- H.S. (1/5): Runtergekommener Bau, wo vorm Abriss noch einmal richtig Geld gemacht wird. - Die Nähe zu den Schigebieten Wir waren schon 2x im Gansl! Wenn man begeisterter Wochenendskifahrer ist, war das eigentlich der ideale Ort. Nicht abgewaschenes Geschirr, unsaubere und schimmelige Badezimmer, ungepflegter Außenbereich und der Parkplatz der als Müllhalde genutzt wird, hat man für den Preis in Kauf genommen. Bei der letzten Buchung lt. Fotos ein neueres schönes Zimmer gebucht und eine absolute Bruchbude bekommen. Appartement war im Stiegenhaus, die Abtrennungstür war zwar vorhanden aber das Glas hat gefehlt. Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert, Bett war nur ein Klappbett, unsauber, der Eingangsbereich stinkt, als hätten dort 100 Katzen ihre Toilette, also der absolute Horror. Beschwerde auf WhatsApp geschrieben, da wünschte man uns nur einen schönen Aufenthalt. Sind wieder abgereist. Fotos waren anscheinend nur Fake- Fotos. Laut Booking.com werden Fotos vom Eigentümer zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei Oidahome beschwert, einen Ersatztermin bekommen. Dann von unserer Seite die Bitte um ein Zimmerupgrade und wir würden auch draufzahlen ( wir hätten gerne zwei Schlafzimmer gehabt). Keine Antwort mehr von Oidahome. Ich habe dann dieses Ersatz Angebot nicht mehr angenommen, da war mir wichtiger diese ehrliche Bewertung zu schreiben. Das habe ich auch Oidahome geschrieben, auch mit dem Hinweis, dass man hier einmal das Gesundheitsamt vorbeischicken sollte, als Antwort habe ich Hausverbot bekommen. Zu empfehlen für Leute die wirklich nur etwas zum schlafen brauchen, selbst ihre Schlafsäcke mitnehmen, keinen Anspruch und keine empfindliche Nase haben. Alle anderen bitte einen Bogen um diesen Bau machen. Die Kaution ist für diese Appartements eine absolute Freiheit.

- Stewart (5/5): - The position There were no bedroom curtains. The curtains in the living room were just hanging on to the rail. The shower curtain was very stained and was smelly when wet. The owner did change this when we asked. The mattresses on the bunkbeds were stained.... really badly stained. Luckily all we used these for was to block the light in the main bedroom where there were no curtains. The oven did not work. They may have fixed this but we told them not to bother while we were there. It wasn't particularly dirty other than in the table cracks.

- Susanne (1/5): - Hier hat nichts gepasst. Nicht sauber, heruntergekommen und eine mittlere Katastrophe. Hab noch nie so schlecht gewohnt. Ausstattung der Küche war auch grenzwertig. Kein Schneidmesser, keine Pfanne, die nicht zerkratzt war, alt, schmutzig alles. Das Schwimmbad und Sauna war gesperrt, es war niemand da, man hat nie Personal gesehen. Weder Putzdienst oder sonst jemand. Hauptsache, man verlangt eine Kaution von 200€. Wofür bitte? Da kann man nichts mehr schlechter hinterlassen als man es vorgefunden hat.

- Machala (5/5): Poďakovanie pozornému domovníkovi, ináč asi spíme v aute alebo by sme si museli nájsť náhradné ubyt. - Lokalita OK. V schránke mali byť kľúče od apartmánu GLSN27, ktoré tam neboli. Naviac PIN kód 5831 na otvorenie mne zaslaný od ubytovateľa, bol iný ako mal byť. Len vďaka náhodnej prítomnosti pána domovníka sme otvorili správnym PIN-om skrinku na kľúče. Bola prázdna. Následne nám priniesol náhradné kľúče a apartmán otvoril. Prišli sme okolo 17:20 a pri pokusoch o kontakt telefonicky na +436764360074 sme boli odmietnutý automatickou hlasovou službou.

