La ubicación en el centro, muy central que permite pasear caminando; la disponibilidad de estacionamiento. Las instalaciones: el baño sucio, sin mantención, viejos, la tina es muy reducida para un aduto mayor y no cuenta con ventilación; la habitación: oscura, sin ventilación, y con evidente falta de mantención; el comedor: los manteles sucios y también los vidrios de las ventanas; el personal del estacionamiento: no entrega una buena recepción, no orienta y es agresivo

María Francisca (10/5): Volvería feliz - Super amables, el lugar es tranquilo, limpio, comodo y super central, el personal un amor, super flexibles; llegaba super temprano y pude hacer mi chek-in antes, ademas me dieron una habitación mejor al mismo precio por comodida, asi que mi estancia fue espectacular. Tienen espacios comunes muy bonitos, bar y hacen varias actividades entretenidas e interesantes. La ubicación es excelente.

Colchones incómodos y ropa de cama con mucho uso. Adicionalmente, me pasó que al llegar me indicaron que no estaba disponible la habitación que yo había reservado, culpando al sistema, por lo que me ofrecían otra habitación más grande donde quedaría más cómodo, pero tenía que pagar la diferencia. Dado que era tan tarde tuve que aceptar y como favor me hicieron un descuento, pero que todo lo haríamos por fuera de la plataforma de reservas.
