Guest Reviews
- Zara (8/5): was all good and well until they made false accusations - good property, comfortable, nice interior, decent for price staff try to claim that we cracked a window and have taken our £300 security deposit, nobody went near this window, only time that room was used was to sleep and quite frankly i don’t think anyone was throwing things around in their slumber, i’m very annoyed and unhappy as that’s a lot of money and had nothing to do with us. they’re scamming us
- Steve (5/5): Passable -
- Holt (8/5): Cosy 4 bed apartment - Property was warm/ clean and comfortable. None of us had an issue with the place or sleeping. Staff over the phone were very responsive and helpful. Kitchen has all the facilities and the cupboards are full with everything you need to cook/ clean ect. Bathrooms are nice. Plenty of nice places to eat/ drink within walking distance. Overall I enjoyed my stay there The walk/ lift up to the 4th floor is a little ghetto so you’re thinking on the way up “what have we booked here” but this is nothing to do with the property owner/ manager. But once you’re in to the apartments it’s nice and homely. The en suite shower didn’t produce hot water and the main shower constantly switched out between hot and freezing cold water. Also the lights in the kitchen are wired a bit funky so you’ve got to play around with them for a while to get the lightning right. Balcony had tonnes of cigarette/ joint filers on the ground but nothing a little sweep up won’t sort. Overall all these things could be sorted before the next visitor stays
- Angus (8/5): Very good -
