• Utsav (5/5): The location was good. The property was small for 4 people but had all the amenities. the visitors are obliged to pay to - Location of the property was good. It had all the amenities of the a small studio. The property was quite small for 4 people. And the owner/ property manager demanded we pay in advance the tourist tax and there was a caution safety deposit as well which we had to pay in advance before we even reached the property. Only after paying this the tourists would be given the access and direction to the apartment. However the caution money was returned in timely manner.

• Rodrigo (8/5): Cómodo, limpio, discreto, buena ubicación y barrio seguro. - Sitio agradable, discreto, silencioso. Calidad-precio muy buena, y en un barrio muy seguro. Cama cómoda y todo limpio. Muy recomendable. Por poner un pero, hay que seguir unas instrucciones para obtener la llave. Me recordó a un Escape Room, en el buen sentido.
• Maria (6/5): El aire acondicionado enfría muy muy poco. Para verano es un NO - Muy buena ubicación y bonito. La cama era cómoda y la lavadora es un gran punto a favor. - Aire acondicionado Si para ti es imprescindible el aire acondicionado, busca otro alojamiento. Hay reseñas que hablan de que si tiene, y otros de que realmente no funciona. Pues yo resuelvo el porqué... El aire frío sale, pero también sale aire caliente entre el aparato y la pared. Esto provoca que a pesar de tenerlo encendido 24/7 a toda potencia la casa no va a bajar de 27 grados en verano. Y no existen puertas que puedas cerrar para reducir el área, ya que además el aparato está en el pasillo. A la tercera noche te vuelve loco el sonido que hace pero no puedes apagarlo. Es una pena porque si te pilla en plena ola de calor como a nosotros se convierte en un autentico infierno - Lavavajillas no funcionaba - Papel higiénico muy escaso. No tiene sentido que lo tomen como un detalle de cortesía. La gente va de vacaciones y no debería tener que preocuparse por comprar algo así ya que vale poco y los paquetes suelen ser de bastantes unidades

• bénédicte (10/5): - Nous avons apprécié l'appartement neuf confortable au cœur de Milan. Idéal pour visiter la ville. Le lit de la chambre est extraordinaire, très confortable. Le contact est aisé. Le canapé lit est suffisant pour un enfant ou ado. Il manque du savon pour tous les voyageurs. Une capsule de café en guise de bienvenue serait un plus. Le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas.
• Diana (7/5): - Красивый , стильный ремонт, отличное расположение, много места для хранения. Есть стиральная машина и средства, все необходимо на кухне для приготовления пищи. Вернулась бы ещё 🙌🏻 Кондиционер не охлаждает помещение, с открытыми окнами спать сложно , в 5 утра во дворе начинают сильно шуметь. Душевая кабина или труба в ванной стала протекать на второй день.

• Milos (8/5): Very good - The agency who operates and rent the property tried to avoid issuing of invoice. They gave me back the invoice after 3 weeks when I told them I will start the legal process against them in Italy.

• Balukh (5/5): Passable - the location during our stay there was a reconstruction outside, all windows have been closed and there was no daylight at all!!!! everyday we have been walen up at 7am, when the workers came.

The air condi - The location was great The residence was under renovation of the facades. The windows were covered and we could not see the outside. The noise of the work started early in the morning. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The air conditioning was making an horrible loud sounds and it was impossible to sleep without it due to the heat.
