• Joana (7/5): - The apartment was very well located with easy access by metro or by foot to the main areas of the city, well equipped with kitchen utensils and bathroom towels, and the staff was very friendly and easily reachable via WhatsApp. The cleanliness could be improved, particularly the bed sheets, which had some stains.

• Enrico (9/5): Bel Soggiorno romano - Soggiorno molto valido, struttura vecchiotta ma appartamento ristrutturato da poco, molto comodo, pulito, stanze molto ampie, luminoso, facilmente raggiungibile in metro appena sotto casa, vicino alla stazione termini e a santa maria maggiore. Comunicazione molto veloce ed effciente, anche via watsapp. la regolazione del riscaldamento e il "soffione" un po' rumoroso

• Rayan (10/5): Très bon séjour et hôte très reactif en cas de besoin - Très bien positionné pas très loin de la gare, bon quartier et pas loin du métro du besoin. Comme expliqué par le hôte il faut avoir internet à l’arrivé car ça s’ouvre avec un lien. Des qu’on a l’habitude aucun problème avec ça. L’agence a été très rapide pour répondre à toutes nos questions sur whats app ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Appartement moderne très propre et grand. Climatisation etc tout est OK. Quartier et appartement très calme, aucun bruit pour dormir et se reposer. Aucun problème à signaler on a passé un très bon séjour 👍 Dans l’une des salle de bains une odeur désagréable apparaissait des fois, c’est le seul petit bémol mais sinon tout était parfait pour nous 👍

• Ricardo (8/5): Lo recomiendo - Muy buena ubicación, amplio, limpio, fácil acceso. Áreas comunes del edificio sucias. Extremadamente medidos con el suministro de elementos de aseo (papel higiénico, jabón personal, jabón para lavar ropa). Ese servicio debe ser proporcional al número de huéspedes.

• Mel (9/5): Good Time in Roma - Modern well equipped property, very close to all transportation sites with a large park just across the street. Wish the layout was more functional. We specifically rented a 3 bedroom / 2 baths apartment. Access to the second bathroom was off a room with a sleeper sofa. Clearly NOT the best option when being used by a party of 4 adults
• AMAIA (10/5): - Totalmente reformado y nuevo. No le falta de nada. Es muy grande y tiene 3 habitaciones de matrimonio. Está muy cerquita de la estación de Termini, desde donde puedes coger autobuses a cualquier parte de la ciudad. Totalmente recomendable.

• Emerson (9/5): Fantástico: grande, limpo, organizado, funcional e fácil comunicação com os proprietários. - apartamento simplesmente fantástico. O prédio é antigo, como toda a Roma, mas por dentro é impecável. Tem 2 banheiros e 3 quartos (um deles é suíte). A cozinha é totalmente equipada, tem ferro, máquina de lavar roupas, tudo mesmo. Só não dou nota 10 porque na suíte tem um sofá-cama no lugar de uma cama e é algo que o proprietário deveria pensar em trocar. Fora isso, recomendo muito. Fiquei nesse lugar porque queríamos estar perto da Estação Termini e foi uma ótima escolha. Nada a reclamar, só recomendar que o proprietário troque o sofá-cama por uma cama de casal. Isso elevaria a acomodação e garantiria uma nota 10, com certeza.
• Nigel (6/5): Adequate base for exploring the city - Location was good, modern decor Well equipped kitchen and AC was very useful 3rd bedroom could be improved by changing sofa bed to a proper bed, we needed 3 bedrooms and the third was not made up.
• Alexandra (7/5): Good - Good location, clean, comfortable apartment. I can recommend it for the people that don't need leaving room (like us). Very complicated to open/close lock in the door. Missing small things in the kitchen like kitchen towels, dish sponge, the door in the shower is not closed good. But in general still very nice apartment.
• Bernadette (8/5): Will happily stay here again and recommending this property to friends visiting Rome - Location near train and metro making it easy to tour the city. Clean and good instructions to locate and access the property. No hot water on day 2, issue dealt with very quickly and in person. Locking mechanism temperamental - maybe that was our fault.

Comfortable bedrooms and good to have 2 bathrooms with a large family group - Well located… close to major spots, within walking distance or a short bus ride. Good sized bed rooms. Very responsive staff Immediate surroundings of the property and location were not very clean. Also, not much of a living room. Very small bathing space in the bathroom. Bedroom and bathroom locks did not work. No elevator (lift) in the building. You have to carry your bags up yourself and no place to keep bags for early checkin / late checkout.

• Mountaineer31 (10/5): Spacious appartment in the heart of Rome - the location of the appartment is excellent in the heart of the city, the appartment is very specious, it is equipted with all the necessary appliances and kitchen utensils, including a coffee machine supplied with enough capsules for our stay, the appartment was very clean. Although the appartment has 2 bathrooms which is great the hot water finishes all too quickly so it is not possible 2 or 3 people to take shower at the same time.

• Jasneet (5/5): Passable - The apartment is exactly like in the pictures. We loved the space and the location of the apartment. Very close to Roma termini station and also very conveniently located from bus stand and metro station for public sightseeing and to be around Rome central. Even the sofa bed in room 1 was comfortable which was surprising cos sofa beds are usually not as comfortable. We were a group of 7; and there was adequate space for all of us with enough linens, towels and utensils for all. The major discomfort came with air conditioning not working properly in extreme hot weather. For our 2 nights of stay, our air conditioning worked like a fan on the wall; the regulation of which was also not in our control. On day 1, after 45 mins of arrival, We were told that the ac would work in 30 mins post which we left for sightseeing. When we returned and realised that the temperature of the apartment wasn’t getting any better , we put an immediate complain which was attended to at 10:30am. We appreciate that the manager really tried his best to get us comfortable and to ease out our trouble of no AC but after trying for 2-3 hours, we received a message that the AC wouldn’t be fixed during our stay and they were extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. I still would love to visit the apartment again if they work out a solution on their AC.
