We requested for luggage storage before the actual check in time and the host made the necessary arrangement as we arrived very early in the morning. The flat was located in a quiet and area, tube station was walkable distance and there were many shops nearby. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would consider booking the flat again for our future London trip. None

Host very helpful and responsive, key to be collect from key nest just a few min from the flat, clear check in instructions. Mattresses are super comfortable, the same pillows, a very clean flat, great that is big dining table enough for 6 people, the kitchen well equipped, nice touch for baby chair and board games. Deaf coming back, highly recommend 👌 Book in advance, as for last-minute bookings may be not possible

• syed (3/5): Location is good , apartment is terrible - Location is great 15 mins walk from property is St John’s Wood station . Area is quiet and relatively safe when comparing to the rest of london . Property is full of old furniture most is damaged . Bed mattresses are poor and very uncomfortable . This is an exceptionally poor apartment . Not comfortable at all and not suitable for a family with small children. For the price you can find better.

• Cate (8/5): Spacious, clean flat in a convenient location. - Hosts were very attentive and checked in on regular occasions. The flat was very easy to find and in a quiet location a short walk from several tube stations. Overall the flat was very spacious and warm. The shower came off the wall and the hallway light didn't work, but the hosts were very quick to respond to the messages and assured us that these would be resolved before the next guests arrived.

• Jurga (7/5): Good place for short stay. - Quite place not far from London centre and with convenient transport communication. We had a short stay and found everything we needed. Apartment needs updating of some things, but property manager and colleages are very caring and provides very detailed information. Creaky floor, uncomfortable mattress on one bed, not very neat bedding.
