kept closing them for safety, but I would return to them open again. There were men talking really loudly in the hallway at three in the morning. The window has trouble closing. The door to the appt was really difficult to open. It needs fixing. The link for the city tax and passport details didn’t work so had to give details over what’s app which I didn’t feel comfortable with. Because of easy entry from the street I would not stay there as a single female again.

Each morning, we were able to walk right out into the bustling town and begin the day. Location made it easy to come back and change or drop things off. A lot of stores, food, and action in the neighborhood, but also very easy to get to other parts of town. The property was clean, had everything we needed and easily accessible from the street. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was nice. Francesca was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything completed and in order prior to, during and at the end of our stay. Nothing

• Ron Skinner (10/5): Gonna take up sculpting as a hobby someday - It was so centrally located that everything was a very short walk. Not that Florence is a challenge in this regard, but this makes it the best of the best with regard to location. The apartment is modern in the sense of appliances and such, but it has a very original feel... like welcome to life in a historical city. The management was so easy to communicate with and they left a very useful book of information in the apartment. We had everything we needed for our stay. I can't say it's a dislike personally, but for people with mobility challenges, there is no lift. You can really appreciate the view from the top floor when you get in the apartment to take off your shoes and catch your breath. Im old and fat... the kids didn't seem to stop and contemplate the view like I did.

Las camas son cómodas, el espacio es grande para una familia de 4, que tenga dos espacios está muy bien, así los niños tenían su zona. Cocina correcta, se puso en contacto con nosotros Francesca, encantadora, para felicitarnos la llegada, nos explicó todo lo relativo al apartamento y nos ofreció su ayuda en los días que pasamos. Hay un tramo Importante de escaleras pero muy para nosotros no es un problemas. La ubicación es espectacular, en 2 minutos estás en la plaza de la catedral. En 10 minutos en la estación de tren, es una maravilla para moverte por Florencia. Muy recomendable. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Nada en especial.

• Raimundo (9/5): Muy buena opción a pasos del Duomo - Espacioso, luminoso, cama cómoda, limpio, perfecto para una estancia larga (2 personas). La ubicación es ideal y la calle muy tranquila en la noche. Las almohadas pueden mejorar.
• Winterton (8/5): Wonderfully relaxing. Florence is beautiful. - Wow! We could not have been any closer to the bell Tower, Baptistery and Cathedral if we tried. Literally two minutes around the corner! Straight into shops, restaurants, bars and the atmosphere of Florence. The apartment was lovely, clean and plenty of facilities needed for our stay. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was great for making tea and coffee with a hearty breakfast ready for all the walking we managed! The bathroom space was ample with a bidet, toilet, basin and shower with towels and accessories supplied. There was a lovely little room beyond the bedroom that was a quiet reading space with a window overlooking the rooftops to the Duomo. The hosts were very helpful over WhatsApp and we arrived at the right place with the right instructions! I would highly recommend these apartments ( I believe they have some family sized ones too!) and we would definitely go back. Great bars and restaurants within walking distance or even straight outside the apartment door. In the evening the place was quiet and relaxing.Thank you The stairs! I’m not going to lie- they were a killer! But that was because we walked everywhere and we were shattered! luckily we are fit and healthy and the apartment and view was brilliant but if you are unable to manage lots of stairs this apartment would not be the one for you, especially after climbing up the 450 + stairs of the cathedral and back again. This is not a complaint but just a consideration for those less able as there is (of course) no lift.

Não nos faltou agua quente e conseguimos usar a maquina de lavar roupas e louças tranquilamente. As camas são confortáveis e a roupa de cama e toalhas excelentes. A única questão é: o apartamento fica no 3º andar e subir as escadas pode não ser muito indicado para pessoas de idade ou crianças.

• La-Yamuset (10/5): Beautiful, cozy, clean and spacious for a family - We lovedddddd this property. The apt was clean and close to the train station, duomo and David museum. All walking distance to everything. The owners waited for us at the door to make sure we were able to get into the apt without a problem. I loved the cleanliness of the apt but it really had everything we needed. We were a family of 5 with a baby and there’s nothing I could say the apt was missing. Loved the body mirror to check outfits (lol) the laundry was used and worked perfectly fine, ac was cold, after a long day the kids would go watch tv and relax on the sofa… they thought of everything. And I’m glad there was a real blow dryer not a commercialized one. The travel one I brought stopped working and theirs came in handy.

Francesca's communications were prompt and very detailed, particularly how to enter the property and it's location in Florence The lightening in the bedroom could have been brighter. Several of the electric sockets were loose in the wall. Advertising of the property should make it clear that the property is on third floor and lot of steps. OK for us but an elderly person would struggle.

There should be a reference that says 3rd floor apartment. (It only mentions upper floor)

The appartment was stylish and well equipped and the host offered useful information for our stay. And our appartment indeed had the view of the Duomo. If you want to stay in the very centre of the city be prepared that it could get a little noisy outside.

• Christy (9/5): Amazing Location and Charming Space – A Memorable Spring Break Stay - My daughter and I stayed here during her spring break, and overall, we really enjoyed our time at this apartment. The location truly can’t be beat—just a short walk from the train station and literally steps away from the Duomo. It made exploring the city so easy and convenient. Francesca, our host was fantastic! She made sure we had everything we needed (nearest ATM, luggage storage, grocery store, etc.) The apartment itself has a lovely rustic charm, with cozy decor that made it feel like a true Italian home. We really appreciated having a small kitchen and a washing machine—those little comforts made a big difference during our stay, especially with a longer trip. It’s worth noting that there’s no elevator, and the apartment is up six flights of stairs. That was definitely a workout with our luggage, so just something to keep in mind if stairs are a concern. But once we were settled in, we loved having such a spacious and well-located place to come back to each day. All in all, it was a great stay in the heart of the city, and we made some wonderful memories here. Would recommend to others who don’t mind a climb and want to be right in the center of everything! Just a few things to be aware of for future guests: The Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty at times, so if you're relying on strong internet, it's something to keep in mind. The apartment is located on a higher floor with no elevator, and the six flights of stairs can be a bit of a challenge—especially with luggage—but it does come with the charm of being right in the heart of the city. The building itself has thinner walls, and during our stay, there was a group nearby that was quite loud late into the night, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. Also, if you're a light sleeper, be aware that the Duomo bell chimes regularly multiple times a day, starting at 7 am —it adds to the atmosphere, but may not be for everyone.
