Lo mejor es que está ubicado en el centro de la ciudad y puedes ir caminando a los principales puntos de interés, también hay paradas de metro/autobus cerca

• Jenny (10/5): It is a walking distance to Doumo and everything is accesible. - The place is clean, peaceful and quiet. It is around 10-15mins walking going to Doumo, everything is accessible with parking infront the apartment. There are restaurants, bakeries and groceries that is close in the premises. The host is accomodating and helpful.
• Natividad (10/5): Fantástico - Muy buena ubicación, puedes llegar andando a todos los puntos más emblemáticos de Milán. La casa muy espaciosa y cómoda, con todas las facilidades. Alberto muy amable y simpático, siempre disponible para cualquier duda. Es un bajo y se encuentra al lado de la portería, por lo que se escucha hasta cuando el conserje tira de la cadena, pero si no tienes problemas de sueño no supone un problema.
• Aina (1/5): Dårlig opplevelse - Bra beliggenhet Veldig dårlig lydisolering. Og dørvakten starter dagen kl 05:00. Vanskelig å sove i alt bråket. Vi spurte om det var mulig og ta hensyn. Då kom dørvakten på døra og ropte og var veldig sint fordi vi hadde gitt beskjed til huseier om bråket. Veldig uproporsjonelt!!!
• Jana (9/5): - We were planning to visit Venice but due to a general strike and a protest that closed the bridge, we were unable to go, so we explored Mestre. The apartment was centrally located and the main piazza and the M9 museum are within walking distance. Good restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Highly recommend.

• Lingou (7/5): - Ηταν πάρα πολύ κοντά στη piazza duomo και στην αγορά. Ο οικοδεσπότης παρά πολύ καλός! Λόγω καθυστέρησης της πτήσης φτάσαμε αργά το βράδυ στην πόλη και ήρθε και μας άνοιξε μόλις φτάσαμε. Εχει συνέχεια ζεστό νερό για μπάνιο 😊 Το διαμέρισμα ήταν αρκετά κρύο ειδικά το βράδυ. Ενημέρωσα τον ιδιοκτήτη πριν φύγουμε και μου είπε πως υπάρχει ένας νόμος στο Μιλανο μέχρι 15 Οκτώβρη . Ίσως μια σόμπα ή περισσότερα σκεπάσματα να βοηθούσαν

• Olena (10/5): - Перебування в апартаментах пройшло чудово! Багатоповерховий гараж — прямо напроти, для гостей апартаментів ціна зі знижкою — 35 євро за добу. Помешкання знаходиться дуже близько від центру, легко було піти будь-коли погуляти до Міланського собору. Помешкання знаходиться на першому поверсі, просторе, сучасне, гарно оздоблене. В апартаментах було усе необхідне — пральна машина і капсули для прання, кавоварка і капсули з кавою до неї, вода в холодильнику, праска і дошка для прасування тощо. Альберто допоміг з усім розібратися

As a result, two of us had no water for the night. When we arrived, the pull-out sofa bed in the living room was not prepared for us, even though we had clearly informed them in advance that five people would be staying.(we was too tired to make our bed) Several wardrobes in the house were locked. One was open, but it was full of men’s clothing and covered in dust, which felt quite unwelcoming. Some of the electrical sockets did not support dual plugs, making it difficult for us to charge our phones. Even the iron could only be plugged into the socket behind the microwave, which was very inconvenient. We were very disappointed. The beds were extremely narrow and hard. For the price we paid, we expected at least comfortable beds. Overall, we were not satisfied with our stay.

• Elena (9/5): I can definitely recommend this flat for sightseeing in Milan - The location is perfect! It is a cosy flat that is a 10 minute walk from the most important sights. I recommend it for a family or a few friends. The host is very friendly, is always in contact and ready to help. Noise in the morning, someone was renovating, but renovations always end.

Great, responsive and helpful hosts, well appoint - Superb location, the main bedroom was just perfect, proper large comfortable double bed, sparkling clean bed linen, side tables, plug points, lamps 👍🏼 The owner was quick to respond to any requests and helpful, Close to cafes, shops, main sights (Duomo etc) and public transport, everything within 2-10 minutes walk. In the second bedroom it would have been nice to have 2 proper beds rather than 1 proper and 1 fold out, the fold out bed was not that comfortable for a teenager, would have been fine for younger kids. There was an option of a rather comfortable looking sofa bed in the main area, which we didn’t use. Thin walls on that side as well could hear strange noises from outside, gargling 🤷🏻‍♀️ if you’re not a light sleeper like my daughter you wouldn’t notice a thing…

• Musab (10/5): perfect apartment for centre of Milano - The location is perfect, very close to the Duomo. Car parking is in the parking building near the apartment and they have a special price for the owner of the apartment. In my personal rating the apartment is considered as full suite level in a 5-star hotel. The owner and his family are very helpful.They were on duty all the time and I got a very late check out for free I adopted it as a first choice for my next visit to Milan, if available.