- Cornelia (1/5): - Überhaupt nichts Einfach nur schrecklich!!! Schmutzig und schmuddelig. Es gab so gut wie kein Geschirr (was da war war widerlich). Zum Glück hatten wir Tassen und Besteck dabei. Eine voll verdreckte Nespresso-Maschine und uralte Möbel waren da. Habe erstmal alles desinfiziert - doch das hat nichts genutzt...wir fühlten uns überhaupt nicht wohl. Zudem kam hinzu, dass es im ganzen Haus widerwärtig roch. NIE WIEDER!!! Für so ne runtergekommene Bruchbude ist jeder Cent zuviel!
- Philipp (4/5): günstig in der Hauptsaison, teilweise sanierungsbedürftig - Einfache Abwicklung, Check-in gut beschrieben; Lage ist Zentral, Ausrichtung der Zimmer sehr gut; Die Betten waren sehr weich und im Doppelbett hat auf einer Seite bereits eine Sprosse des Lattenrost gefehlt (sind wir im nachhinein drauf gekommen); In meinem Bett (ca.90kg) ist mitten in der Nacht, durch umdrehen eine Holzlatte aus dem deutlich verschlissenen Lattenrost gekracht. Es hat einen lauten Knall gegeben und ich war 100% munter und konnte nicht mehr einschlafen. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir dies an die Whatsapp Tel. gemeldet und innerhalb von unter einer Minute eine umfassende Antwort erhalten (vermutlich KI generiert... wenig aussagekräftig... keine weitere Kommunikation! Kaution zurück erhalten); Zufahrt bzw. Parkplatz ungeeignet von Schnee bzw. Eishaufen geräumt, stellenweise war es extrem eisig und ca. 20cm hohe Eis-Wellen am Parkplatz! Boden, Fenster, Türen im Apartment waren stark abgenutzt und stellenweise baufällig (sehr günstig zur Hauptsaison, damit haben wir gerechnet und damit kommen wir auch klar!). Die Funktion von elektrischen Anlagen (Lüfter im Bad quietscht und rattert) und Betten ist zu verbessern! Die Dusche in der Badewanne ist mit einem Duschvorhang ausgestattet (hängt deutlich in der Wanne, hat Schimmelige Flecken), Fugen nur stellenweise geeignet verfugt.
- Vera (2/5): Große Probleme mit dem Gastgeber - nicht empfehlenswert - Grosse Probleme mit dem Gastgeber und seinem nicht funktionierendem und seinem definitiv nicht dsgvo konformen Self Check in Fremdsystem. Die Datenkrake schlägt zu. Obwohl der Vermieter wie wir Österreicher ist, gibt es nur WhatsApp Kontakt. Es gibt ausschließlich WhatsApp, keine email, kein funktionierendes Telefon. Wenn Sie datensensibel sind, und nicht schon VOR der Anreise Ihre Daten UND Ausweise in ein Ihnen völlig unbekanntes System hochladen wollen , dann empfehle ich dringend von diesem Vermieter großen Abstand zu halten. Zudem kommen noch 200 Euro Kaution via Kreditkartenbelastung, also nicht nur Sicherheit mit creditcard, sondern sie buchen die 200 Euro tatsächlich vor Anreise ab! Kriegt man paar Tage nach Reiseende wieder, find ich nicht ok und hab das hier zum erstenmal erlebt. Ich habe zig Reisen über booking com sowohl im österreichischen Inlsnd wie auch in Europa und Asien gebucht - dies hier mit Abstand die schlechteste Experience. Mehr sag ich nicht. Auch der booking com Kundendienst hat vergeblich versucht, zu intervenieren. Bei dieser Art von Vermieter stehen Sie im rechtsfreien Raum. Und Rechnung - auch nach mehrmaliger Anforderung - gab es auch nicht.

Diese Appartementhotel sollten normalerweise geschlossen werden, da ist sehr unhygienisch und schmutzig ist.. ist für Menschen normalerweise nicht geeignet das war grauenhaft. Einmal und nie mehr wieder empfehle ich wirklich, für keinen ist sehr, sehr schmutzig. Voller Staub und Schmutz und der Flur draußen war auch voller Schmutz und Handtücher und Müll auf dem Boden. Wirklich nicht normal. Voller Schmutz im Flur und im Zimmer. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr, sehr schmutzig sollte normalerweise geschlossen werden von Gesundheitsamt

Chtěli jsme na víkend do Alp se synem na lyže a neměli budget na něco nóbl, proto jsme si vybrali levné ubytování - necelých 7 tisíc za 3 noci začátkem března přes víkend je bezkonkurenční cena. Poloha super, do Zell am See/Kaprunu/Saalbachu max 15 minut autem. Check-in bez problémů, všechno online. Parkování zdarma a míst dostatek. Apartmán prostorný, dostatek místa ve skříních, funkční lednička, mikrovlna a sporák, dostatek teplé vody během sprchování. Příšerný puch ve vstupní hale. Všude špína - chuchvalce prachu na chodbách, smetí, prostě fakt zanedbané. V apartmánu plíseň v oknech (přikládám foto), špatně umyté nádobí po předchozích hostech, lepivá podlaha, nábytek na balkoně v dezolátním stavu. Vždycky koukám na stav přikrývek a upřímně, tyhle už něco pamatují a hlavně byly tak zažloutlé, že jsem se jich reálně štítila. Umím si představit, že je tohle ubytko ok pro nějaký mladý punkový pár, ale s dítětem do tohohle prostě nechcete.

