• Cristina (8/5): - Lo mejor del alojamiento fue la localización. La ubicación es literalmente perfecta ya que te permite estar a un paso de los monumentos más emblemáticos. Michela, la chica que nos recibió fue un amor de persona y nos hizo la estancia muy placentera. Volvería a repetir sin duda alguna.

• Kristina (10/5): Cozy apartment met all expectations - Close to the main touristic objects, shops , gelato and pizzas places. Michela was very helpful and apartment was cozy. We were travelling will small kids, so small table with chairs were very useful during the stay.

• Annette (10/5): - Die Lage in der Nähe vom Colosseum und Forum Romanum ist perfekt und ruhig. Kleiner Supermarkt nebenan. Metro ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Viel Platz in den Zimmern und im Bad, nur die Küche ist etwas eng. Eine gute Espressomaschine ist vorhanden. Sehr hübscher Balkon, den wir im Winter leider nicht genutzt haben. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Unkomplizierte und direkte Kommunikation per WhatsApp. Wir konnte die Wohnung vor der Check in Zeit beziehen.

• Kiran (7/5): Nice stay - The owner and their agent were in contact with us from check in to check out. They were friendly and helpful. The kitchen was equipped, property is located next to a supermarket. Colosseum 10 min walk , Trevino fountain 7 min, Rome termini station was 15 min walking distance. The apartment was clean and had good heaters, drying rack was there, good internet, it has one double bed and 2 sofa come beds good for accommodating 6 people. The balcony view was nice all green with orange trees. We visited in Dec and the water was cold initially. The owner came in one hour to fix the problem. The shower was hot but the kitchen had cold water so difficult for me to wash the dishes. At the end of the day I want to wash clothes and the washing machine was outside in the balcony. The light of the balcony is very dim, cannot see at night. Sunset was 4:30pm. No lift we had to carry our luggage upstairs ourself one floor. The bathroom area drain was blocked during bath. They should install toilet showers, for 6 people one bathroom is less.
• Svetlana (10/5): Definetly recommended - Best location possible, everything walking distance, supermarket next door, restaurants few more steps. The apartment is bigger than expected, rooms, kitchen everything positioned very thoughtful and very comfortable. Just the space needed for 4 persons to feel like home. This is other aspect - we felt at home not in a rented apartment. Being with one kid, we also were able to prepare food once, we had everything we needed for that, everything. Hostess very welcoming and friendly. Recommend from the 4 of us. I would work slightly on the cleaning, as some spaces require a deeper cleanse, it’s visible superficial one - but no major concern so didn’t cut the stars from that. For some the sofa might be slightly uncomfortable to sleep at night, it creaked on one side. You will find only big towels in the shower, but we requested two more small for the kitchen, so at the end was enough for us.

Very comfortable apartment for our family of 4. - Great location, lots of space, great to still have a lounge to sit on even with sofa beds out. Michela was an incredible host - such prompt responses, assisting with transport information as well as helping in whatever way she could. The restaurant up the road (Il Girasole) was AMAZING with a very talented pianist playing. Worth a visit. We walked everywhere from here. Kitchen could have a few more utensils (peeler, a non-steak knife for food prep) and tea towels but they are MINOR suggestions.

Точно под апартамента има хранителен магазин, малко по-надолу има закусвални, а наоколо е п лно с ресторанчета с отлична кухня. Доманинята Михаела е много любезна и отзивчива, реагарва и помага винаги когато имахме нужда от нещо или от помощ и съвет. В апартамента има абсолютно всичко необходимо за комфортен престой. Най-вече ни допадна това, че в огромния хол имаше два разтегателни удобни дивана, които са идеални за две големи деца в случая като нашия. С удоволствие бихме отседнали пак там. Няма такова.

• Ross (10/5): A great base for exploring Rome. - The location was great. Close to the Coluseum and other destinations, but also very quiet at night. Lots of amazing restaurants nearby and the owners were very welcoming. I appreciated the balcony in the backyard under the tree and in the shade after a hot day of walking around. No complaints.

Restaurants nearby and fantastic mini mercado with deli counter a few doors up.The sofa beds worked well for my teenage daughters. It was great to be met at the property and we were able to leave bags whilst we went to the colosseum on our last day. Thank you very much.

She was very patient in answering my queries about our accommodation and where we can store our luggage since we were arriving very early. On our last day, we had an early check out at 4am, she gladly helped us get a taxi going to the airport without a problem. Boschetto49 is a good place to stay since it is perfectly located and within walking distance to major attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. It was close to the metro stations when you're going to see the Vatican.The room was very clean and spacious with a well stocked kitchen. The shower room was newly renovated and clean. The only thing that bothers me little about the room, although it was impeccably clean, was the somewhat musty smell that is common since the apartment is in an old building, but it was ok with us. We only stayed in our room at night to sleep. The bed was a pull out bed but surprisingly comfortable. Very safe location near a convenience store, and there were plenty of nice restaurants nearby. None

Supermarket 2 doors away. Apartment had everything we needed including washing machine which is actually on the back balcony outside - which was great. Lovely host who gave us some tips to where to eat etc and had great communication throughout. Great extras such as slippers, dressing gowns, coffee machines and the TV had streaming services such as Netflix. Good heating for colder November nights. We would stay here again if ever back in Rome. Everything was great! We liked absolutely everthing - no negatives at all!

The apartment was not as described. There was no "washing machine" for either dishes or clothes. Given the duration of our stay we planned to do laundry. It was unusually damp - clothes that were rinsed out did not dry in 2 days. All doorways were 6 feet in height or less. The bed was a sofa bed that was acceptable but not ideal. The windows to a dark shaded court yard left the unit with little natural light. The Booking.com rating score was "Exceptional 9.6" which is not accurate (it may apply to other units at this address).

Colosseum is viewable just around the corner and only a short walk away. Michela the host, was very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this place!

• Drsilvi (10/5): We felt like we were at home. - The apartment was very clean, in a great location, just a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum. The host Michela 😍 was very kind and helpful. She was there for us whenever we needed anything. Our flight was delayed, and she reassured us that she would wait for us. We asked her to buy water and milk for the children since we would be arriving late. She helped us several times with ordering taxis and with any other requests we had. There was nothing not to like.
