• Christine (3/5): Avoid at all costs!! - The location was good but that's about it. The room is very basic. No hot water for a shower in the morning.the kitchen consisted of a base unit, sink and hotplate which was all outside on the very small balcony. (See photo) No good for self catering and couldn't use when raining. There were no hangers in the wardrobe and the blankets in the wardrobe stank! I don't think they have been washed since last year! The owner seemed ok in the beginning but was very rude after. We booked for 3 days but the TV wasn't working so we said we would pay for one night and he would get the rest when the TV was fixed. He then told us to check out by 9.30 next day. It was our first night and after a very long day we wanted to sleep so went to bed around 8pm. He said there would be a plumber coming later and we told him no it would have to wait until the morning as we needed to go to sleep He said no he will be coming tonight. We were suddenly woken up later that evening by a plumber who then walked into the bedroom and proceeded to the bathroom. They said there was a problem below us. Then another plumber came in, I was sat up in bed. Really not acceptable. Not sure where the good reviews have come from, probably his mates.

• Khrystyna (10/5): Nice rooms near the Durres beach - Nice accomodation for its price: close to the beach (just across the road), bus stop (direct connection with the city center, main and Plepa bus stations),, markets and local stores, and also the best and fresh seafood and restorants. Comfortable bed in the appartment, great wi-fi, a few cutleries - we didn't spend a lot of time here, but we had all what we needed. Additionally, communication with the host was fast and pleasant, and his help was priceless! In our room, the side view of the sea was actually a view of the neighboring buildings, to see the sea, you had to lean out a little from the balcony. A small thing that would add comfort is an electric kettle (but even without it you can quickly boil water on the stove).

This was a perfect stay really close to the beach and everything was great for a short term stay. Beds were really comfortable, safe location and close to a gym, supermarkets and restaurants. • P (9/5): - Der freundliche und hilfsbereite Empfang, ein kostenloser Parkplatz wurde organisiert. Die Wohnung sah genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage war super, in zwei Minuten ist man am Strand. Fahrt zum Flughafen am Morgen 35 Minuten. Ein tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

The bathroom was a nice size, and had a spacious walk-in shower. The sea view from the window was beautiful, and the beach was just a 1-2 minute walk away. Great location, with shops and cafés all around, everything you need nearby. The host was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to give advice. Airport pick-up and drop-off were also available, which made everything very convenient. We truly felt taken care of during our stay. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back!

He facilitated our pick up from Tirana International Airport late at night with a big smile and positive energy. The house location is amazing in very close proximity from the Durres town and 5 steps from the beach. All required shops are available, many market shops, exchange money, restaurants, cafes and even bus stop in front of the house. The room was spacious, with AC, clean and big bathroom.

Local bus station to Durres centre is in front of the hotel, really good bakery across the road and many restaurants and grocery stores in the area. Local beach is mostly clean and has a lot of marine life. I have never met friendlier owner than Elio, he cared a lot and helped us if we wanted anything. In the night it was cold but AC handled it easily. I would add a bigger pan for cooking and some coffea cups

• Юлия Черненко (10/5): - Дуже привітний власник, запропонував зустріти нас на авто, ми відмовились, по відеозвязку пояснив як знайти автобус який їде до нього. Заселив одразу як ми приїхали. Номер дуже чистий, 2 ліжка, балкон, кухня. Все чисто, немає ніяких неприємних запахів. До пляжа 2 хвилини пішки, зупинка громадського транспорту одразу біля дому. Коли ми були був дощ і забився злив води на балконі, ми попросили це почистити, одразу ж прийшла людина і все виправила. Власник чудово розмовляє англійською, постійно на зв'язку, які б питання не виникали - все допомагав, за що велике дякую. Сто відсотків рекомендуєсо це житло для відпочинку. Ви точно будете задоволені.

Nella stanza era disponibile un lavello con delle stoviglie sul poggiolo comode per un pasto veloce pur in mancanza della cucina. Nella stanza non erano presenti le tapparelle e quindi la mattina entrava molta luce, cosa che non a tutti può piacere, ma con l'abitudine è sopportabile.

• Andrea (8/5): Da scegliere, mantiene le promesse. - Ottime accoglienza e disponibilità, Elio è l'ospite che vorresti trovare. Soluzione ristrutturata e del tutto funzionante. La posizione è ottima per vivere il lungomare. Essendo più interessato al centro, mi sono spostato in bus (fermata vicinissima) e taxi. Nulla di particolarmente ostico e comunque piacevole quando entri nel mood locale. Bar e pasticceria vicinissimi. Qualche dubbio mi ha accolto in Albania, ne riparto con la voglia di tornare! Forse piccola dimenticanza, non ho trovato il sapone in bagno. Comunque avevamo il nostro e abbiamo fatto lo stesso.