- Petr (10/5): - Neměli jsme žádný problém. Nic nám nechybělo. Nechápu negativní recenze. Je třeba si uvědomit, že je to za poloviční cenu nebo i méně než jinde v okolí. Kdo chce vysokou kvalitu, musí dát několikanásobně více. Zde poměr cena kvalita super. Snad jen by bylo dobré vyměnit unavené rošty v postelích.

- Sebastian (1/5): Nice ski location but the stay was affected by multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues. - The location for skiing was convenient. Unfortunately, several issues occurred during our stay. Upon arrival the apartment was not properly cleaned and we even found a used condom under the bed, which is a serious hygiene concern. The refrigerator was not working initially, and we had to contact the host to get it fixed. During the night, water leaked from the bedroom ceiling/window area and dripped onto the bed, which woke us up. A technician had to be scheduled to inspect the issue. We also discovered that the shower door was broken. While some problems were eventually addressed, the overall standard and maintenance of the apartment did not meet expectations, especially considering the price.

- Jiri (6/5): - Nelíbila se nám plíseň ve sprchovém koutě. Nechápu, jak je možné, že pán z pokoje 220 si spletl dveře a večer se svými klíči dostal do našeho pokoje 206. To je prostě neuvěřitelné. Mohli bychom hlásit vykradení, to neděláme, ale zajistěte nápravu. Erben

- Volodymyr (10/5): Дуже рекомендую для тих хто хоче покататись, а не сидіти в готелі, дуже дешева ціна для Альп, все близько) - Дуже хороше розташування, видно що готель колись був топовий) Шкода зараз все трішки запущено( В загальному якщо ви їдете конкретно на лижі, то це місце супер! За таку ціну дуже хороший варіант, всі лижні курорти близько 15 хв на таксі) Потрібно бути обережними з пожежною сигналізацією, тому коли готуєте відривайте вікно і включайте витяжку) так все супер ) Страх увімкнення пожежної сигналізації- штраф 600 €, тому постій треба контролювати і дивитись на кухні, також страшно було відкривати кухонну піч, щоб пара не ввімкнула сигналізацію)Трішки не до прибрано, але за таку ціну можна закрити очі)

- Monika (7/5): Nasz pobyt był bardzo udany. - Apartament miał dobrą lokalizację, był oddalony 20 min. drogi do trzech stacji narciarskich. Pomimo drogi obok, w pokoju było cicho. Bardzo dużym plusem było to, że w apartamencie było ciepło. Łazienka była czysta. Bardzo dobrze i szybko działało wi-fi. Apartament wymaga odnowienia, meble są trochę zniszczone. Warto by było uzupełnić wyposażenie kuchni, gdyż brakowało sztućców, szczególnie małych łyżeczek szklanek. Koniecznie trzeba wymienić patelnię, gdyż była zniszczona.

- Harald (1/5): Reinfall - Nichts Sauberkeit nicht menschlich- Wohnzimmertisch hat beim feucht abwischen nach Urin gestunken. Beim Bettrand ist etwas undefinierbaren graußliches geklebt. Wir haben uns etwas anderes gesucht.... und nix zurückbekommen. Ein Schweinestall.

