Em resposta a minha reserva, recebi uma mensagem de que seria colocada em um apartamento alto, com vista para o mar. Contudo, fui colocada em um apartamento no 3° andar, com vista para um prédio que ficava de frente ao quarto e que impedia a vista para o mar. O chuveiro do quarto também não esquentava.

O café da manhã é muito completo e de ótima qualidade, apesar de ser cobrado separadamente da reserva. O atendimento também foi excelente durante toda a estadia. Infelizmente, perdemos um item que estava dentro do quarto enquanto saímos para o café da manhã, permanecendo fora por cerca de uma hora. Ao retornarmos, tivemos a sensação de que alguém havia entrado no quarto, embora a recepção tenha informado que não houve serviço de limpeza ou acesso ao local nesse período. Procuramos o item por todo o quarto, mas não conseguimos encontrá-lo. Também sentimos falta de uma melhor orientação ou disponibilidade de itens de higiene pessoal, pois não ficou claro se deveriam ser solicitados na recepção.

Para não ter possibilidade de desistir. O cafe da manhã cada dia tem que ser pago para entrar no local ( não pode colocar em uma conta) ate que os produtos do cafe da manha são razoável , e o atendimento e bom. O primeiro dia tinha uma balada no ap de lado (misturam ap de hospedes com ap de donos dos apartamentos) impossível controlar o ultimo dia, de novo as 3:00 AM, balada. NÃO E BOM. Os atendentes fazem sua parte, mas não conseguem compensar o prejuízo. A vista, não paga o prejuízo. ESQUEÇAM DESTA ACOMODAÇÃO. Não e hotel, não e apart, e uma mistura do pior dos dois. Simplesmente hotel sem energia, sem gerador pois estava estragado por estar se do usado a uns três dias. Os recepcionistas não conseguiram nem acessar nossa reserva e logo de cara já orientou que procurássemos outro hotel pois não tinham previsão para sanar a falta de energia. Ou seja fomos lesados pois não tinha energia, nem comida, nem ar e muito menos conseguimos se quer entrar no quarto. E ainda estão negando o nosso reembolso alegando que a culpa não é deles. Péssimo.

A penthouse precisa de reparos nas janelas, quando chove, entra água para o Apartamento e fica um barulho de goteira insuportável, a janela também não está fechando bem. Outro ponto negativo é que nas duas primeiras noites, abriram a porta do meu Apartamento, não me senti segura, mesmo a recepção dizendo que foi engano e depois uma manutenção na porta as 22:30 da noite, a limpeza também ficou a desejar. O Apartamento é bom, MAs tem coisas a serem melhoradas.

Foi a segunda vez que me hospedei nesse hotel e nas duas oportunidades tive o mesmo problema, no meio da madrugada, por volta das 4h da madrugada, os hóspedes do quarto do lado chegaram fazendo muito barulho, com risadas e conversas extremamente ata e ainda ligaram música nas alturas e como a acústica é ruim, pareciam estar dentro do meu quarto. O hotel precisa comunicar a seus hóspedes sobre a lei do silêncio!

Além disso, escolhi a unidade de acordo com experiência prévia, contudo, o apartamento não era o mesmo, pois a outra contava com pia e microondas. Paul (6/5): Front desk staff can make up for most of it - • Location: Excellent proximity to Piña beach, making it ideal for sunbathing. • Staff: Exceptionally friendly and helpful across the board. • Facilities: The gym and pool areas are well-maintained and in great condition. • Room Features: The rooms are spacious, equipped with appropriate furniture, and feature brand-new air conditioning units and TVs. • Sleep Quality: Despite some minor noise issues, a quiet night's sleep was generally possible. • (Neutral): Did not dine at the hotel, so the food cannot be rated. • Infrastructure & Elevators: Significant structural issues. The elevators seem to operate on two separate systems, causing unnecessary trips and outrageously long wait times, especially during peak hours. • Room Access: Unreliable key cards make getting into the room a daily gamble. • Privacy & Housekeeping: Major privacy violations: Housekeeping ignored both the "Do Not Disturb" light and the physical door sign, knocking repeatedly and even entering the room without permission while I was out. Urgent staff training is needed here (in my opinion). • Room Layout: Despite the size of the rooms, the interior layout feels awkward and inconvenient. Bathroom felt very outdated and holes in tiles and broken soap dispensers did not add up to a better image. • Maintenance: Poorly sealed balcony doors create an annoying whistling noise on windy nights. Attempting to adjust the doors only results in an irritating rattling sound . • Value for Money: The hotel requires some updates to justify its price.

A estrutura e restaurante também atendeu bem a necessidade inicial. Devido as fortes chuvas, faltou energia no hotel e o gerador só atendeu aos ambientes comuns do prédio - ou seja, energia elétrica no quarto faltou. Ficamos hospedados por menos de 12h e nesse período não tivemos luz no quarto.

Sem contar que nem o elevador funcionava, ou seja, precisei subir e descer escadas, e o meu quarto estava um forno de tão quente. Diante disso, tentei um reembolso para que eu pudesse me hospedar em outro hotel e ter um mínimo de conforto, porém sem sucesso — recusaram-se a fazê-lo. Resultado: às 11h da manhã do dia seguinte, o prédio inteiro continuava sem energia. Passei calor a ponto de suar muito e ainda precisei descer com todas as minhas malas pelas escadas. O que me deixa admirada é que um prédio com uma estrutura dessas não tenha apresentado nenhuma solução para esse problema. Fui informada pelo hotel de que não poderiam me reembolsar, pois a falta de energia não seria culpa deles. No entanto, também não era minha culpa, e eu paguei caro para ter conforto; no final, só tive desconforto, raiva e suei mais do que uma cuscuzeira — e ainda não tive um posicionamento decente do estabelecimento, nem ao menos um reembolso parcial.

Marcus (2/5): Pessimo - Quarto bom tamanho mas banheiro muito pequeno dificultando acessibilidade Banheiro,limpeza,não disponibiliza água,os funcionários da limpeza esmurram a porta do quarto e gritam pra abrir a porta, os funcionários da recepção não atendem a chamada do apartamento e quando desci à recepção encontrei todos conversando animadamente,e os elevadores muito sujos e sempre com problemas técnicos.
