- Kinga (10/5): Japoński relaks w Amsterdamie - Piękny hotel, niesamowita obsługa, czuliśmy się wyjątkowo :) Dostaliśmy upgrade, więc nasz pobyt był naprawdę niesamowity. Cudowne podejście do dzieci, bardzo miły pakiet powitalny dla małych gości. Przepyszne autentyczne jedzenie w restauracji, stosunkowo krótki czas oczekiwania na room service, co pozytywnie nas zaskoczyło (pobyt w Wielkanoc). Pracownicy hotelu byli niesamowicie pomocni i uprzejmi, dużo podróżujemy, a gościnność w tym hotelu nas naprawdę oczarowała. Mieliśmy wrażenie, że wszystkim zależy, żeby goście naprawdę wypoczęli. Spory basen z wydzielonym torem- można popływać. Zasłużone 5 gwiazdek. Bufet śniadaniowy mógłby być nieco bardziej rozbudowany. Brakowało nam „pewniaków” dla dzieci (np pankejki, gofry, naleśniki, większy wybór owoców) musieliśmy się trochę pogimnastykowac, żeby zadowolić dwójkę wybrednych dzieci. Na plus wybór japońskich dań.

- Gino (3/5): Teleurstellend - De locatie was goed, deel van het personeel was vriendelijk. Eten was goed. Konden geen gebruik maken van de welness vanwege drukte zat het vol, zijn er 3 dagen en 2 nachten geweest en 3x naar de welness en zwembad gegaan en 3x was het vol. Parkeren “kon met uitrijkaart van degene die ons incheckte” vervolgens wel rekening van €140 voor parkeerkosten. Room service duurde bijna 2 uur… vervolgens de kosten terug gekregen maar daar heb je niks aan als je honger hebt. Ben er vaak geweest maar deze laatste ervaring zorgt ervoor dat ik twijfel om nog eens te gaan en zeker niet zou aanraden.

- Antonio (8/5): - La struttura è bella in ottima posizione e vicino la metro. È ben curata. La piscina è troppo fredda nonostante c’è scritto piscina riscaldata. In reception sono stato accolto da una ragazza che non sapeva l’italiano e addirittura non li é venuto neanche in mente di utilizzare un traduttore per capire cosa ci dicevamo. Continuava a parlare in inglese senza farci capire niente. Inoltre é stato chiesto tramite mail prima del soggiorno se si poteva pagare in contanti e ci hanno risposto di sì. L’unico problema è che oltre al soggiorno pagato in contanti abbiamo dovuto versare prima della consegna della stanza una cauzione di 200 euro al giorno per persona ( restituiti alla fine del soggiorno) capite bene il problema nel reperire tutti quei contanti. Bastava che nella mail mandata prima del soggiorno ci avessero detto questa cosa e ci saremmo organizzati diversamente.

- Tran (9/5): Had some minor inconveniences but overall amazing experience - Beautiful area with blooming sakura trees! Rooms were super clean (and my standards are pretty high). The breakfast was delicious! There were english and japanese breakfast options - which was clutch when traveling with my mom since she likes her eggs with rice and soy sauce 🤭. We had an issue with our luggage being brought up. It took almost an hour to get our luggage sent upstairs and it wasn’t clear why. I had to go downstairs to concierge, and then do a follow-up call from my room to see where our luggage was. If I knew it would’ve taken so long, I would have just grabbed it myself. Some of the experience with turn down service was inconsistent. Will I get a mat next to my bed today or not? Will my used teacups be cleaned or replenished? It varies day to day but overall the service was great!

Fortunately the hotel absorbed the cost of booking.com's deceptive practice and moved us to a beautiful suite.

Very friendly staffs in reception and the concierge, especially would like to thank the concierge staff, who was very resourceful and helpful in guiding us in finding restaurants and arranging our tours that we asked. 2. Almost the best housekeeping I have ever seen, so attentive to details and keep our room tidy everyday, it made our stay very pleasant. 3. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Overall we are pleased with our stay. 4. Very nice lounge on 22th floor, nice delicacy and good view. We liked going there a lot! 5. Location is convenient, easily reach city center by transportation or by walking It would have been better if more storage or hanging devices are available inside the room and bathroom.

- Ann (7/5): Teleurgesteld - Ruime kamer, netjes, goede ligging De receptionist van de check-in was niet erg vriendelijk. We wilden graag cash betalen bij uitchecken, doch dienden wij een veel hoger bedrag, dan bij reservering, goed te keuren op de betaalterminal met onze creditcard/code. Hij kon ons niet uitleggen waarom het bedrag zo hoog was, daarbij sprak hij geen Nederlands. Bij het uitchecken dienden wij €71,50 voor 1 nacht parkeergeld te betalen, waanzin voor een 5 sterrenhotel. In de stad is een “dag”pas nog stukken voordeliger!!!

C’était vraiment une excellente découverte! La cheffe qui a préparé notre repas, Madame Rebel, était au top! Merci encore pour ce super moment! Expérience au spa décevante : absence totale de tranquillité • Présence d’enfants (avec bouées) dans le jacuzzi, ce qui nuit fortement à la détente • Aucun espace réservé aux adultes ni créneaux dédiés pour garantir un environnement calme • Ambiance globale du spa ne correspondant pas au standing d’un hôtel 5★ • Manque de cohérence avec l’image “bien-être / atmosphère japonaise” annoncée (+ accueil froid (entrée de l’hôtel), personne ne salue… je ne veux pas de tapis rouge, clairement pas… mais pour un hôtel du genre, l’accueil compte) • Attente à la réception à l’arrivée (5 minutes à attendre après les formalités, sans savoir pourquoi alors que des collaborateurs riaient et ne faisaient rien à côté) • Problème avec la fenêtre de la salle de bain (vue impactée… même si pas grave en soi, mais à nouveau, recevoir une chambre du jour pour un hôtel comme ça, c’est très décevant) • Manque d’attention initiale (petites attentions type fruits absentes à l’arrivée) • Gestion de la situation correcte mais tardive (réaction après réclamation uniquement, et peu adaptée) • Réponse de l’hôtel professionnelle mais sans solution réellement adaptée au problème principal

- Capobianco (8/5): Foi uma boa estada, satisfatória. Nada de mais - Se você for primeiro no Okura de Tokyo, vai achar esse ruim. Não é nivel japao, mas fui bem atendido de forma geral! Area do spa é fraca. Piscina pequena e fria e a sauna com roupa cabem 2 pessoas. Meu mini-bar parou de funcionar, mas eles traziam e levavam os itens de refrigerador todos dias para a geladeira deles.