- Václav (9/5): Objekt určitě rádi využijeme při případné další návštěvě lokality. Všude je odtamtud blízko :) - Objekt ještě dýchá kdysi velmi komfortním objektem... Má velké parkoviště, leží hned vedle silnice, přitom je zde klid a výhledy do širokého údolí a vysoké hory. Pohodlný pohyb uvnitř objektu - výtah, vozík na bagáž. Dole je velká lyžárna, vysoušení bot, velký mazací a servisní stůl. Na objektu panuje absolutní klid. Kdo chce mít jistotu uložení lyží, může si vzít klasický visací zámek, anebo lanko, a lyže si ve stojanech uzamknout. Vážné mínus je to, že při rezervaci přes Booking.com nic neříkají o povinnosti na místě uhradit 200 EUR zálohu, navíc přes jakýsi QR kód, bez toho vám nedají kód ke klíčům... Komunikace pouze přes Whatts Up, kde vás přesměrují na komunikaci na této doméně: https://www.my-bookings.cc/guest********.info, a kde odpovídá pouze automat... Zálohu prý vrací do 7 dnů, po odjezdu nám ale přišlo jejich upozornění, že to bude do 10 dní... (Budu zde informovat, zda a kdy platba dorazí na účet...) Dlouho jsme na místě váhali, zda jim peníze svěřit, není zde nikdo, na koho byste se fyzicky obrátili, ale co nám nakonec zbylo :( Dále jen postesk, že už není v provozu velký vnitřní bazén, který je na první pohled v dobrém stavu - i když víme, že s ohledem na malou obsazenost se to již si nevyplácí, zbytečně by to zvedlo cenu pobytu a vyžadovalo by to drahé zaměstnance... Též nefungovala kdysi velká a stylová restaurace - ráno se uvnitř sice svítí a pohybuje se tam nějaká osoba, ale nefunguje. Zřejmě to lyžaři nevyžadovali a brzo ráno vyráží na lyže...

- JP (7/5): Heerlijk verblijf. - Wij zaten op de 3e verdieping in een heel ruim appartement. Met de lift naar de 2e verdieping en dan nog 1 trap. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid ( wel glad ivm vorst). Goede bedden en zag er schoon uit. De dingen die kapot waren hebben we via wats app door gegeven, daar werd snel op gereageerd, zou na ons verblijf worden opgepakt. Afstand naar de skilift in Zell am See was 10 min.met de auto. Prijs voor 1 week was uitstekend, voor deze prijs kan je geen 5 sterren resort verwachten, wat het waarschijnlijk 40 jaar geleden wel was. Zou het zo weer boeken. Douche deur van cabine was helaas kapot, daardoor veel water op de vloer. Afzuig tijdens douchen maakte veel lawaai alsof hij elk moment kon ontploffen, dus deze uit gelaten (samen met 1 lamp, zat geschakeld). In keuken slechte koekenpan, diepvries zat vol ijs, ( deur sloot niet goed) dus de lades er uit gehaald om te ontdooien. De sportschool beneden heeft zijn beste tijd gehad, mijn zoon heeft zich 1x uitgeleefd en dit primitief opgelost.
- Péter (7/5): Good location, good price, need some cleaning - 12 minutes from ski slopes, price was very acceptable. Was enough hot water for shower, room temperature was good (warm). Cleaning, bed cover , blanket was not cleen, but we prepared for it.

- Kamil Ťoupal (9/5): - Vše bylo v naprostém pořádku. Vynikající poměr ceny a kvality. Apartmán byl čistý a veškerým základním vybavením. Dobrá WiFi. Bezproblémový online check-in a check-out s využitím uzamykatelného boxu. Výborné místo jako základna pro lyžování v Saalbachu nebo túry po horách.

- Pia (5/5): Günstig aber vermutlich kein zweites Mal! - Das Zimmer roch bei Ankunft besser, als der Rest des Hauses. Zudem sah das Zimmer (überwiegend) so aus, wie auf dem Buchungsbild. Recht ruhige Lage. Erreichbarkeit und Antworten per WhatsApp möglich. Geruch nach Katzenurin im Empfangsbereich, der schnell auf ein verlasssenes Hotel hindeutet, dessen Appartements noch aus der Ferne vermietet werden. Der Reinigungsmann roch ebenfalls sehr unangenehm und scheint das Putzen nicht wirklich erlernt zu haben. Boden klebte, Küche war nicht sauber, selbst nicht, als nachgeputzt wurde. Wir mussten also selbst putzen und haben alles noch mal in die Spülmaschine gesteckt kder im Kühlschrank durch Tücher abgedeckt. Feger etc. fehlte allerdings! Spülknopf am Klo fehlte, es war nur ein Draht vorhanden, der behelfsmäßig angebracht war. Dreck im Bad hinter den Schränken. Kaputte Bettlaken aufgezogen. Mobiliar auf dem Balkon hat auch bessere Zeiten erlebt. Haus nicht abschließbar, Skikeller ebenfalls nicht, so dass jeder von außen rein kann und sich bedienen könnte. Spielraum im Keller wirkt wie aus einem Film und völlig verwahrlost. Kaputte Tischtennisschläger, Müll....
