Filthy, badly maintained, and not as advertised – avoid! - Surfer's Paradise was nearby. “Filthy, badly maintained, and not as advertised – avoid!” We booked this place for 6 nights but had to leave after the first night because it was completely unfit for guests. The photos and description were nothing like reality. When we arrived, the property was filthy and smelled terrible. The floors were sticky underfoot, and all the surfaces, walls, and doors were visibly dirty. It was clear no real cleaning had been done in ages. Everything felt neglected and badly maintained. We felt completely misled and like we’d wasted our money. We only stayed the first night because we arrived very late and couldn’t find other accommodation at that hour. This was a deeply disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone—it was not only uncomfortable but unhygienic. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.

It was a little hard to locate the correct store for key pick up and we needed to go back and forth multiple times to secure the correct code and get the keys.
